I'm typically very skeptical when seeking out services in the trades. There is a ton of negativity out there where businesses recommend unnecessary services or repairs to make $. Rest easy, this company does not do that. They are friendly, kind, and professional. As of late, we have chosen not to use corporate businesses to ensure our small businesses who support our community survive. So if your looking for a family owned small business. This is also your spot. When it came time to discuss options we were presented with several quotes: one for using their equipment, one for using their equipment, and another one. I don't remember. Their service charge was also on the cheaper end compared to other businesses. They also place sincere value on customer experience.  Please, if your in the market for a plumber, GO HERE NOW!

I had a water softener, carbon filter, and RO system put in over a year ago and a water heater done in the last year. American Home Water & Air has been amazing in so many ways.

1. They often offer to show up same day. Example: my water heater was dead and leaking at 6 AM, they answered the phone at 7 AM (even though they open at 8) and I had the old water heater removed and a new one installed by 3 PM the same day for an incredibly reasonable price!
2. When I met with Bob to talk about my water softener, he was clear and up front with all aspects and reassured me he was not trying to sell me on anything. When I agreed to the quote on Thursday afternoon, they were there Friday morning to install and did a great job. It has been almost two years and I LOVE my water system - additionally, other servicemen I've had come over have commented on the quality of their work.
3. Finally, I have to give a shout out to Brenda who always answers when I have ridiculous questions before they open and always gets me all the right information. She lets me know exactly whats going on and is so understanding of my having to juggle work, a masters program, and my home water and air needs. To make things more complicated, I share my condo with my parents and coordinating with them, American Home Water & Air, and my work schedule can be challenging, and Brenda has been an absolute saint throughout it all (thank you!!).

In short, I recommend this company to anyone who has need of their services. My parents have worked with them as well and complain when I hint at using anyone else for anything remotely related to water, plumbing, AC or heat. Their prices are amazing, their servicemen are polite, knowledgeable, professional, and timely, and their office staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

Water heater was installed today. They were right on time. They got right to work and had the water heater changed out in two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and updated me. Quality work and nice guys.

Have used MPP twice now once for re-routing some plumbing in our powder room and recently for installing a new hose bib. They're fast, friendly and efficient. Doesn't get much better than this.

My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

Same experience as Mr. X.  Left a message two days ago and never received a return call.  No BS here.  Must not need the business.  I'm moving on to the next contractor.

I contacted Plumbers of Maricopa in a panic. The water main on my property burst. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry. He was at the property within 10 minutes of my message. He took pictures and sent them to me. I live out of state. He sent me an estimate by email. The owner followed up by phone call. He gave a great price. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. Love these guys! We just chose them randomly when we had our first problem in our house. Haven't ever needed to go anywhere else.

They're friendly, helpful and they're great about seeing you quickly. Their prices are reasonable, and they work quickly. The guy who usually comes out here (our house has a lot of problems), tends to offer cost-saving alternatives when he can.

From the time I called gold star mike was very nice on the phone and got out to is within an hour and was able to clear my main sewer line and then put there camera and inspection the sewer line and said I was in good shape. Thanks again for the fast response and awesome service we will definitely be using gold star again when needed

We have used them several times in the last few months and each time a different tech came out. There were all professional, prompt, efficient and nice. The receptionists are professional and nice too! The quote let us know how much the job was going to cost before they started.

Tony, the last tech that came out told me everything he was doing step-by-step.. He did a neat job and was methodical about his work and I can say that about the other techs as well. Unfortunately I don't remember their names.

MY ONLY CONCERN is Lawson Family Plumbing will grow too big and they'll lose that personal touch of customer service. If that happens, I will have to find another plumbing company.

We had some contracting being done and found out that we had issues with several hose bibs and a valve.  We needed these replaced really quickly and I didn't think this was going to happen today, but Rocco responded right away and I was in luck.  He got the job done at a reasonable price and so fast there was no delay to the other work being done.  All I can say is damn!

This is my second experience with Plumbing Medic.  And, just as they did the first time, they exceeded expectations.   Dave was great. Arrived in good time, fully prepared to work.  The quotes were reasonable. The work took longer than expected due to extra issues but he was still smiling and explained everything very well.  I certainly recommend this company.

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.

We wanted to have our 20 year old air conditioners replaced. Plumbsmart gave us an estimate for 2 heat pumps. Other companies had suggested we add ductwork. Plumbsmart suggested we wait to see if the new units would fix the problem. They offered 4 year interest free financing which was a plus. So, we had them install the heat pumps the next week. They were very neat and quick. We were pleased with their work and attitude. Later, when we applied for the SRP rebate, the units came in below the required SEER rating for the rebate. Plumbsmart paid the rebate themselves. Great customer service.

I will never go to another plumbing company again! I've tried cutting corners in the past with mom and pop companies until I had a terrible experience and decided to give RR a try! Cassie's persistency in helping with my rental properties was nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail and the knowledge she possessed was evident. Cassie was not only extremely knowledgable but provided impeccable service. I felt extremely comfortable sending her to my properties and having her work directly with my tenants. She helped explain the work needed thoroughly and left everyone feeling at ease. The most important thing to me is turn around time, Cassie was super responsive whether by text phone or email I knew my questions and concerns would be immediately addressed. A successful business is not based on Sales rather then the number of repeat sales.  Companies thrive & survive off tradition, make it a generational thing.
