HISTORY

Established in 2017.
Our business started in July of 2017. Jason Burger had been contemplating the business decision for several months as he had built a backflow business previously in 2010 prior to moving to the Denver area in 2016. Nowadays, going paperless is ideal because helps reduce costs for the company while keeping costs down for the customer. Jay's Backflow, LLC has adopted this model so that rates stay flat from year to year. Neither Jay's Backflow, LLC or the customer has to remember to grab a piece of paper before or after a job as it will always be in our email inbox.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Jason Burger is a licensed master plumber in Colorado and has been testing backflow devices since 2009.

He has thousands of tests and repairs under his belt ranging from small residential devices to large domestic and fire line devices on campuses and hospitals.

I hired Jay's Backflow for installation and testing of a commercial backflow prevention device. Having worked in construction and real estate management for 15 years, I have k Jen and worked with many plumbers and I recommend Jay's Backflow with enthusiasm! I called Jays backflow, and requested a bid on my job and explained that Denver water turned off my water and he within minutes called Denver water to turn on my water! I was told by Denver water to send the names of two plumbers to have my backflow done to get my water turned on so i will comply. Even if I dont hire Jays service I will surely use them in the future as their customer service is #1 Dan K. with Home Again Furniture Inc.

I called Jason to have our sprinkler backflow preventer certified at Church. I can truly say that Jason and Megan were an absolute God sent to work with after spending weeks calling other companies that either wanted to over charge us or simply never called back.

Set an appointment up with Megan and we were fit right into a Saturday appointment on the same week.
Wait... did that just happen? Way too easy.

Fast forward to Saturday, Jason called before the appointment to tell me he was running a little late, but no worries because Megan had given a time window and we were still well within it.
Wait... did that just happen? People still do that.

I figured there's going to be a catch somewhere during this whole transaction. But then Jason says I hate seeing people spend money they don't have to... let me try something.
Wait... did that just happen? I'm more accustomed to that will be more money.

Jay was very professional and pleasant to work with. He worked around our schedule (because we are a business) and only had the water shut off for a very short period (30 minutes or so) at a pre-set time so we knew what to expect. I really appreciate his help in bringing us into compliance with North Washington water district!
