Best HVAC System Repair in Atlanta GA
I just had the best ever service visit from John, who was here on a Saturday and solved an unusual but persistent problem that I've been having over the past couple of months. He carefully and patiently explained some things I can do relative to maintenance as well. I really can't express in words how wonderful John was to visit with and learn from. You ROCK!!!! Al

Dino responded to my request for a plumbing estimate and came out quickly to assess my issue. Though this was not officially an emergency it was something that I felt needed to be addressed as soon as possible to keep from having more costly issues down the road if not taken care of. He listened to my opinion even though I have no clue about plumbing and how to fix things beyond how to turn the water on and off. He ran a test. Confirmed the problem, gave me a quote on the repair and an upgrade to help me in the future. He was not pushy about his upgrade but it made perfect sense so I agreed to include it with the repair. He didn't have the part needed for the repair but said he could pick it up and would be back in 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure he beat that time because he was back before I could finish a work call. Once back he went right to work and had the repairs and the upgrade complete in no time at all. His price seemed extremely fair based on prior plumbing repairs i had done in the past. I would highly recommend him and Mechanical Solutions Atlanta (MSA) for your plumbing needs.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Diligent, professional, and worked as a team until the well pump was installed.
A delightful company to work with. Every step was clearly communicated.
We will be using them for any future repairs on our house.

Four weeks after moving into our new home, we noticed a reduction in our hot water pressure. We looked on Yelp for a local plumber and saw H&M had excellent reviews. Harry came out the day we called. He quickly solved the problem, explaining everything as he worked. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
We're also very pleased with his rates.
Harry's son, Brent, works in HVAC. We've had him service our home and prevent a future problem. We're also very impressed with his honesty, great service, knowledge and rates.
If we ever have another problem, we'll definitely be calling H&M.
Thank you, H&M, for your excellent quality service!

Jason was a very good friendly knowledgeable technician. I recommend him. Service is very expensive but good.

Called Steve and he sent out a guy to fix a leak the water company said I had. Guy shows up, tells my wife that the water pressure valve regulator was the the problem and replaced it for $375. I thought it was strange since there was no leaking inside the house where the valve was, but I wasn't there to talk to the guy so not much that I could do. The guy also mentioned to my wife something about the water heater, which wasn't that old and was working fine. I thought that was odd.
About a month later, my water bill is still sky high. I look in the basement and my water heater, which had been fine, is now leaking. I look at the valve they installed, about 20 feet away, and it's still dry. I then look outside the house, and see water bubbling in the yard. I call up Steve and he said it would be 2 days until they can get there to look at the problem. Since I can't wait that long, I then look up some videos on YouTube and figured out I had an outside water line leak.
I dig around the yard and find the source of the outside water leak. I turn off the water at the water meter and then buy some parts from Home Depot and order some other parts Amazon to fix the problem. Steve finally sends a guy out a couple of days later and they tell me they need to replace the entire line to the meter, about 200 feet away, for $4,350. That evening, the last parts I ordered arrive and I repair the leak. All the parts in total cost me less than $40.
As for the hot water heater, I pumped up the pressure on the expansion tank so the leaking has now stopped (thanks again, YouTube!).
So here are the reasons why I gave them 1 star:
1) They misdiagnosed the issue and replaced a pressure valve that I suspect was working.
2) I suspect they dialed up the pressure valve and messed with the expansion tank pressure so the hot water heater would start leaking.
3) An estimate for replacing an entire line when all I needed was a line patch. Again, the estimate was for $4,350; I fixed the problem myself for $40 in parts.
4) After notifying Steve that I no longer needed his services, he leaves me a very nasty voicemail.
They are incompetent, dishonest, insanely overpriced, and rude. I will absolutely never use their services again.

First when you call it's some kind of shared hotline between multiple companies. They pass the message on, and might not call back until the next day.
I think they try to get you to spend unneeded money. The tech came out and pointed to stuff on my air conditioner outside condenser unit and basically said I needed to spend a few grand replacing my entire system because leaking Freon. Then they put me in the phone with some guy from another part of their company that sells the units, who sounded like he was doing me a huge favor by talking to me, bc the tech came like 3 hrs late, at about 730pm by the time he finished.
I called a different local guy recommended to me, and he refilled it and replaced something in the attic for a couple hundred bucks and it's been colder than ever and doing fine since.
From the time I called cool ray until the time they actually came out was like 9 days of horrible may heat, this last summer.
I think they are just too big, just try to up sell the customer.

Crooked, criminal, dishonest, and untrustworthy is how I would describe this business. Called to check my upstairs unit out and the technician(more like salesman) diagnosed a bad compressor on my unit. He tells me it's a better option to just buy a new unit. I go with the repair and spent $3000. Same exact issue the very next year so I decided to call a different company to repair. He spends all of 5 minutes and finds a rusted coil and fixes the issue for $350. Update: 2 years later and I've had no issues after dealing with a new company.

I have never used this service. Their quality may be phenomenal. However, I will never use this company as I watched a driver representing this company not pull over for emergency vehicles on 2 occasions. I hope that this employee is never in need of emergency care or if they are, those on the road at the time do not show the same disregard that this employee showed.
**This is not in direct relations to the company's actions, however their employee was representing them in one of their trucks with their name and information plastered all over it. Hoping the company will make strides to remind their employees to pull to the right for sirens and lights and that their actions represent the company as a whole.**

Very disappointing! They repaired a broke water pipe 10/13/2013 that was leaking into our basement. The pipe started leaking again on 1/12/2015 so he came back out located the pipe and the leak was in the exact same place where they repaired it. Bottom line when he saw that he walked off the job and told me I need to get somebody else to fix it.
