Best HVAC System Repair in Atlanta GA
We have used Aaron plumbing before. There work was good so we called them again. We needed two faucets repaired, one on the bathroom sink and one on the tub. The job consists of removing the faucets, removing and replacing the cartridges and reinstalling the faucet handles. I even provided the plumber with the part numbers and a complete explosion diagram from Moen. There is no under sink type work needed. I actually repaired the sink handle once myself. The cost should be about $20 for the parts and it should take about a half hour for a professional. Even at a full hour and more for the parts it wouldn't cost more than $40 or take more than 1 hour.
The estimate was $715!! For that outrage I still had to pay the $59 service fee. They waive the fee if you have work done. Now I can understand why.
Several hours after writing this review I received a call from Aaron during which they agreed that the estimate I was given was too high. After further review they revised the quote to the mid $400's. They also voluntarily agreed to refund the $59 service fee. I appreciated their effort to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, we still disagree on what is an appropriate fee for the parts and labor for this fairly minor repair. See also the review by Jonathan C. We agree that the quality of the work is fine but the charges are not reasonable.

$219 for a fuse fix which took only a few minutes seems extremely expensive to me. But the job was done and I was not on site so I couldn't do anything about it.
I had an hvac cooling system fix several years ago and it was not this expensive.
Very responsive and very fast but I'd prefer to shop around for a cheaper option.

Same day service for a broken A/C unit that is 14 yrs old! We were thrilled and so happy since it happened on a HOT day! Jonathan fixed our system. He was incredibly personable, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work! He made sure we saw the issue/status before and after it was corrected. Didn't try to ridiculously upsell us like the last A/C repair company did. We signed up for annual maintenance checks so we can plan any work or a new system versus freak out when something goes wrong.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

I was looking for inexpensive, sustainable options for the wellness center I am creating at my school and Tara helped me find some great additions. We re-purposed items that would have ended up in a landfill. She also volunteered her time to help with our school explore solar, which will help reduce our carbon footprint, help us save money and bring this sustainable lesson into the curriculum.

Great service. Responsive. Reputable company. They have earned my loyalty. Brent is the best. I won't use anyone else.

I have used Casteel for many years. Cole came to do my fall winter service. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He even answered my questions about using a NEST thermostat. I appreciate the service I receive from the staff at Casteel.

I was listing my condo for sale and was getting errors from my NEST unit. The HVAC had shut off and wasn't working. Not good when trying to sell your home. I called Buckhead Plumbing and they totally calmed me down, came over and fixed the issue. They also took the time to do a complete service and make sure that any inspection before a sale would be perfect. I completely recommend them! Great service. Owner even texted me after to make sure I was satisfied.

I made an appointment but they didn't show up. Despite the very long time interval for the technician's estimated arrival (12pm-4pm), nobody showed up even at 5pm. I called their office, but they don't apologize, and even refused to give me an updated estimated arrival time. I realized I was just wasting my time and decided to use another contractor. I previously had good experience with their technician for my AC unit, but it is too bad their service is deteriorating.

Astoundingly expensive. Had them out to look at a intermittent problem on one furnace and do a yearly service. The following ensued:
1. Wanted more than the agreed on price for the service. The online rep said it would be $49 for each furnace. The tech said that probably was only for the first one...
2. Wanted to replace a capacitor for $105. It was not needed and if needed the part would cost $2.50. When I asked about it he just smiled and confirmed it.
3. Wanted to replace control board on one furnace cost $600. Two minute repair if needed at $200 for parts. $400 markup?
4. Wanted to replace draft blower at $600. Another quick repair with parts cost of $82.
$500 markup?
Your mileage may vary but for now I will do my own simple repairs.
Also tried to sell me three time a year cleaning and inspections with a 10%! discount on repairs. I don't think so.
Highly recommended to check for alternative solutions and get bids on any service before it is performed.

We were given a time frame of three hour window. Wasted whole day by waiting for the plumber to arrive. Inspite of calling them every hour they could not offer he update. We were called at the end of the time frame that plumber is running late and would n
not even offer an estimated time. Very poor service provider. Wish we could give them negative rating.

Do not use this contractor. He was hired to fix a minor drain issue but today he spread purple pipe cement all over my cabinets and when this was pointed out he became angry and profane. He then ripped out all my pipes out from under my kitchen sink and stormed off with them. Now I can't use either the sinks or the dishwasher and have a massive mess to hire another contractor to repair.
