Best Sink Installation in Atlanta GA

Definitely my go to for plumbing.  Great customer service and expertise. They installed a new toilet, replaced a pedestal sink, and replaced a filter for me.  I would never think of using anyone else.  Steven is great; he arrives as scheduled, gets right to work, leaves the area clean.  Absolutely call D&S if you need work professionally done.

I was so impressed with this service. I was in crisis mode with a leak and they came right away. Narcicio was efficient, communicative, thorough, and honest. He truly went above and beyond and we are having him return to fix some non-urgent issues next week.

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution  . I had a outdoor water spigot that had an irrigation connector glued to it. Mr. Johnson came out immediately, had some apprentices with him, and all three were able to replace the spigot in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond the job. I told him that I had a dancing washing machine, and Mr. Johnson told me it needed to be leveled. Once they leveled the legs, the problem was solved. I told him that I'd like to try to do small repairs. I appreciated the fact that he respected my interest. Many people would consider that interference. He has made himself available to answer questions over the phone. I began replacing the complete innards of a toilet, but found that I could not work in the tight space. I called Mr. Johnson, and even though I told him it was not an emergency, he made an arrangement to come out almost immediately. While on the job, he showed me that the tank was cracked. I decided to replace the toilet. I asked him if he could pull it and if he had time to figure out why the sink faucet in that bath did not work. He said yes and told me the parts that I needed to purchase. I got pretty far with the replacement of the toilet and completed the installation of an aerator on the sink faucet, but needed him for one last step with the toilet.I  found out there was a leak under the sink, which was the underlying problem. Mr. Johnson graciously came out, cut the bolts to the toilet so they could be capped and fixed the leak under the sink. I've shared all of this to say that I would call him again and highly recommend him.

I Called Express Plumbing after receiving a $300 water bill. They were able to get someone out the same day and he quickly found the issue. I had a leaky water pipe in my crawl space. The repair price was a little high but I also called on a Saturday afternoon and they completed the repair on a Sunday. I'm sure if I had waited until Monday and scheduled the repair it would have been less but who knows what other costs I would have incurred from the delay.

I was so pleased with Lonny's responsiveness and quality workmanship. He followed back up with me to ensure that I was satisfied, and put the final touches on my bathroom remodel!

I've had Casteel to come out twice - once when I needed a new water heater, and once for the first time maintenance service.  Both technicians - Tony(1) and Jim(2) - were not only PROFESSIONAL, but extremely knowledgeable and service oriented.  I like to know what is being done and why and how, and can basically get on the nerves of people determined to get in and get out as quickly as possible.  These guys were quick & efficient, but were able to school me on what I could do to preserve the life of my water heater and maintain smaller items myself.  

Most of us who work in customer facing positions know how difficult it can be to juggle service, compassion, & fatigue.  For these guys who are doing MUCH more strenuous work than I face on a daily basis, it good impression becomes a GREAT impression, because their attitude, patience, kindness were seamlessly blended with their skill and work ethic.

Professional, friendly, and most important honest,, I wished I would of called them first when my plumbing issues started, would of saved me a lot of money. I just wanna say thank y'all so much for everything y'all have done I really appreciate it and it's a big weight off my shoulders

Too many unanswered calls beyond their operators who take messages and the plumbers on call. Their operators seem friendly but between cell phones & company phones, the place plumbers have to get better with scheduling. Its better to be transparent than a company that dodges or avoids. Also found out they schedule times without customer awareness even after promising times.
