Very expensive but they got the job done and did prioritize me due to my water being completely out.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Our toilet flooded on a Sunday morning they were at our house within the hour. They fixed the plumbing issues and our basement ceiling. They were fast, efficient and affordable.

Just based on the first experience, I feel confident going with this company for every plumbing issue I encounter from here on.

My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.

Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

Called Blake after I noticed my slide room got wet during a rainstorm.  Was in a panic because we are full time, and my husband was out of town working.  Blake got Brittany out right away the same day.  She was very courteous and pleasant.  Blake followed up to make sure I was happy with the repairs.  Very honest people, highly recommend.

King's employees were professional and addressed my concerns and questions.  I've used them before for a bathroom issue and water heater installation.  These guys are fair and know what they are doing.  Quite satisfied with the work they have done for me.

Phenomenal experience! Not only did they end up coming out a day earlier than expected, they went above and beyond. Small businesses and family owned is what builds a great economy and community. We had a low grade leak from our dishwasher that was leaking through the main level light fixture. They assessed everything from the sink to the dishwasher, lights and floors. Great company. They also waive the cost of the assessment fee if they have to end up fixing any kind of damages. They were so efficient, quick and informative on what we should do/expect next. I've used this company for years and was always happy with the service and price. But it seems those things have changed. I feel they've become predatory in their business practices. Over priced and always finding a problem. Disappointed with them.

I had a great experience with Efficient Systems. Sean, Jeff, and Brian were all very kind, easy to work with, and worked quickly to get our furnace replaced.  I was very pleased with their communication, and will certainly use Efficient Systems in the future.  I highly recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs.

Johnson Heating Cooling Plumbing - now Johnson Kellie, installed furnace, A/C, water heater five years ago and have done annual maintenance since then. They have done an excellent job, the techs explain their work and testing and I am pleased with their service and also office people that set appointments. When the original work was done the owner came by and made sure all was done correct - he had the installation team make a minor change to duct work. I was pleased to see the owner following up like that. We are very satisfied with Johnson.
