I was so impressed with this service. I was in crisis mode with a leak and they came right away. Narcicio was efficient, communicative, thorough, and honest. He truly went above and beyond and we are having him return to fix some non-urgent issues next week.

I burned out in my heating element in my hot water heater while trying to install a drip pan as a condition of selling my townhouse. We are relatively new to the neighborhood (Dec 2017) and had some weird pools of water in our garage. I looked around for a good plumber and found these guys on Facebook. I know all too well when businesses offer Free service calls, they end up trying to sell you on something crazy expensive or they nickel and dime you. These guys advertised an $80 service Call and that's what we were charged. No hidden fees, no nickel and dime charges, no up-selling, they showed up, tightened a couple of fixtures to the pipes inside the master bathroom wall and Voila! Problem solved! No more pools of water in the garage! I also walked them through the basement and had them look at a few areas of concern. They told me everything was great and that I could rest easy. Seriously, such a relief when a business doesn't take advantage of clients. Especially being that I'm a stay at home mom, I really appreciate the honesty. I can't tell you how sick it makes me when male owners or workers show up at your house, and act like because you're a female, you must have a lower IQ than them. Very happy with Paul's work.  He responded quickly, was efficient, and communicative.  He fixed our filter, taught my husband to do it next time, caught a mistake the last plumber made, and also fixed a toilet.  We'd hire Paul again without question.

Our tech Ethan did a great job diagnosing an issue we had with one of our pipes and was reasonable for work performed although the issue has not  been resolved yet.  We are waiting on a quote from them for repair of a pretty big job and will consider them for the repair which may require some concrete digging and a bigger budget.  This review is solely for the initial interaction with Showtime Express.  Glenda was very kind and thoughtful in the initial conversation and the tech rep Ethan was generous with his time and trying to help us find a best solution to resolve the problem at hand.

We were in urgent need for plumbing help at our family business and Jeff at Bulldog Plumbing came to our rescue. He was quick to respond to our need, sent out his repair man to work on the problem. Quoted us a time and Lowell showed up in less time, worked with camera tipped snake to look at clog location. Replaced wax on toilets, fixed clogs reseated toilets and cleaned up work area good as new. Indeed would have Jeff and his team back for any future plumbing issues! GOT A CLOG? Was able to fix the problem with the tools they had on hand. Took the time to check out other related systems to be sure the problem was resolved. Also gave suggestions for how to maintain my system.

Shawn the plumber is the best. We had a huge backup the night before NYE and he came and worked until 2 in the morning to get our backup cleared up!  he even worked through the intense rain. A few months later, we had saved up the money to have the entire home's plumbing redone (it was a terrible flip we moved into) and now e dry thing is working great! We are so grateful for Shawn and his excellent work (which he guarantees for up to a year)!

Original request , felt they were too expensive for what i wanted done . I asked him to look at my outside faucets , some had a small drip  , he said they needed to be tightened , so he did , left . Quote was about $250 to replace one faucet. Today i went to use and instead of a drip it is running and can't shut off water . Now i have to repair it. Hope his intentions were good and he did not know that the fix was worse than the problem
