We recently had Reggie the Plumber out to install 2 toilets and complete our Certificate of Compliance for Dekalb County. He and his assistant were great! They were both very friendly, professional, and very quick!! He looked over our faucets to sign-off that they were in compliance and was less costly than other estimates I got from area plumbers. They even squeezed us into their already full schedule to get us done by the time Dekalb Co. needed the certificate. I highly recommend this team!

This company has exceptional customer service.  The response time is fast and the ability to troubleshoot your issue is great. I will keep them as my go to for future service needs.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I recieved Aaron Plumbing through a recommendation from a top neighborhood realtor when I snapped an old galvanized water spigot late one evening.  Marcus was out for repair the following morning by 9:30.  He throouhgly explained the different options to fix it and the pros/cons of each.  He was friendly and efficient.  I would deinitely use Aaron Plumbing again.

Steve was quick to respond. I had him replace a ceiling fan for me. His work was great and for a great price!

I called with an issue and he guided me through and we determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. Great company that's in it to resolve your issue and not take your money!!

Peter responded quickly and scheduled the job exactly when I wanted it. He called ahead of time to let me know he is on the way. He is very diligent and has a great attention to detail. He repaired a cast iron pipe toilet flange and installed the new toilet. He cleaned up the job well. I would definitely use him again.

Wow! Fantastic job!!!  Awesome service the very day called.   Gary was great on the phone not making any promises but said he would do his best to get a crew out to the house if possible when they finished their scheduled job.  This was on a Friday and when the phone call came that a crew had finished in Stone Mountain and would stop by on their way home, we were thrilled.  The guys got here and worked until finished way into the evening.   Our water line to the house had started leaking at the house.   The crew ran a new line from the meter and entered the house at a more reasonable area than the builder who had placed it under a brick front porch across the driveway.  
Could not have been more satisfied on service and cost.   I do not know of many who would have given up a Friday night to play in the dirt.    Oh did I mention that they were 1/3rd the cost of another Plumber with a fancy name???

Showed up in mask which is great given the current COVID situation. Explained exactly what and how much it would take to finish installing expansion tank and fix the water heater problem. They did not have all the parts but they got it in 30 mins and completed the work in time. Definitely recommended!

Our toilet was seeping and running off and on
. We called them and received a quick service call. Repairs were done in less than an hour and cost was reasonable. We will use them again !

Per an advertisement received in the mail, I contacted Casteel to check 2 HVAC systems. First tech arrived, was condescending (used to that attitude being a female but this was extreme) and before any assessment said, I *will* find something wrong. Told him to leave.

The company contacted me asking to send a different technician... OK. Appointment was scheduled, received an email stating tech was en route so I followed his progress online. He was 1/2 mile from my location when I went onto the porch to await his arrival (leaving my phone inside). Almost 1/2 hour later, I went back into the house, checked my phone and had a text message, THE TECH HAS ARRIVED PLEASE ANSWER THE DOOR followed by another, Okay, we have cancelled. The technician went to the wrong house and it took many texts for them to acknowledge he WAS indeed at the wrong location. The text exchange continued pressuring me to reschedule! Um, NO!

If you get an advertisement in the mail for Casteel HVAC service, THROW IT IN THE TRASH.

So last November I realized I had a water leak between the street and the house. Ugh... I'd known this was coming, and that I had that nasty blue poly pipe. So.... i had to have the pipe replaced between the street and the house, the entire pipe, all 120+ feet of it....

As it wasn't an emergency I scheduled the appointment on-line and got the 10% discount. They called quickly, very quickly. Like I doubt I would have been served faster if I'd called quickly.

These guys were on time and friendly, explaining exactly what needed to be done, and why. Like I said, I had a clue, so it was nice to know I was being told the truth! This repair was NOT cheap, nor did I expect it to be. Could I have saved a few bucks? Probably, but I wanted to know it was fixed right and not have to deal with it again. I'd dealt with the AC side of the business before (several years ago) and was pleased, so I called them.

They threw in a couple of sprinkler line breaks (from trenching - knew it would happen) due to the size of the job. That was a nice touch, but they still made plenty of money.

then comes the spring. Three zones out of five don't work on the sprinkler system... Call coolray, tell them the issue and they send out a crew. A crew who can't fix sprinklers.... So they send the correct guy out the next day and he was even early. One zone had a leak, but there was also an electrical problem that they said was due to incorrect installation and not something they did. They're probably right, but dang it if they had checked their work the first time I'd know for sure. Instead, it cost $150 extra.

It wasn't a bad experience overall, but it does reinforce my belief that if you can find a good small shop plumber, electrician, auto guy, etc that you should!
