Best A/C Installation in Atlanta GA
Paid $65 for a quote I never received. Was told they would call back with the quote in 1-2 days but got nothing. They came out the same day I called but when I never heard back I called another company who gave me a free quote on the spot. Work has been completed and I still haven't received the quote I paid for.

This company has exceptional customer service. The response time is fast and the ability to troubleshoot your issue is great. I will keep them as my go to for future service needs.

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things. Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here! All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called. Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Hope I never have to again, but if neede I'll call them first! Thanks!

I was very satisfied with Sarah's continued prompt responses on Yelp to all my inquiries and our Suwanee and Buford area office tech that came out. He gladly even came out a second time at our request to touch up a repair item. T Byers

I hired Steve to install bathroom faucet for me and tighten up my kitchen faucet. He came as scheduled and go to work. He was polite. He did a fantastic job. His price was reasonable. He fix my dishwasher that wasn't installed properly. I will use him again. I will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

I hesitated calling a plumbing company that I didn't recognize; you know, a big name plumbing company. But after calling one of the big names for a quote, then calling Peter at Smart Plumbing to compare, the hesitation went away. I had to give him a try. He called when he was on his way, came well within the two-hour time frame he promised (unlike other service companies who give a four-hour window) and his pricing was REASONABLE. He explained what he was doing and didn't mind me hovering over him to watch and learn. While he was here I remembered a few other small plumbing issues. He fixed those for me, too. Thanks very much, Smart Plumbing!

I have been meaning to come on here and leave an amazing review for Aaron Plumbing. My husband noticed a bubble on the ceiling of our garage earlier in the morning and was concerned, as the bubble was above our master bathroom shower. My husband and I was worried as we did not want it to get any bigger, so my husband called around to see if we could get someone out, one company said it would not be until the next day to get someone out, with a surcharge and the other they were charging so much and could not guarantee that they had any availability. My husband came across Aaron Plumbing, called and was met with such concern and willingness to help. We were able to get on the schedule and had the absolute pleasure of having Chris G come and take a look at the issue. He was so attentive, thorough, and handled our issue with such care. We were so comfortable and super impressed with Chris' recommendations and effectiveness in resolving our issue. Overall, great service and great company. Will definitely call again should we have ANY issues. Chris is awesome! Thank you!!!!!!

Called in regards to toilet leak. Spoke with Steve who was able to offer same day appt or first thing next day.
Called multiple other plumbers who were not able to address our need until 4 days after placing call.
Staff was able to come out same day. They were knowledgeable (we had a clogged toilet and leak).
Staff were friendly and polite.
Compared to other quotes they were lower priced and way more accomodating. I would recommend them.
Total cost $145

This morning I discovered we had a toilet leak. I called Plumbing Express at 7:02. They gave me options on an appointment time, called twice to give me updates and arrived well within the appointment window. Dave arrived with a friendly smile and got to work. He analyzed the problem, gave me options and pricing. After we settled on a plan he got me squared away. I recommend Plumbing Express to anyone in the metro area. They are very worthy of 5 stars.

Dillon Dobbs was the most amazing plumber/technician. He was nice, professional, courteous, respectful of our property, and very patient. He explained everything he was doing, and answered all of our questions. After 17 years of not having a plumber I can trust, I will now be using Dillon for all of our plumbing needs. I couldn't be happier with his service. I highly recommend!!

Tech came to my home because both units were not working. Was told main unit won't come on but can get upstairs unit working with new part and refrigerate. Paid $700 and sale person would come tomorrow to give complete quote on both units. Salesperson quoted $12k. Wanted another estimate so scheduled another independent person. He came and turned on main unit, didn't come on first time, remove cover, fan was stuck, cleared fan. Main unit worked instantly, paid $50 to tech. Called Casteel to complain, they insisted they will stand by techs and didn't offer refund. Now I don't trust the unethical practices of the company....DONT RECOMMEND NO MATTER WHO THEIR SPOKESPERSON IS!!

One star is far, far too generous. Had them come out for tune up on a system that was running OK, but figured routine maintenance was in order with a hot summer. Wow, what a colossal mistake.
Within 2 hours of the completion of my tune up the AC STOPS WORKING. Great job, Coolray. The tech was worse than a used car salesman pushing a new HVAC system at every turn. And... prices are exorbitant.
If Coolray worked as hard at fixing and maintaining systems as they clearly do selling new systems, they could reasonably claim to be a repair service. They are NOT in the repair business. As it is, they aggressively, relentlessly up sell and, evidently, create problems that didn't exist before their visit.
I'd sooner have a team of lobotomized orangutans service my HVAC than have Coolray at my house again.
