Our toilet had a leak and Johnny came to the rescue to fix it right away. I've called everywhere to find an affordable quote and as expected everywhere was over priced. Johnny was recommended by my friend and thank God I found a reliable and honest plumber. He was punctual, fast,  and went above and beyond to try and fix our leak. He did more than what he was called for. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and he walked me through what the problem is and explained everything as he was fixing it as well. Very kind, professional, and ABSOLUTELY PASSIONATE about what he does. WONT CALL ANYBODY ELSE TO DO OUR PLUMBING ANYMORE. It is always difficult to find reliable, honest home services when moving to a new city.  I needed some creative plumbing work and called two plumbers who did not know how to resolve the issue and then said they would do research and get back to me...they never did.   In desperation, I found ACTIVE PLUMBING and they were able to do the work on the first visit as if it were routine.   Because of this I called them back to replace all of my old hose bibs that were leaking and later had a water conditioner installed.  When one of the hose bibs and pipes began to leak 6 months later, ACTIVE PLUMBING promptly did all of the repairs at no cost since their work is guaranteed.  No hassle.  From the first contact with the receptionist to the completion of the work they show that they are there to satisfy the customer.   They listen to your needs, give advice as to how the work should be done, and then complete the task.  They happily answer all of the customer questions.  They arrive on time and complete the work in a timely manner.Clean up after the job is done is immaculate.  Some might complain about cost of work done, but I have no problem paying a tiny bit more than Joe the handyman plumber charges in order to have long lasting, quality work.   If you need any plumbing work done and want it done right, call ACTIVE PLUMBING.   You will not be disappointed and will become a loyal fan like I have.

This was the single best experience Ive had with a plumber.. Jj was awesome, Im not the type to leave reviews but felt I needed to.. I have found my go to guy.. He was on time, honest, and informative, caring.. He even took the time to clean up the mess.  That truly act truly solidified his level of customer service.  I dreaded the phantom quote from others on this site.. It could be...or around.... Give me a straight answer!

Ive written to much, I cant express the satisfaction.  I hope this helps whomever on there journey for a good plumber.

Hot water heater went out and was under warranty still and was given Rakeman as a point of contact who honors warranties. I couldn't get through reading off the first three letters of serial number before the sloppy communicator on the other side interrupts me to proudly announce this type of water heater is not something they will service....smh...I needed it replaced not services; but it was obvious this company isn't looking to provide the best service.

Robert Scott was quick to respond and was nothing but professional and courteous. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve our plumbing issue. Due to his efforts Superior Plumbing has a customer for life and will be recommended to all our family, friends, and neighbors. We had a severe clog in the main sewer line from the house to the street. Another plumbing company came out and snaked the line without any success. They recommended Vegas Drain Masters and I am so happy they did. Mike was at our home not 2 hours later to run the hydro jetter through the line. He was upfront about why the line was clogged and gave an honest quote for clearing. This is a professional company with the newest type of equipment, Michael's knowledge and honesty was on point to answer our concerns and questions. Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Very helpful company! Called them to ask a few questions and boom they were right over here fixed everything that needed to be fixed in a timely manner. Prices are great. I recommend this company to anyone.

Scope of work was too small or they did not do roof repair.I had wind damage to some tiles and they only deal in commercial jobs. However, Quality roofing stepped up and is coming thru for me!! They happened to be in my neighborhood. i stopped  and spoke to one if their reps- Zach, he gave me a contact number and Robbie came out to take a look and provide an estimate. He was super nice, great customer service and was awesome. They are sending me an estimate and I am positive I am going  to have them do the work!!!l It It pays  to be nice and reasonable!!! The other estimate I received was s at least  a 1000.00 more. That company ( i wont mention)  sent a sales rep to give me ab estimate??? Hence the 1000.00 difference!

We had some water damage on our ceiling, below our 2nd floor bathtub and toilet. So, we got a few quotes from different plumbers. Danny Rodriguez from Pirate Plumbing was the only one to actually fully test things out to determine the issue. He was very courteous and professional and was extremely patient with all the questions that I had.

Amazing company! Called tonight because we almost gave up after hours of trying to repair an easy toilet supply valve leak. Any company would have overcharged us for an easy repair like this but they walked us right through one last thing to try ourselves... and it worked! Very honest company. I requested a plumber yesterday and I was able to get an appointment the following day to install three diaper hoses on the toilet.  The plumber who came was friendly, knowledgable and on time.  The cost was reasonable and I was happy to write that check, as I really wanted the hoses installed.  Also, the plumber showed up on time and he was clean and efficient.  I would definitely use them again.

These guys really saved me! Over the winter we had a pipe burst one evening at our rental property and these guys not only told my tenants  how to turn the water off so no further damage was done but they were out first thing in the morning to fix it. Amazing costumer service and outstanding work and incredible prices ;)

Butter Plumbing was referred to us from a co-worker.  We had just bought a new house here in LV and the water was so hard all of our new appliances and fixtures were getting ruined!  All of the chrome fixtures were spotted and the sinks, showers and tubs were getting a white film all over everything.  So before too much damage was done, we called Butter Plumbing and had them install a Jason's Water System.  Butter Plumbing installed it so we would have  softened water at every tap.  This is not a do-it-yourself type system.  This softener is a commercial quality unit with a lifetime warranty.  Butter Plumbing did everything right.  They showed up on time, put everything in writing and didn't change the price.  The tech's that did the install were very professional and did a great job making sure everything was just the way we wanted it.  We now have good tasting, clean water through out our whole house.   I would definitely recommend Butter Plumbing and Jason's Water Systems.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
