Best A/C Installation in Atlanta GA
Awesome service! Same day response. Polite and efficient. I'm very happy I called them for my bathroom issues!

Same day service for a broken A/C unit that is 14 yrs old! We were thrilled and so happy since it happened on a HOT day! Jonathan fixed our system. He was incredibly personable, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work! He made sure we saw the issue/status before and after it was corrected. Didn't try to ridiculously upsell us like the last A/C repair company did. We signed up for annual maintenance checks so we can plan any work or a new system versus freak out when something goes wrong.

My gas control valve went out on my water heater. I was able to get a D & S plumber to come out on the same day. I was not able to get the problem resolved due to a part that had to be ordered from the manufacturer.
Once I received the part, D & S was able to squeeze me in. I wasn't expecting a repair tech to come out until 6 - 8 pm, but the tech was able to make it to me 5 hrs earlier than scheduled!
Great company, this is my second time using D & S and each time was a professional experience.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things. Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here! All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called. Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Hope I never have to again, but if neede I'll call them first! Thanks!

We were on borrowed time with our 20 year old water heater and made a few calls. We also contemplated having a friend install one we would buy from a store. We then thought about what would happen if there's an accident, a leak In a year, etc. We made some calls and chose Aaron plumbing. Was Aaron the least expensive. No, but when you're making a decision as a homeowner, this is one of those items that you just don't want to cheap out on. Aaron Plumbing was professional from start to finish, our estimate was done by the plumber who was going to do all the work. He was honest about the changes required by code since our current one was so old. Doug was on time, professional, kept us informed on each step of the installation and the final price was the exact same as the estimate. Thank you and I highly recommend Aaron plumbing if you want things done right!

Steve helped me with installing ceiling fans in the house. He was professional, worked fast, and did a great job. Thanks again!

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Excellent service and arrived on time on the same day service was requested. Having problem light could not be ignited therefore no hot water. Peter found thermocouple to be defective. He said 90% of the time that was the main culprit for old water heater and he replaced the thermocouple. Highly recommended!!

This review is based on pricing only and not service quality.
I needed to have a toilet isolation valve replaced as it was leaking. The plumber arrived on time and provided a detailed estimate for work as follows:
- Drain down system $400 (turn off supply valve and open faucet, this price is ridiculous)
- Replace isolation valve $200
I wanted to use Aaron Services but could not afford their pricing. I repaired myself as follows: drain system 30 minutes of waiting, replaced valve at a cost of $8 and 15 minutes for installation.
Total parts cost was $8 and time involved was 1 hour. Aaron Services wanted to charge $600 which is robbery. If cost is not an issue then Aaron Services may be good for you.

Greenlee Plumbing was available when scheduled and identified the issued and corrected it successfully. I have used them before and would definitely use them again.

The folks that inspect my A/C twice a year told me I needed a new water heater. When I bid it out, Plumbing Express came in a few hundred low. I hired them but there was a problem with the initial installation. Turns out the problem was with the breaker to the water heater, not the water heater. The plumber on the job was friendly but didn't think the breaker failure was necessarily due to the installation. When I called the office, Ty and I couldn't legitimately determine the cause of the breaker failure, but to his credit he agreed to split the electrician bill. So, a somewhat weird experience, but at the end of the day Plumbing Express stood by their work. The water heater is working fine now. I'd use them again.

They came to service one of toilets back in July; i just forgot to put a review. My son's toilet was leaking and they fixed it right up. I called them again for a 2nd visit but i'm hearing whistling in the pipes so they will be out again in the next couple of days. Prompt response, respectable service men, and great work.

Our AC had been broken for months, and GA summer was upon us. After having had a terrible experience with one of their competitors (Reliable Heating & Air-- brought us the wrong furnace on installation day-- which was nearly impossible to schedule as we had to wait weeks-- tried to sell us the one they brought instead and then became exasperated with us when we insisted on getting the furnace that we had ordered), we called Casteel after reading their reviews. The initial ordeal was a blessing in disguise because Casteel was so great to work with from start to finish. Michael was accommodating, unassuming, mellow, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He came to our home the same day we called (even if it was late in the day), patiently answered all of our questions and passionately demystified a lot of the science behind the newest HVAC technology, was well rounded and honest with his recommendations, and was able to have our new HVAC system installed, without incident, three days later. Sean and his trainee, DJ, did the day-long install and were so professional and respectful of our space and family... It was as though they weren't even there! Sean explained out new equipment patiently and made sure all of our questions were answered. Overall, Casteel's customer service couldn't be better. I feel confident that our HVAC needs are in great trustworthy hands. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a home where the previous owner had a maintenance contract in state. We paid the transfer fee and had a service call for a repair quote. We were having trouble cooling below 77. They replaced parts and added freon, $130 later the unit won't even turn on now. Being told they will work us in tomorrow and that we might still have fees apply to the visit if the freon needs refilling and there is a leak. I asked if we could refuse the repair to avoid the fee and was told no. Not happy, the first man who came out was adamant about selling us a 10,000 unit we had no intention on buying. CoolRay offers free estimates for those quotes, so why are we paying for them to sell us a new unit and give horrible customer service on a maintenance contract. It runs out in August and I doubt we will be continuing with them. Shame because I've heard so much good stuff about them. The customer service people are hit or miss, either very helpful (like when I scheduled our first repair) or completely miserable and not sympathetic to our problems or helpful. (Like today) never once when I called did she apologize for the inconvenience (which I though should have happened considering things worked before we called them) so red in the face.
Update 7/2: so, we booked a furnace replacement and come to find out they were going to try and sell us a variable speed furnace that in the end wouldn't be compatible with our AC unit.. So... We ended up going with Moncrief and I recommend anyone looking to replace something do the same... They quoted us the same price and were willing to spend double the time in labor installing the unit... Not to mention they are relatable and not sales pitchers.
