Very polite young man when responding to request for plumbing repair I needed. Reç'd a call within two business dais.

I didn't have an emergency but I got a service call the next day. My kitchen sink was draining slowly and it turned out to be a bigger job than expected. He stayed on the job till he was satisfied the problem was solved. He was very respectful of my home   I am a very happy repeat customer!

Even though we decided to put off our project, I Was extremely impressed with the quick response time and how accommodating they seemed to be. I realize this company does mostly renovations, but It became obvious to me that even just painting was an important job to them.

They are very friendly and show up on time.  That's the only thing I can say about it.  I was quoted $850 to replace a leaking drain in my shower.  There is easy access to the bottom of the shower in the crawl space.  They were kind enough to point out that my toilet tank is leaking and quoted $350 to rebuild it.  The seals to replace the tank cost only $8.50 on Amazon.  I've done this repair on a few other toilets and it only takes an novice about 45 min.  Pf Plumbing offers a coupon on their website for $25 off ANY service.  The refused to honor it for the Estimate saying that it's only good for work done on repairs.  Sorry guys but spending time to give me an estimate IS a service.  Perhaps you should state on the coupon that it excludes Estimates.  I found another plumber on the BBB website who is also A+ rated to do the work.  They quoted me just $375 to replace the leaking drain.

Pete Green is the best plumber I've ever had. He's neat, he respects your home, your furniture, and everything else he needs to work around while fixing your plumbing issues. They are very professional. They work quickly but efficiently. Most importantly the job is done right, and you don't have to worry about it.

Pete took the pain out of what i thought would be a horrible plumbing disaster in my home. So grateful to have found this AWESOME plumbing service!

If I am not going to give a good review I rather not write one. But this is a big exception to the rule. I called them yesterday and made appointment for today but 15 minutes later called them back because the problem
was worse than I thought. I couldn't flush the toilets or run water in the house. When I talked to the receptionist she said I will put you for this afternoon after lunch, from 1-5PM. So I asked, somebody is coming today, she said you are on the list and I will call you when they are coming. At 4:15 PM I called her back because it was getting closer to 5:00PM and this was kind of an emergency.  She asure me not to worry, that I was still on the list and she will call me.  Waited until 8PM, nobody showed up, not even a courtesy call to let me know they were not coming.  I called right at 8AM today I spoke to the same person and told her about nobody coming yesterday. In a very rude voice she said I told you I was going to call you when they were coming. I said yes, yesterday.  Then I proceeded to tell her not to send anybody today, she again very rudely said OK and slammed the phone on me.  If I was told yesterday that there was a chance of nobody coming I would have been able to call somebody else. They might be a good business but the impression that you get by talking with somebody on the phone it's a big deal.  For this reason I don't recommend them nor try to even use use them in the future. You be your own judge.

The work that was done was good. My issue is being charged for an additional 30 minutes for a job that I was already paying $125 an hour to do which had already taken two hours. I don't feel like i should've been charged an extra $62.50 for the 10 minutes over the two hour mark since this job could've been completed in two hours easily. Plus I had to drive 30 minutes to the store to get the valve stems myself, which I was still on the clock for. This was an integrity issue for me.

Bare Tech came out to fix a leaking water line in our front yard! They left a complete mess, they took a bush out and left it laying in the front yard as well as the dirt they dug up and the pipe they replaced. I would never recommend them to anyone!! Horrible service.

I needed to replace two pop-up sink drains and a pop-up tub drain in my kids bathroom which had begun to rust.  Aurora sent out a tech to take a look.  He then provided an estimate for this relatively small job which totaled nearly $1900.00.  He also offered a second estimate for over $3,100 if I wanted him to replace the two sink faucets as well - this estimate was not requested as nothing was wrong with the faucets.  Needless to say, I declined.  I then had to pay $95 for his service call to provide this estimate.

After he left, I called another plumber referred to me by a friend.  That plumber came out the following day and did the whole job, including parts, for $300.  Yes - the estimate from Aurora WAS MORE THAN SIX TIMES AS MUCH.

It is safe to say I will not be calling this company again.

Poor experience. Unprofessional technicians. Technician informed consumer of one issue and input a different reason into the system causing confusion. Please find another servicer if you can.
