Steve helped me with installing ceiling fans in the house. He was professional, worked fast, and did a great job. Thanks again!

David installed a kitchen faucet. Came the same day I called. Estimate matched the cost. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'll call on Valu- Rite again in the future. The company participates in the Yelp Guarantee program but I doubt if I'll need it. Everything seems to be working.

Had a major leak in my yard, Caleb and his partner (didn't catch his name) showed on time, diagnosed the problem right away and were nothing but helpful and courteous from then on. Good to know this business is around to reach out to.

They were very quick to respond to my request and even came out on the same day. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and at a good price!

I called them bc all the other septic pumping companies stood me up. They said they were different. I was on the schedule for over a week for service. I called on Monday to confirm I was still on the schedule for Wednesday or Thursday, they confirmed. On Wednesday they called and said it would be Thursday. I was suppose to be they're first call Thursday, but somehow my window became 2pm to 4pm. I waited and of course they called at 3:50pm saying that the technician is 20 to 25 minutes out. I cancelled my service call. I'm sure they will response with an excuse just as the others did or I could've wait just a little bit longer for a company that I'm paying money to for a service...
They're not reliable I will not use or recommend services from True Blue Plumbing.
Added note: they're crewed arrives at 4:40 and I sent them away. He got angry and say he was here to help. I love it how he angry and I'm paying them almost $2k to do some work. I guess I'm the lucky one.
Also, here's our text conversation of me canceling bc they were outside the window. See below.

This is the second time I've used Dan and he's awesome. I found him here on Yelp several months ago when I had a kitchen drawer that was broken. It was never properly installed by my builder but Dan did a great job fixing it and it's still working well today. Several weeks ago, I had a light in my laundry room that went out and needed a new fixture installed. Dan to the rescue again. He texted yesterday (on a holiday no less) to confirm our appointment and his arrival time. He showed up right on time and after looking at my light, went out to Home Depot to purchase another one. He brought two back for me to check out and I chose the one I liked and it works perfectly and looks so much better than the old one! Dan is professional, prompt, clean, friendly, and does a great job. I would highly recommend him!

This company came to do a kitchen renovation with labor only. I asked for a bathroom quote as well for a future project. It was made clear on more than one occasion that I was doing one project at a time and the only thing I was doing was the kitchen. I repeated this numerous times. We met at Floor & Decor to pickup tile and they showed up a small SUV, okay first sign. NO pickup truck? Well Okay, that's possible. Then they ask about the bathroom tile, I again repeated we are not doing the bathroom just the kitchen. We get to HD to pick up mortar and grout, I ask, do you have a hammer drill since the kitchen is in a concreted basement, John and Richard confirm yes they do. We get back to home, Monday is done. Tuesday they come late around 3pm. I have cameras everywhere, I watch for hours as they stare at the concrete wall. Then John says to me he has to build a wall to put the cabinets on, a wall with studs, plywood, and sheet rock, mudded and painted. Let me remind you I have already purchased all cabinets according to the dimensions of the kitchen. On Wednesday, I watch as John manually hammers concrete nails that are 2 inches into the newly created wall. I also see he is failing at hammering them. New request for more supplies of wood decking nails that are 3 inches and other things. I show up on Thursday morning, the 113 ( 9'5) wall John started on Tuesday is still not even mudded, AND my bathroom tube/shower is outside cut up in pieces.... where in the world did we get this wrong. Further, more the cabinets I bought from Lowe's now are about 4 to long because he took 4 off the measurements, building a wall. BTW.... come to find out he did not have an operating hammer drill... THIS IS WHY he asked to spend an additional $200 out of my budget to build this 2 day wall. Further, he pour self leveling concrete over my existing old concrete, with no primer and no border to protect the adjacent rooms. So I now have wet concrete under my newly placed laminate flooring....
These people had no clue what they were doing, I wished I had noticed in their pictures, I don't them actually in the pictures with workers or doing actual work. I didn't see their before and after work again with them in the pictures.
It actually took them 1 whole day to remove a range hood.
As I stated there were cameras everywhere, I was not there due to work constraints so I wanted to make sure I was apprised of all their work. So I do have receipts....

We spent $90K with Morningside for plumbing & HVAC on new construction. 5 months into our new home we still have no hot water at the two master bath sinks and one shower head. Had to call in another company to rewire the HVAC units to operate correctly. We filed with the Atlanta BBB, Angie's List and Kudzu -- hoping to help others avoid this horribly frustrating and expensive situation
