He showed up as promised, educated me while working, charged what he quoted, and went beyond the call of duty to deliver superior service. Hopefully, you don't have an emergency as he stays busy and it might be difficult to get an appointment. If you do get an appointment, you will never call anyone else for plumbing services.

We had a plumbing issue in our upstairs bathroom (clogged sink) and needed someone to come out during after normal business hours. From my initial phone call with the admin person, I knew there would be a $150 base charge (service call) just to have someone come out during after hours, plus fees for the repair work. However, I was still a bit sticker shocked to see after 45 mins of work (standard snake job to unclog a drain), I was charged $478 ($150 + $328). Then things got worse when I called the company back just to see if I can get a breakdown of the repair charge for $328. Now, while I wasn't super thrilled about paying nearly $500 dollars, had my simple question been answered, perhaps all this could've been avoided. However, not only was my question not answered, this person ended up giving me an attitude and questioned why I'm even complaining about the pricing. I requested for a manager to call me back and received a phone call within minutes from Randy who explained to me that the $328 was a standard fee. He also explained that the lady I spoke to was from some 3rd party company that handles their after hour support. Anyways, our plumbing problem was fixed and I got my answer, but I wasn't too happy about the whole experience.  And just to be clear, the lady who initially helped me over the phone to schedule the visit as well as the technician/plumber who came out to fix the problem did a great job, so this 3 star review is not a reflection on them, but more for the whole experience.

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

Called My Local Plumber to fix a laundry room clog. They came and snaked the line, said it was fixed. Three hours later I used the washer with the same stoppage problem. When I spoke to them they said they'd return and do a camera and high power rinse of the line for $800-$900. They would not address the fact that they didn't fix anything the day before, just wanted more money and price gouging. Definitely be careful with this company!

Had a great experience with a team from Legacy Plumbing today. Both Johnny and Aarin were knowledgeable, friendly, and timely.  Together they quickly assessed our issue and found the source of our problem.  This team was professional and I wouldn't hesitate in calling them again for any other plumbing issues.  5 stars for sure!

I decided to try and do some light plumbing work, replace the old kitchen faucet, but when I went to shut off the water, the valve broke. I ran outside it to turn the water off to the house and went on Google to call a plumber. Of course, this happens at 5 o'clock, so I'm asking about after-hours service. Tahnee answered and after I explained my problem, she placed me on hold to try and get someone out. We got disconnected and she called me right back. She found a technician to come out within 25 minutes. Don arrived and was very professional and even put covers on his boots before entering my house. I explained/showed him the problem I created and he was reassuring and quick to quote me the cost to get it fixed. I agreed and Don got to work.

I rarely interact with companies anymore that are this polite and professional, let alone quick to respond. 5-stars across the board.

I have been using Military for years now, and I always get the same great service. The entire family uses them for every plumbing issue. We had a contractor do the kitchen after a flood in the kitchen and used their plumber after our request for Military. Well needless to say when job was done it was wrong and already leaking so I had to call Military back in to fix it and they were great about the whole thing.

I have to give them an A+++ rating. I called at 8:30AM on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink. Two plumbers were at my house by 9:00AM. I told them I had already checked the pipes under the sink but didn't find any of them clogged up. They went straight to the snake into the main drain and found the problem. My clogged sink was fixed within an hour of me calling. That's what I call outstanding service and with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend HEB plumbing and will use them again if I have any future problems.

We are repeat customers that have been more than happy with the services provided by this company. Skylar and his teammate successfully diagnosed and fixed a broken pipe, which was causing an unusual odor in our bathroom. They were very accommodating to all of our questions and requests. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Luke and Brandon for any plumbing work needed. They showed up on time, explained everything that had to be done, gave me an acceptable quote and were able to complete the job right away.  They replaced my PRV valve and main water shutoff to the house.  They were neat and cleaned up when they were done.

This is the best most professional  plumbing co I have ever used.  I highly recommend them.  They discount each bill and have the most reasonable prices.  They have done slab leaks and general plumbing issues for years.  Highly recommend.

Scheduling on the app was easy and convenient!  I love the notification that someone is on the way, too.  My hot water valve had just gotten turned off ‍, but Edward was kind and helpful and showed me how to fix it.  I'll be using this service in the future if needed.  Thanks!

NTX Plumbing

On May 1, 2018 our bathroom shower head was leaking caused by our faucets not working properly.  We called in NTX Plumbing, whom we've used before, to fix the leak--(and do other plumbing replacements).  

We purchased a new shower head and faucets and had those installed.  Everything seemed fine until August 9, 2018 (a little over 3 months later) the shower started leaking again.  We had Scott come out to repair it.  He worked on it and said the faucets should no longer leak, so we paid him for his services.  Next morning, my husband took a shower and the faucets/shower head starting leaking.  We called NTX and Scott came out on August 14, 1028 and worked on it again.  He said grit got into the faucet but that it was fixed and we should no longer have a problem. Well, next morning my husband, again,  took his morning shower and the faucets starting leaking.  

We called NTX.  Never heard back.  On August 15, 2018 I texted NTX.  My response (I'm guessing from Scott's wife Mia) was Okay lemme discuss with Scott and get back to you.  No response after that.  On August 17, 20189 I sent another text saying Any word yet?  The response was they tried to call but it went to voicemail.  I said I never got any message.  I was told they'd call me on Monday as their office was closed (it was the weekend by then.  

Never heard anything so I sent a long email presenting the problem and asked how we could resolve this.  No response.  Seems to me I've gotten the runaround.  Never heard anything back.  It's a poor way to handle an issue.

Note: As noted above, I tried several times to get NTX to respond to me to fix my shower faucets. Finally after I posted a negative review on Google, Mia, with NTX, contacted me.  It took a bad review to get a response.  But I see another problem, if NTX could not fix the problem after 3 separate visits, can they now fix it?  How?

We had emergency which included having to shut off the main water supply.  We called Berkeys @ 6pm on a Sunday and were told the rate of $150 and hour and that a technician would call.   At 8:30pm, with no call - we called again and were told the technician would give us an ETA.  We received a call but when answered, no one was there.  We assumed they were on their way.  At 10:30 pm, we called to cancel and shortly after, received a call from the technician stating that he could be here in 30 minutes but then told us the rate was now $250 an hour because of the time.  Extremely unethical and taking advantage of a situation they created.  Do not do business with this company, they are dishonest.
