This is a well run company! Kind, informative service on the phone. Very quick response time (2 hours). They even got to us earlier than expected and they called to let us know so we were ready to receive them. It was less money than I expected and faster too.

Tierney just installed all of our plumbing needs on a large commercial remodel. They were a pleasure to work with and all the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Their dedication to get the job completed and done right was a huge relief. I would recommend them to anyone both commercial and residential.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My experience starting from my initial call with Legacy Plumbing to completion of service was exceptional! We noticed a sulfur-like smell from our master bathroom shower and wanted to call a professional before trying to Macgyver the situation, lol. They were booked out a few weeks but it was worth the wait. Steven and Jordan were a God send! They fully investigated the issue and although the cause of the smell in these types of cases is not always clear cut, I appreciated their honesty and recommendations. (I must add I also appreciated that I was fully informed about this prior to the visit by the person on the phone to avoid any surprises. I moved forward with the service as I wanted to be sure to rule out anything serious).
While here they also took care of a clogged drain in the upstairs shower. After taking a look they found that tile spacers were down in the drain. Not the best representation of work for my builder! But it was a thorough catch by the Legacy plumbing team! Steven and Jordan also took time during the visit to evaluate any other potential issues that we might see down the road and educated me on the appropriate maintenance.

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing.  It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets.  He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy.  I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my go to plumber.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally).  I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage  was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.  Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.

Out of all of the plumbers that I reached out, Victor was the only one that responded back. He is very responsive and helpful and was able to help me out with the toilet valve. It was rumbling like crazy, but all is quiet now. He was able to explain to me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. He makes sure that you are taken care of!

This company does great work. Have used Circle E on numerous occasions for my commercial properties. They have always done a great job at a fair price.

Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in a stressful situation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just come to our house to make money but instead was determined to solve the problem.
Any other problems we have, we are calling him first.

This business is great.  Used them to fix an outside leaking faucet that would leak inside the wall, they removed the broken pipe and fixed it with a new pipe in just minutes.  The new fitting is awesome!  Price is good and they are professional, they show up on time, ask questions and explain what they did.  Number one choice for me.  Used them a few years back and remembered how good they were, they are still that good.  Highly recommended!

Jordan and Andrew came out the same day to fix the broken a/c at our place in Dallas. They were lifesavers and were able to diagnose and fix my extremely old unit to working condition which I wasn't sure would be possible. They went above and beyond to help me get it fixed quickly and explained the process along the way. They truly rescued me on a hot Dallas afternoon! Thanks again Jordan and Andrew!!!!

I scheduled with this company and took off from work. Nobody ever called to cancel, they just never showed up. I have no clue what type of work they do but they are definitely not reliable nor respectful of other people's time.

I did not have a good experience with NTX plumbing. There was a major water leak on my rental property and the situation was extremely emergent. I looked up on yelp and NTX has all five star reviews so I believe they are as advertised to be reliable and trust worthy. I called and asked if they have someone available to come and fix the leak immediately. The receptionist who picked up the phone was nice and prompt, she asked if I needed someone to go there to fix the issue or if I only wanted a quote, I responded and asked her to send someone to fix the leak since it's coming out like waterfall. So she quickly scheduled me with a plumber and said that he will arrive within 15-30min. I was asked to be present at the property when the plumber arrives, since I'm the landlord, I got off the phone, left my work, and started heading over there, didn't see any one showing up after I have driven 20min to arrive at the rental house and I waited another 30min to finally get someone to show up. The guy showed up, he was able to find the leak but he refused to fix the leak(what?!) he said that he was only told to show up and give a bid, he then said we would have to wait another three days until they can come back to fix it and it would cost $750 to fix it, on top of a $49 fee which I didn't even know about. So, there I was charged $49 for nothing, and the water was still coming out like water fall after the guy had left. I'm not happy with this service at all, NTX plumbing had promised to come out and fix the water leak but has not delivered the service I had requested.
Later that evening I had the leak fixed by another plumbing company for only $200 (+1 (972) 987-7555 Frank, he is professional and truly reliable)
It was a emergent matter, I should have been more careful with businesses out there and not trust a random company only by looking at how many stars they have. I wish NTX plumbing would've been honest with me and had refused my service request if they knew they weren't going to be able to fix it immediately. I have been trying to call ntx plumbing but they wouldn't pick up the phone, as if they knew exactly why they won't pick up the phone. I would really like to get a hold of them and get my $49 back.
Until then I will no recommend NTX plumbing to anyone. Unless you want to spend lots of money for something that could be fixed for way less.

