Very quick, handy, and reasonably priced. I called and they came out the same day for broken pipe and fixed it. Great small business.

I came home late from an out-of-town trip and the toilet in the bathroom wasn't refilling when flushed.  I tried a few things to see if I could fix the problem, but they did not work.  I was concerned that the pipe was frozen and needed a plumber to come look at it.  I called AE Plumbing Services and Juan came right away--within about 30 minutes.  He was professional and courteous.  He did a little sleuthing and immediately figured out that a vent had blown off the outside of my house, exposing the pipe to outside air.  The pipe had indeed frozen up.  He thawed out the line and temporarily blocked the vent hole--until I can get out there and implement a permanent fix.  Given that he came out on a cold night late in to the evening, I felt like his fee was very reasonable.

We had Nate replace to shower heads and knobs. He also replaced our very old rusty water heater! Fit us it right away and stayed late to finish the job. Very thorough and informative. We were so impressed we signed up for his maintenance program for our hot water heater. Highly recommend! Reasonable prices!

I called this business to help unclog my bathroom sink and I had to leave a voicemail. Within 5 minutes they had returned my voicemail and was able to get someone out to me the same day! Gabriel was very polite and knowledge about how to fix my sink. Unfortunately, he was not able to complete the job that day, but came out first thing the next morning. He was able to unclog my drain within a few minutes. He was very professional, and I will be using this business again if I ever need it.

Had a problem in a basement bathroom - not sure if limited to the tub drain or something more serious (mainline - yikes). And of course New Year's Eve - literally Kyle came out about 6 pm. I was impressed facing a 3 day weekend and at that time he did not charge any extra. Cleared the drain at a standard price, gave me his card and assured me they are here for you, whenever you need us. Also did a great job cleaning up, which doesn't always happen. Awesome.

We've hired Jay's Backflow for  testing several backflow prevention devices. He is always able to get out to us within a reasonable time, gets results back quickly and is very informative of the process. Thanks Jay!

My dad just moved into a new build house and three weeks into living there, all the drains in the basement stopped flowing. It was backing up the toilet, sewage flowed up the shower drain, and the sinks were clogged. Patrick came out at 8:30 pm, removed the toilet, snaked the main line, cleared the blockage, and replaced the toilet all without waking my baby who was sleeping 20 feet away.

They are scammers!! My mom has roots that grow into her sewer lines and we have snaked the drains ourselves a few times. We were not available, so my mom decided to use try this company because of their affordable pricing and quick availability. They preyed on her lack of plumbing knowledge and tried to overcharge her! In the end, they didn't even complete the job. They guarantee their work but refused to refund the money and wouldn't even give my mom a receipt! If you are thinking of using this company, don't! Find a plumber who is professional and honest; they are not. We ended up having to snake the drain ourselves.

I was in an absolute bind and emergency this week. Luckily I found TCF via Yelp. I found Thomas, who was able to get to my house the same night. He was efficient and very polite. Highly recommended if you need emergency help!!

He was timely (early in fact) quoted a good price (and went with the low end of the quote) did great work and did it quickly.  No complaints, all positive.  He's a nice guy to boot.

Levi is very professional and wonderful at what he does.  I called him based on these two previous reviews.  He has since fixed about 5 different things around my house.  He is quick and efficient, and I've never waited longer than an hour for a call back when I leave a voice mail.

He has always come in under budget for every project, and he is the only plumber I will use in the future!

Jeremy did a great job cleaning out the mail line drain at our house, he took care to not make a huge mess, cleaned up after his work and was on time to the appointment.

This is the first and only negative review I've given- please read below and you'll understand.
-In 2015 Drain Genius did work on my sewer.  I selected them because they were cost effective (really wish I would have paid more to work with a better company as you can guess) and because they gave a 5 year warranty (they didn't live up to as you'll see.  

-In Feb of 2018 I notified Drain Genius there was a problem.  After 1 month they responded and said they would fix it quickly

-They would go months at a time with no response, only to follow up with something like we'll get to you very soon

-In November of 2019 I posted a bad review and that was the only time they immediately responded.  They said if I took my review down they'd fix the problem right away.  I did, but.....

-Fast forward almost 2 years and the sewer is still not fixed.

-I've pretty much given up on the fix and going to have to pay another company to make the repair.  So the only goal of my review is as a word of warning so no one makes the same mistake I did

Our main sewer line backed up to the point where we couldn't run any water or flush toilets without it flooding our basement. After calling 3 other companies Pipe It Up was the first one that would actually send someone out the same day (or at all due to COVID-19). Juan got here a couple hours later and got it all cleared out and cleaned up quickly. He also took the time to give my husband some tips on snaking the drain himself in the future. Super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was in a crunch because my scheduled electrician lowered my job in their priority.  Called SG on Wednesday and they were at my house on Thursday.  Furthermore, it did cost me more, but SG would not do the job unless my electrical box was safer so I said make it safer   They put a new electrical panel box as well.
