Best Septic System Repair in Atlanta GA
I was very satisfied with Sarah's continued prompt responses on Yelp to all my inquiries and our Suwanee and Buford area office tech that came out. He gladly even came out a second time at our request to touch up a repair item. T Byers

Our septic tank had been leaking for months and the area smelled really bad. We researched and called two companies. The first one said they would come but never showed up. Easy Clean Septic came on time and did a thorough inspection. Now our tank is fixed and they indeed did a Great and Clean job. We are very pleased! Highly recommend

I made an appt to have my septic pumped with this company. When tech arrived, as I attempted to verify the price, he instantly responded that's the starting price unless there is something else wrong. Called me out to my backyard after digging up the septic to tell me that the tank is cracked and I needed to replace it at a price of $6,000.00, which I could not afford. Tech went on to say they offered financing and the back wall of the tank could fall in at anytime which would back up my house, I would have a sink hole in my backyard, etc. I informed him again that I could not afford it right now. I inquired about repair and the tech stated the septic tank was too old. I went on to ask if he could just pump the tank. All of a sudden the advertised price of $249 went up to $767!! I refused to do any business with this company. I called another AWESOME septic company who came out a few hours later, dug up the septic and informed me that it was a fresh crack, I have the invoice to prove it. This company stated that I didn't need my tank replaced, or a pump for at least another year, and repaired the crack. BEWARE OF DELTA PLUMBING! It seems as though they cracked my tank and tried to scam me out of $6,000.00! I have the estimate from them and the invoice from the company that repaired the crack.

I had a leak inside my walls coming from one bathroom upstairs to another bathroom ceiling in the lower level. They came in made the repair quickly and cleaned up everything. I called a another company that was going to charge me a lot more to do the exact same job. They are excellent.

3/18/21 Craig and James from Premium Plumbing paid a service call to my home today. I had a plugged roof vent that OTHER PLUMING COMPANIES could not and would not fix. Two other (big) local plumbing companies plain out told me to live with it. Craig and James immediately recommended that they put a camera down the vent. I was impressed. Finally I got someone who was a problem solver AND they had the right tools for the job. It was not an easy job because they needed to do it from my roof, and in an area that was hard to get to. I was impressed with their diagnostic camera system, which gave us a very clear picture of the pipe . . . . . . all the way down inside it . . . . which was about 20 feet. Craig and James quickly and professionally found the problem, and fixed it to my total satisfaction.

Great service. They would've come early but I made plans with the original time frame so they came out as schedule and fixed my sinks and offered advice on upkeep. Michael was very sweet and helpful. Thank you. Will use again if needed.

Central Septic did a great job. Michael and his team were very quick to response. They weee on time for a consultation and for the install. We replaced a whole drain field. I got other quotes. They were 1/2 the price. They did a great job. They graded after then installed the field much better than I thought they would.

I have been looking for a good plumber since March. Three previous plumbers priced themselves out of the jobs I wanted done. Mike's price was perfect. He had the honesty (most important), experience, calmness, humility, and joy to do the jobs I wanted. He replaced the shower head and faucet with new ones. I also wanted an expensive faucet installed with my old stainless steel double sink. Mike was honest: The new faucet is flashy and expensive. It would be an insult to put it anywhere near the old sink. He didn't do the job just to get my money.
Thank you, Mike. I finally found a trustworthy plumber.

Shawn the plumber is the best. We had a huge backup the night before NYE and he came and worked until 2 in the morning to get our backup cleared up! he even worked through the intense rain. A few months later, we had saved up the money to have the entire home's plumbing redone (it was a terrible flip we moved into) and now e dry thing is working great! We are so grateful for Shawn and his excellent work (which he guarantees for up to a year)!

Avoid at all cost!
We had a water heater issue and hired Steve Malone's company to install a new one in 2017. The work was completed and everything seemed to be fine...
Fast forward to this year and we are in the process of selling our home. The inspection report comes back and, I kid you not, says this water heater does not appear to have been installed by a licensed plumber. Without getting too technical they installed the exhaust upside down and was leaking carbon monoxide into our home for three years. Inspector's photos show clearly where the carbon monoxide leak had corroded the top of the water heater. We are nothing but lucky it didn't cause any health issues to our family. The buyer says this has to be fixed ASAP or they will terminate the contract (for good reason).
Naturally I call the company to come out and fix what is clearly their error. They send out a technician, who takes one look at it and says this is terrible. Totally incorrect installation. He apologies and says they'll be in touch on how they'll fix it.
Then Steve gets involved. He says it was a beautiful install and the exhaust was installed that way because that was the only way to fit a water heater of the size we had previously our crawl space...like I should have known this was going to happen. You are the expert! I trusted you to do the job properly! If its going to cause a problem, tell me! Use a different size (which clearly was an option as you'll see below)! Literally anything!
I ask Steve what kind of beautiful install fails every code there is and needs to be fixed 3 years later. He had no answer, but didn't budge. At this point he knows he has us over a barrel with the closing in a week and charges us $2,000 to undo their mistake and install a new, smaller water heater.
This is my first ever Yelp review but I felt compelled to get this out there. Two weeks later I'm still taken aback by the audacity of Steve. This is not a guy who has the client's best interest in mind and would rather lose a customer forever than admit his own mistake. Can't do business with people like that.
