Best Electrical Panel Installation in Greensboro NC
I was pleasantly surprised when I checked the mail tonight. I found a very nice apology letter and a check for $134.75 from Jessup. Thank you, Meghan, for taking the time to read my review and for taking steps to correct the situation. I appreciate this gesture, and I wish your company success. With kind regards, John D.

Recently needed HVAC/plumbing services to come out and shore up an issue with our house inspection. Aurora was easy to book and promptly came out to take a look and fix the issue.
The two crewman that came out were very courteous and professional. Safety first and were able to resolve our issue in a timely manner, also pretty much giving us advice on what the best action to take not only with them, but going forward. Highly recommended.

I would give this company and Chris Sampson (the owner) a zero if I could. We found them on Angie's list but should have vetted them further. We asked them to put in canned lights throughout our house and Custom Electric in Greensboro NC destroyed our ceilings and walls and didn't even get the canned lights straight. We found out later they buried live wires in the wall. It was so bad we called the North Carolina Electrical Board to report them and subsequently they were reprimanded (case 2015-1077). Ultimately we ended up firing Custom Electric and hiring another local electrical firm to fix their mistakes so we could get our project completed. I don't recommend them.

The initial visit went great, but when the technician arrived he said he had the wrong water heater. His boss brought the correct one several hours later, I expected an install in about four hours. I was wrong: From 10.m. until 9 p.m. one guy struggled to install my water heater. To add insult to injury, the guy asked me to sign as installed. I did, but unknowingly, he had not finished. I looked at my walls in my storage room, and there was red caulk smeared on the wall. Of course it needed to be painted. I called to complain and the guy who answered said, oh he needs to come by and caulk to finish. I took another day off without pay and the guy showed up a couple of hours late. He drilled my outside wall for 30 minutes. Now I didn't know he was working, he never called. Then he buzzed me and did some work inside. After an hour or so, he said he was finished. I didn't know what he needed to do. I paid promptly and in full. Maybe I shouldn't have. Buyer beware.
