Our city requires the septic tank to be pumped every five years, so I called Easy Clean Septic.  The service was completed to my satisfaction.  Septic riser was also installed during this visit.

We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. If you're looking for a business that offers excellent customer service and one that gets the job done right, look no further because you've just hit the jackpot!

Robert came within hours of my call, which was really nice since it was a clogged drain. The price seemed high to clear a drain, but then he stayed and showed me how to change out the valve assembly, which made it worth it. Robert was super friendly. Recommend for more substantial jobs where the price is worth it.

Our house had a clog in the main drain line and sewage was getting into the lower level bathroom toilet and bathtub. Can't use any water in the house at all and big mess in that bathroom. This happened later afternoon after 5PM. After many calls, found Mr King on Yelp. He was there in an hour and unclogged it that night. Major save of the day/night!!

Three toilets plugged up at a small office building on a Saturday. They came promptly, snaked the sewer line for a $500 charge but never cleared the line. Told me that I needed to replace the old cast iron sewer pipes, and that would cost about $13,000 + concrete cuting + repairs inside the building. We would need to use portable toilets in the meantime. He left with the understanding that we didn't have useable toilets.  He would pull up the plans for the existing system from the City and get back with a firm quote on Monday. We never heard another word from the company and this is 6 days later. Very unimpressed.
A day after they were out I contacted Drain-O-Might. He spent double the time there, hydrojetted the entire line, scoped it, and charged $525. He didn't think the line needed to be replaced, and the toilets have been working fine since.

This company arrived timely and repaired a sewer pump issue for us. We had called another company on yesterday who stood us up then tried to reschedule something for us today and never called back to even do that. Plumber Pro Service is the best.  Our plumber (Matthew) was honest and explained everything he diagnosed and fixed.  He finished the job and applied the diagnostic fee of $95.00 to the job.  

He tested the sewer pump several times before he left to ensure everything was fine.  We will use them again for sure!   Much appreciated!

Educated me on maintenance

The crazy below temperatures in the Atlanta Metro area left me with 2 busted pipes and a shutoff valve that was inoperable. Mike and Robert were the best at their craft and was amazing to work with. Not only did I received prompt service but their quality and professionalism was the best I've seen in a very long time. They even went an extra step to troubleshoot a drainage issue that wasn't addressed with a prior plumber. If you need quality service, Central Septic & Plumbing needs to be your 1st choice. They did a great job!  Came out and fixed my hot water heater the same day.  Great service!

93.00 does not cover all drains.  We explained in detail our drain which was outside, and was told that it was covered under the 93.00.  Guess what, technician came out and said not covered.  No where on website or anywhere else does it say that outside drain would not be covered.  Technician was very nice though.
