MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Dave and his crew were on time and finished the project as promised. He even told us of another problem with our outside electrical that he went ahead and fixed....no charge. we had a nightmare expierience with our original contractor and was looking for someone who we could trust. we found it in Dave and Smart and Handy. We will call him in the future....it's a no brainer!

This is an open letter to Alex at Ixtapa Construction. Once again, I want to say thank you for your phone time that you extended to me and my home project questions even when we realized that I was out of your company's service area. Listen up, everyone...Alex even checked back in with me the following day to ensure that I would be on the right track with my bathroom remodel. Wow, such great customer service from this company, above and beyond. The customer service and concern shown by Alex and his company, Ixtapa Construction, is something rare and special. Thanks again. Consider yourself lucky if you are living in 'Ixtapa Construction service area and considering doing some home projects.

I heard about this company from the plumber that I called to talk about my water pressure. My water pressure had been really low but my water bill was through the roof. He said it might be a leak then gave me this phone number. When I called this morning they were able to quote me over the phone and come to my house same day. The whole thing was fast and efficient. The guy (Josh) that came out was super knowledgeable and put up with all my dumb questions. I was very happy and will def use again and will be recommending to my friends and my job. You should totally check these guys out.

John is a true professional. He is courteous, honest, patient, and most of all, very knowledgeable. I have used his services several times, and each time with the five star results. You couldn't ask for anything more from a service company.

Tech arrived quickly, wearing a mask and solved my first plumbing issue within first 5 minutes. The second issue was a bit more complicated (from my perspective) but Michael the tech, listened to me, then clearly explained my options for repair. The landlord will make final decision but they were so professional we will call Tweedy to do the job.

Chris came quickly to identify the leakage and it was completed in a professional way. He also helped me to find the cap to block the return line of the pool to stop the water leakage. Thank you, Chris!

Needed a plumber for a clogged drain. Clean Out sent Nathan that same day. Ended up being a two day job with two holes being cut into walls and working under the house to repair some old pipes. I was truly impressed by Nathan's ability to cut exactly where the pipe was and to be so neat and clean. Nathan and Alec were the best. I would definitely recommend them!

Contacted Patriot about a clogged kitchen sink.  Dino responded quickly and provided a 1 hr window for when they would show up.  They arrived on time and provided a clear explanation and estimate for the work needed.

I called to make an appointment and they responded right away.They also were very thorough in what needed to be done to fix my leak problem properly!Thanks again,I'll definitely be recommending to my friends:)

Absolutely appalled by the service that happened. Our bathroom shower handles are stuck and the water will not turn off. We waited 7 hours for a rude asshole that was two hours late and had the communication skills of a pet rock. After him saying the handles won't turn which I told him was the entire issue he said he had to remove the wall from the shower and replace everything. I asked if he could turn off the water and unscrew the handle to use a wrench and manually turn off the valves.  This seems like common sense which I have seen solve an issue like this in the past.  The tech got all worked up and said I'm leaving fix it yourself.  If you don't want to listen to me then you find someone else.  This company is lucky I don't call my lawyer for this absolute shit service. Unprofessional unqualified and unacceptable. I will never recommend a company like this to anyone in the OC area.  This was an occurrence at 830PM in Aliso Viejo CA.  Train your technicians not to be snakes.
