Narciso was very responsive and scheduled the work for the next day. Got my toilet replaced. Work was done neatly. Would love to work with him again in the future.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I called with an issue and he guided me through and we determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. Great company that's in it to resolve your issue and not take your money!!

Their rates are high and really bad service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely pleased by their professionalism and quality of service. Ben took time to explain the cause of my faucet leak and fixed it immediately. The price was extremely fair. I highly recommend this service. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

Robert from Zippy came out within 2 hours of my call and was able to clear the blocked drain within 20 minutes plus he showed me how to do it the next time so I wouldn't have to call. I appreciated the fact that he tripled checked the drainage to make sure the block was cleared. I will be using Zippy again.

I sent a message for a quote to remove my garbage disposal. I immediately got a response from Lonnie, the owner of King24hrplumbing. He called, quoted me a price and was at my home within the hour!! He was fast, polite and extremely knowledgeable!!.. Great job!!..

I called late after the Monday holiday and Steve showed up early Tuesday AM. He was respectful, courteous and broke everything down about water heaters. He also gave me a very detailed/itemized quote.
I will definitely use these guys in the future.

Got charged $ for technician coming out and opening and closing the pressure reducing valve and diagnosing that the galvanized water service pipe between city line and house was likely restricted and needed to be replaced. I have been told this constituted a service rather than a free estimate/problem diagnosis. After two weeks of not being able to get a cost estimate for the replacement of the service line, I decided to give someone else a call. I notified them of this and was told they are keeping the $ that they would have otherwise applied to the cost of the line replacement.
UPDATE - After posting the comment above, I was quickly contacted by the owner of the company. I did not ask to speak to him before posting the review above. The owner has addressed the situation to my complete satisfaction. I have great respect and appreciation for a business owner that will jump in and solve a problem when he/she becomes aware of it. We cannot expect the owner to be in all places at all times and you learn a lot about the character and integrity of the person you are doing business with when you see how they respond and act when things have gotten off track a little. I think he probably handled the situation better and more professionally than I did. I am convinced that the owner is committed to quality service and customer satisfaction. Based on the whole experience, I have upped my stars and I have left both parts of the review so you will have the full picture.

Brandon and crew offered a great price on same day emergency service and repaired a major water leak in our house. This is the second time I've used them and will use them again. No hassle, Covid-friendly and efficient.

Requested a plumber on Yelp and Angel from SNNB was the first to reply. I was getting messages from other plumbers but what made this company stand out from the rest was that they provide a free estimate and they do not charge a fee just to look. Angel came and fixed two of my toilets in no time. The price he charged me was very fair and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. Would highly recommend.

Central Septic did a great job. Michael and his team were very quick to response. They weee on time for a consultation and for the install. We replaced a whole drain field. I got other quotes. They were 1/2 the price. They did a great job. They graded after then installed the field much better than I thought they would.

I called this company because they had good reviews but they must have paid people to write good reviews about them because i have no idea how they could even get a good review...i had a simple leak from a pipe when turning on the shower and the guy who answered said they can't help me. What kind of plumbers are these people? I definitely don't recommend this company. The guy sounded so lazy. Such a sleezy company. Sad excuse for a plumber.
Update- this goofy ass fool Just called me back asking if i wrote a bad review. YES i did. And then he had the nerve to get mad and try an curse me out what kind of business is this.

Coolray replaced my downstairs HVAC in 2006. At that time they were offering lifetime parts & labor warranty assuming you kept yearly maintenance agreement. It is easier to have a single HVAC company service both of my units. Therefore Coolray has been it for the last 14 years.
Over that time I have noticed a deterioration in their customer focus, technical expertise, and ethics.
Most recently late last summer during a regular maintenance visit the technician attempted some big time up sales (blower cleaning, water detectors, capacitor, new upstairs unit, coil cleaning, etc., etc.), and I was not having any issues. He got me on a capacitor for upstairs unit. He assured that coolant in both units was fine.
Upon leaving my upstairs AC started leaking from the drain piping in my attic. So a couple days later same tech (little flustered) was sent back out to excuse the leak away. Once I wouldn't take the excuse he updated the drain piping while taking a call from HQ telling him he was spending too much time at my place.
Upon his leaving my upstairs unit just wouldn't cool. I called a second HVAC company to take a look. Coolant low.
Coincidence? Probably not.
I'm replacing upstairs unit this season and Coolray will not be one of the companies giving me an estimate.
