MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

We would definitely hire David at Smart and Handy again!  We needed a flat screen tv wall mounted and the wiring run through the wall in our company showroom so I searched 'electricians' on Yelp.  I sent several requests for quotes out and David was one of the first to respond with a quote much lower than the first one I had received.  We were also limited on time, so needed the job done quickly.  From the time I accepted the quote to the actual install was 1 1/2 business days.  He was on time, did a great job and left the room as clean as when he found it.  Thanks, David for living up to your reviews :)

Chris was fantastic. He picked up the phone on the first ring and took the time to listen to me describe what we were up against. He was quick to provide a rough estimate of what to expect (before even seeing the pool). Most other vendors were reluctant to quote (understandably so) without first first seeing our pool. When I was able to squeeze a hypothetical out of another company, their only service was to completely remodel the pool and spend $5-10k. Chris was able to suggest an alternative fix for a fraction of the cost. Additionally, he took the time to show me how to make similar repairs in the future should new cracks in the surface occur. He's prompt, friendly and honest. I'd highly recommend his services for anyone looking to stop a leak without having to break the bank.

Don't call anyone else! I've requested Marco's services twice and he has delivered both times and exceeded expectations! The first time I called him out for a camera inspection on a house I was purchasing. He was out there before I was with camera equipment already down the pipes! He talked me through the entire inspection and discovered there was some root intrusion in the pipes. The second time I called him out for a hydro jetting of the roots found in the pipes after the home was purchased. Again, he got out there early and already had the pipes cleared before I arrived! When I got there all he needed to do was run the camera down to show me that the blockage had been cleared. Marco is friendly, dependable, and prompt. His rates are reasonable and I will not hesitate to call him again for my future plumbing needs

I needed a pressure regulator for the house. Gary was super helpful, explained everything and gave us reccomendations for future upgrades. Prices were very reasonable compared to other plumbing services we got quotes from.

I had a leak at my rental house I could not locate the leak but the water bill had really gone up. We called Josh at Rapid Quality Leak Detection and he was at the house within the hour. He was very professional and nice. He even recommended a plumber who also was out within a few hours. Problem solved. Josh was very resourceful as well. I would definitely recommend him.

Way too expensive. Over $900 to replace a faucet (I had already bought the new faucet at Home Depot) and clear two drains. Rip off