I was looking for help with a clogged drain. SNBC responded extremely quick (pleasantly surprised to get a response very early morning when I called) they were very straight forward with pricing. We scheduled the work for later that same day. Scott showed up on time, asked a few questions regarding the issue, explained what he was planning on doing and resolved the issue.

definitely recommend and will use SNBC again.

I had what appeared to be a slab leak in the utility room of a rental property.  Smith and Son Plumbing offered to assess it for free.  A competitor of theirs wanted to charge around $250 just to take a look.  Chris came out the morning after I called and was able to let me know that it may not be a slab leak after all.  I offered to pay them for a house call but both Chris and John at the office told me their assessments are at no charge.  One more thing to note.  Chris said if I wanted, he could do a system pressure check for me and that it would cost $150 because they were having a sale on the procedure. (it is normally $250).  Way this company treated me was far better than any other plumbing company I've dealt with in the past.  I'll be sure to contact them again if I have any plumbing issues.

They were awesome,they came 20 minutes early & were very professional & quick call them for your all plumbing needs!

I have used Handy Andy 3x now for my rental properties and he has done the job in a timely fashion.  My tenants really like him, which is very important to me.   I will keep him at the top of my list when I need general repair.  He specializes in electrical work, too!

Full disclosure I have used this company before for a job and they were satisfactory. I called them recently for some work in my kitchen and bathroom, talked to Rob on a Tuesday letting him know what I needed to get done . I told him Thurs or Fri of that week would work great, easier for me to take off work. Did not hear back from him on Tuesday, called him on Wednesday and left 2 messages trying to get this set up. No call back, Rob called me back Thurs morning at 7 am and left message saying Thursday was no good to call him back and let him know if Friday would be ok, called him back 45 mins later went to voicemail. Called him back 3 more times on Thursday, left message that Friday is good but needed to know what time so I could be home. Rob did not return any of my calls Thursday, finally calls Friday morning around 8 am and tells me the plumber is on the way. Really ? so I am suppose to call off work because you finally decided to come do the work ? Website says phone answered 24 hrs a day, but could not even get them to call me back during normal business hours. No apology from Rob just telling me he was busy all day, takes 2 minutes to return a call. Will not  use them again.

Can I give zero stars?
The $69 quote for wasn't for the bathroom toilet after all.  You know- the i wrote the details about in my request for a quote.  He got here, flushed the toilet, then started adding things up for his ACTUAL quote.  Then quoted $249 for that BATHROOM and $149+- for the kitchen clean out.

I'd gladly have paid the $69 for each drain, but dishonesty won't get my business.   He tried to tell me I needed a physical coupon, yet your website, when I clicked on the coupon took me to the page where I scheduled your visit.  No physical or online coupon. I assumed it was built in, since you told me it was $Plus he was an hour late and so I was stuck waiting since noon.  He showed up at 4:00.  I understand other jobs may run over, but combined with the rest...You lost our current business plus future business we need done.

Update: Turned out it was just a bad clog.  You'd have cost me nearly $500 and done unnecessary  work. Shame on you for not trying the minimum and going straight to the most expensive option.  The first thing the auger company I went with did was auger the toilet and vigorously use a larger plunger than we had.   Took 5 minutes.
