Was very responsive and actually helped me fix a plumbing issue over text messages and did not have to even come out to see it. Will use again for future work.

So glad that we have someone that is caring, personal and honest good ol' southern guy! Had lost all hot water at our house, called to see if he could come out to find the issue since my husband was 600 miles away! He told me right away he was finishing a job at a school and would get back to me as soon as he could. He called me a few hours later and came out at 7pm at night! I have kids and a job, the hot water was important to us. Mr Bohannon showed up, was courteous and found out our problem in no time! Our heating coils had fried after the water company repaired a pipe and had cut off and on our water flow. He fixed it right away for us as he was concerned about us not going without. I had no problem paying the bill and his office staff was willing to wait until the next day for payment since hubby had the funds with him.

I didn't have an emergency but I got a service call the next day. My kitchen sink was draining slowly and it turned out to be a bigger job than expected. He stayed on the job till he was satisfied the problem was solved. He was very respectful of my home   I am a very happy repeat customer!

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

Highly recommend.  Had a kitchen sink clog over the weekend.  Called dispatch; follow up call promptly returned by service manager who initially gave me a troubleshooting tip to try and save me time and money but unfortunately for me it wasn't enough to do the trick.  Called back hours later and again, spoke to same manager who was polite, professional and was willing to dispatch someone later that night once his last job was complete but at that point, I decided it was best to wait until the next day (Sunday) which he said he would put me on first thing.  I got a call early Sunday morning from the tech assigned my job letting me know what time he would arrive; again, respectful and professional.  He arrived and put booties on over his boots so as to not track anything through my house (unexpected but totally appreciated) and proceeded to diagnose and repair my clog, working cleanly and efficiently, also explaining what he was doing and why.  Super pleasant and totally professional.  I had done some research to find out what the cost range was for repairs in my area and found them to be within the range and not excessive so...and I had called another plumbing service who claimed to be 24 hours but hadn't contacted me despite multiple attempts so if you are in need of a professional plumber, my experience says go with these guys.  Joshua was a terrific plumber.

Ethan helped us with our recent kitchen remodel. He is extremely professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result! He was communicating just about every day and ensured we were happy with every detail! We will be using Ironwood for all our projects. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience! Use him- you won't regret it!

I was vowed impressed with the knowledge and ability of Sam and Tim. They diagnosed the problem and in a short amount of time they fixed it and were on their way. Last spring our upstairs HVAC stopped cooling and we called our usual HVAC company in Jamestown to check it out. We assumed the freon needed recharging as we'd had a slow leak for a few years and had to recharge a small amount each year. They came out, charged it with freon for a cost of $555.10. Two weeks later, it was out again, and since we were having house guests that weekend, and we had recently met someone with Jessup Services, we called them this time. We knew we were due for a new HVAC soon, but our guests were arriving in 2 days so no time for that. Jessup sent someone out who diagnosed the problem, found the leak, sealed it as a work-around, and charged it with coolant. The technician also told us that there is a much less expensive substitute for freon available that was adaptable for our HVAC system and that there was no need to have used the expensive freon charge! I give Jessup 5 STARS for honesty, dependability, and the effort to do a work-around when we desperately needed it vs. just taking the easy way out and charging us another $550 and telling us we needed a new HVAC (which we already knew would be inevitable soon). Jessup went above and beyond to handle our problem, and 6 months later, their work-around is still working! Thank you Jessup!!

My washing machine was not spinning all of the water out of the machine at the end of the cycle. I had used Advanced years ago for my dryer, so I reached out to them again. The technician was knowledgeable and worked hard to solve the problem.I was so happy that I called them. I recommend them highly!

Recently needed HVAC/plumbing services to come out and shore up an issue with our house inspection.  Aurora was easy to book and promptly came out to take a look and fix the issue.

The two crewman that came out were very courteous and professional.  Safety first and were able to resolve our issue in a timely manner, also pretty much giving us advice on what the best action to take not only with them, but going forward.  Highly recommended.

I would give this company and Chris Sampson (the owner) a zero if I could. We found them on Angie's list but should have vetted them further.  We asked them to put in canned lights throughout our house and Custom Electric in Greensboro NC destroyed our ceilings and walls and didn't even get the canned lights straight. We found out later they buried live wires in the wall. It was so bad we called the North Carolina Electrical Board to report them and subsequently they were reprimanded (case 2015-1077). Ultimately we ended up firing Custom Electric and hiring another local electrical firm to fix their mistakes so we could get our project completed. I don't recommend them.
