Great company! The owner responded very quickly when I put out my request on Yelp and was able to come the next day first thing in the morning. His pricing was great compared to some other local plumbers! He kept everything neat and tidy and offered great advice for other areas of the house that we have yet to work on. Definitely will be making him our permanent plumber!

Wonderful!! They are absolutely wonderful, upfront pricing, honest workers, punctual, I will continue to recommend them to everyone in Bridgemill! We are relatively new to the neighborhood (Dec 2017) and had some weird pools of water in our garage. I looked around for a good plumber and found these guys on Facebook. I know all too well when businesses offer Free service calls, they end up trying to sell you on something crazy expensive or they nickel and dime you. These guys advertised an $80 service Call and that's what we were charged. No hidden fees, no nickel and dime charges, no up-selling, they showed up, tightened a couple of fixtures to the pipes inside the master bathroom wall and Voila! Problem solved! No more pools of water in the garage! I also walked them through the basement and had them look at a few areas of concern. They told me everything was great and that I could rest easy. Seriously, such a relief when a business doesn't take advantage of clients. Especially being that I'm a stay at home mom, I really appreciate the honesty. I can't tell you how sick it makes me when male owners or workers show up at your house, and act like because you're a female, you must have a lower IQ than them. I will never use another plumber again. I had a toilet overflow and wasn't sure if it was a main line clog or a septic issue. I called Paul on a Monday morning. He listened to my problem and suggested I open the cleanout pipe outside to relieve the pressure. He offered to come to my house at 8pm that day to take a look. Needing someone sooner, I had another plumber come out that afternoon. I was not impressed with their customer service and did not have them work on the problem. I called Paul again the following morning and he said he could be there by 6pm. He called at 5 asking if it was okay if he showed up 30 mins early. He arrived promptly at 5:30 and greeted me with a smile. We discussed the problem and he showed me prices on a price sheet. He gave me a verbal estimate, then realized the price for the service on his price sheet was higher than what he said, but he honored his first number. What an honest guy. He went through options with me and fixed the problem promptly. He spent time making sure the problem was actually fixed and gave me great maintenance and prevention advice. He referred me to a septic company for septic maintenance. He tested my water pressure and even checked out my water heater for me on his way out.

It's awesome when someone is great at their service but exceptional to be around. Paul was just a solid, genuine dude and fun to hang out with. Paul, you've got a customer for life!

Fast response. Chris came out same day and diagnosed my problem. He let me know what the options were to repair or replace my water heater without any added pressure. I opted to replace as my unit was way past it's prime. He got the installation done quick and efficiently. Very professional, great service.

We were in urgent need for plumbing help at our family business and Jeff at Bulldog Plumbing came to our rescue. He was quick to respond to our need, sent out his repair man to work on the problem. Quoted us a time and Lowell showed up in less time, worked with camera tipped snake to look at clog location. Replaced wax on toilets, fixed clogs reseated toilets and cleaned up work area good as new. Indeed would have Jeff and his team back for any future plumbing issues! GOT A CLOG? William from GPS is our hero.  He was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgable.  He took the time to explain things to me and walked me through his repairs.  The quote matched the invoice (in my experience, a first) and he pointed out some things (after I asked) that could use some attention and we are definitely having him back for an estimate.  BTW, this was all late on a holiday night and we couldn't be more grateful for this happy ending to an otherwise catastrophic afternoon.  Thanks so much, William.  We really do appreciate you!

Shawn the plumber is the best. We had a huge backup the night before NYE and he came and worked until 2 in the morning to get our backup cleared up!  he even worked through the intense rain. A few months later, we had saved up the money to have the entire home's plumbing redone (it was a terrible flip we moved into) and now e dry thing is working great! We are so grateful for Shawn and his excellent work (which he guarantees for up to a year)!

Dillon Dobbs was the most amazing plumber/technician. He was nice, professional, courteous, respectful of our property, and very patient. He explained everything he was doing, and answered all of our questions. After 17 years of not having a plumber I can trust, I will now be using Dillon for all of our plumbing needs. I couldn't be happier with his service. I highly recommend!!

These folks are crazy expensive.  And if you cancel the order you will pay through the nose as well.  Toilet estimate was $590.  And a small repair on faucet and shower knob.  I called within an hour to cancel.  They said fine.  Then two weeks later I get a call that the parts are in.  I said I'm sorry.  Long story short, the nuts for Amer Standard faucet and shower handle and diagnostic fee was $279.  Stay away!!!
