So glad that we have someone that is caring, personal and honest good ol' southern guy! Had lost all hot water at our house, called to see if he could come out to find the issue since my husband was 600 miles away! He told me right away he was finishing a job at a school and would get back to me as soon as he could. He called me a few hours later and came out at 7pm at night! I have kids and a job, the hot water was important to us. Mr Bohannon showed up, was courteous and found out our problem in no time! Our heating coils had fried after the water company repaired a pipe and had cut off and on our water flow. He fixed it right away for us as he was concerned about us not going without. I had no problem paying the bill and his office staff was willing to wait until the next day for payment since hubby had the funds with him.

I've used still water plumbing for the last 2 years on numerous jobs and he has alway done an excellent job .  I would highly recommend Joe  at still water plumbing.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I am appalled and completely perplexed on how they even stay in business!! I just had the most outrageous and ridiculous quote of my life, to install a dishwasher and garbage disposal!
Cost for these simple installations=$814!!! That's right, not a typo!!

Who in their right mind would pay this price?!! Shelby in their office called me afterward to collect for the visit fee (another $52) and I was like What... Seriously? I asked her how they could perform such highway robbery and in her scripted tone of voice she said, Well, I am not sure what you were quoted but we have been in business for 30 years, blah blah blah. OMG!!

There must have been some very poor and desperate folks out there that possibly had no other choice, or, no other knowledge that they could do much, much, much better!! I feel very sorry for anyone who had to give up their hard earned money to pay these people their exorbitant prices! This isn't Manhattan, and I don't even think anyone in their right mind living there would pay that either.  

Guess what, found a great and reputable company locally that charged $150!!

We called JJ's yesterday evening as our pressure valve (thankfully located in the garage) had failed and was leaking.  James Joe (the owner) quickly called us back.  Since it was not an emergency - we scheduled JJ's for the next morning.  They arrived on time, worked hard and diligently to replace the valve and check out our system.  Pricing was very fair.  We strongly recommend them.

Very professional, fast, kind and compassionate service from this company.  Michael and his team were so responsive to my plumbing issues (sewage flood in my basement).  They answered the phone right away, kindly walked me through how to turn off my water while I was in tears, and were at my house right away.  I couldn't be more impressed or recommend them more highly.

Easily a 5 star experience if I solely based my review on service rendered once Fletcher and Devin arrived at my home. Both were extremely professional yet friendly. Fletcher was very thorough in his assessment of what was going on, testing several different scenarios before he provided his overall assessment and recommendations. I will admit, the mere fact that when they arrived and were pleasant and professional and the service was quick, it negated almost all of my negative thoughts about the company. I docked one star based on the initial dispatcher not being clear when she took my appointment around 8:30 AM. She stated that my appointment would be from 1pm until 3pm when in actuality 1pm until 3pm was the window of time the technician had to arrive. After a technician was not at my home by 1:15, I called back, explained my situation (the fact that I had a hair appointment in Greensboro at 4 pm and could not take another day off work to wait ALL day for them to arrive) and eventually they were able to get my call to Fletcher and Devin. Life was good!

They took extra time to make sure my drain line was clear of as many roots as possible, so that the tenants staying in my home could use the plumbing.

The response time, the work, and the price were all amazing.

Terrible experience with Neil. Came out a few days ago to look at a toilet in my house that had started leaking from the tank. He replaced the flapper and hose in the tank in about 10 minutes using a kit that cost 26 dollars, then charged me 240 in labor for some unclear reason (nothing itemized). He left before I had a chance to review the work. I and my husband quickly realized that the toilet would only flush with effort and was running for hours after a flush. Clearly, the new flapper and hose were installed improperly. When he came back out he insisted that the only problem was that I was flushing the toilet wrong. He got so offended when I mentioned that the other three toilets in my house were working fine despite everyone in the house using the same flushing technique, and indeed showed him that an adjacent toilet was flushing properly, he had a full on temper tantrum, saying that he has 13 years of experience and that I didn't know what I was talking about and spouting nonsense about how all handles on all toilets have to be pointed at a specific angle. He actually yelled and stormed out of the house, leaving the door unlocked and leaving a shocked customer behind, to say the least. When I called the main office they said they would have Neil's supervisor call me, and I am still waiting. I agree with the other recent poster that a local company is the way to go. Contractors can be unpredictable, uneven, and, in this case, unqualified and unhinged!

We have used Pendergrass & Holder Plumbing for years. They are on time, very professional, and pricing is always fair. The service man was very helpful by showing us our issues and and making the necessary repairs. We are very pleased.

I had a disappointing experience with Edwards and Mills. They fixed a toilet, only for it to do the same thing it did before I called them and they have not followed thru and tried to fix it, after I called them numerous times to tell them it's still broken. They are VERY expensive. I do not recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company since they do not keep their commitments for being punctual. I was originally given a time span of one hour and they never showed up, and did not even have the decency to call me.
