Reggie came recommended from a customer so we assumed he would be reliable  . He seemed very pleasant . We met and I was told he would provide a quote Monday. He knew I was in a bind in regards to needing a plumber.  Monday came . Nothing . I sent him a couple of texts . Nothing . At that point I assumed he was closed in honor of MLK because why would an owner of a company ignore a potential customer? Tuesday I called the office after 10 AM to see about the quote. Reggie 's son apologized for his father not responding to me. He assured me that he would be calling. Close to 4 PM I called back and his son was apologetic again not understanding why his father hadn't called me. He then shared that his father was concerned about being able to do the job since hehad a funeral on Wednesday which I was aware of already per our conversation prior. He went on to say that his father  verbalized that he wasn't certain whether or not he could actually do the job to his son .Not to me the potential customer but his son. I repeated myself multiple times saying that it was fine  to please let me know one way or the other if he could do the job anytime during the week that I was in a severe bind. And that it was OK if he could not but just to please let me know. His son apologized again and said that he would let me know personally today. He did not . As a small business owner I want to always support other small business owners however when it comes to such lack of respect shown as Reggie the plumber did to us I would not recommend this company to anyone. We went with Zurn plumbing . They communicated well and showed respect for the customer.

This company has exceptional customer service.  The response time is fast and the ability to troubleshoot your issue is great. I will keep them as my go to for future service needs.

We had no hot water, D&S was at our house within 2 hours and had a new hot water heater installed the following morning. Very friendly and professional. Daniel was excellent and we will definitely use them again.

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

rip-off artists I had three plumbing companies tell me what to watch out for with a septic pump-out and they were 100% correct. They will quote a low price then find reasons to charge more when they arrive. I had a VERY long discussion with this company of EXACTLY what I needed and all the factor to make sure we were on the same page. AND YET, the minute they dig it up and see the waste - 2 inches from the top and not in any way an issue - sorry it will now be $350 more

NO! I will NOT be ripped off because you think I can't say no! And I will be sure other customers know your practices.

Sorry but my time is to precious to play games. You had one shot and you blew it. I had a lengthy discussion to prevent this. Offering free after you realized you couldn't rip me off is worse than admitting a mistake.

I hired Steve to install bathroom faucet for me and tighten up my kitchen faucet.  He came as scheduled and go to work.  He was polite.  He did a fantastic job.  His  price was reasonable.  He fix my dishwasher that wasn't installed properly.  I will use him again.  I will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

Professional, dependable, cordial and all at a reasonable price.  Scott came out and fixed our leaking Roman bath faucet.  I was impressed by his workmanship.  I highly recommend Plumbers United!

Peter did an amazing job. He was professional and friendly. The garage disposal was replaced in no time and he left the area cleaned up. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

We had a broken pipe which needed repair. The price quoted changed several times as did the solution to repair it. It was finally repaired (took 2 days), As a result of sloppy work we had some other damage to contend with. Very disappointed.

We had Greenlee replace the PolyB pipe in our house before we moved in.  It was a big project and a lot of sheet rock was cut to access the pipes.  I wondered if it was possible to look like it was before the project.  Not only did they patch up all that was cut up, they repainted it back too.  Luckily the previous owner left the leftover paint.  I can't tell at all that the pipes were replaced.  It looks amazing.  The crew was experienced and did .  Excellent communication and company.  I would highly recommend Greenlee.

I have been using plumbing Express for a while now. All visits have been good, The last visit they scored 5 stars. as I had a leak that needed immediate attention. They were our right away! Fast! They are all very nice and very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and I will stick with them as they have been out about 4 Times working on all different leaks. Dylan has been twice and very helpful and super friendly! We appreciate you guys very much!

Great service. I felt like they were very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had a main line leak and they found it, fixed it in less than 20 hours of my first call.  This was a huge job but they had several teams of people out getting it done so my water worked today. I wouldn't go any were else again....

My husband and I have been customers of Casteel since the late 90s.  At that time we lived in the same sub-division as Bob Casteel.  Our hearts were very faithful customers.  Over those years we purchased two air conditioning units, a tankless water heater and a furnace from them.  We also paid for yearly maintenance.  They used to call like clock work, but now we are paying for maintenance but have to beg for the company to come out.  A week ago our air conditioner went out (we purchased it from Casteel in 2007).  We used to be called 'premium' customers, but it took a full 24 hours for them to come out. The service people who show are always very polite.  He told us we needed a new unit.  Casteel company then said they could send someone out in another 24 hours to give us a quote on a new unit.  Our new company replaced the unit within 24 hours.
Just a note:  Bob Casteel no longer owns 'Casteel' if you want to have a company take really good care of you, don't listen to the commercial, Casteel is now a TERRIBLE company.

Unbeknownst to us (we live out of state) until our son told us that there was water on the laundry room floor and a stream in the garage, that the main shut off valve was cracked under the water heater. Kyle McGuire from Mr Plumber responded to the call the same day we called for service  - his explanation of the needed repair was appreciated and very easy understand. He also was happy to answer any additional questions I had. He was prepared with the necessary parts and completed the repair in a timely manner.
