It is very hard to find honest and reliable tradesmen not looking to nickle and dime you for every small thing. I asked to evaluate a job for me and diagnose a potential leak. He did his work and was patient and informative.  He could have easily and rightly so charged me for his time or made stuff up to get paid, but instead was conscientious and honest. Don't should not hesitate to call him for your plumbing needs.

Called The Aussie Plumber at 7am about an outside pipe leaking and Franz was here an hour later.  He diagnosed the problem immediately and In less than an hour the repair was done. This was the second time Franz was at our house to repair a plumbing issue. Both times we found him to be professional, efficient and friendly. He's extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly identify and resolve a plumbing problem.  The Aussie Plumber is a fantastic company -- I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about Josh & PlumbSmart Pluming. I had a clogged toilet & we scheduled an appointment for 8:00-10:00. I received s text w/his photo, that let me know that he was on his way. He arrived at 8:00, after explaining the issue, Josh took 5 minutes, and issue resolved. WOW!! On time, sent pic for security, timely, clear explanation & issue resolved. I waited a few weeks to post my review on this company. Our hot water heater went out and we had some water damage to the drywall and it was an absolute mess. I called this company because it was highly recommended on Nextdoor. They came out, got the situation assessed, and got me a quote. They were not pushy, they were friendly, and they got hired on the spot. There was a relatively new technician with the company that did some less than great work when the job was done. I called, complained, and just about wrote a bad review. Gold star was able to turn things around. They answered my frustrated calls, there was always someone to answer the phone, they communicate effectively through text and phone call. They came out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did what it took to make sure the job was done the way they pride themselves in the work being done. It's beautiful.

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... To be honest the Lawson Family Plumbing is my go to plumbing company now ... their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of work is above reproach ... Erik (owner) doesn't pay attention to detail. First question for quote is What is your zip code? which is 85041. Then fill in the rest and got very quick response back with quote, then a few more responses back and forth, then lining up time, gave actual address and the guy says We don't service your area!  Uh, I'm in Phoenix city!!  Bottomline: waste of time. So, be mindful that he might waste your time too.

I have had nothing but the best service from this plumbing company.  Cody came out in 30 minutes he was awesome he hooked up my new rolling barbecue in a short amount of time.  I recommend this plumbing company and his service cost was quite reasonable.

Quick to respond and able to offer assistance in a timely manner.  I appreciate their professionalism.

My most recent experience with Lawson Family Plumbing was not what I would call wonderful. We had two tubs draining slowly and I asked if they had time to come out and clear them for us. Advertised prices for clearing drains all over the internet range from $33-$99 all day long with multiple plumbers. The plumber that showed up was professional and did a good job clearing the drain, but when I was presented with the bill I was shocked to say the least. I was charged $225.32 for one tub and $181.01 for the other tub. I of course paid the bill, but proceeded to call the office to ask for an explanation. I was not given an explanation, but they said a manager would call me back to discuss the issue. I had not heard from anyone in a week and called back and left a voicemail. It has been 9 months and I have never had an explanation or even a returned call. Most of my experiences with Lawson Family Plumbing have been positive, but a couple of experiences have me questioning their customer service and honesty. All that was pulled from the drains were a bunch of hair...I expect this is the most common plumbing service and the price should have been within 20% of what was available anywhere else.

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Had a leak in the kitchen wall on 12/30. Left a message late in the afternoon and Sam responded that he would come by at 10 am on New Years Eve. He discovered the drain was leaking into the wall and provided me with the name of a restoration company to come in and open up the wall and clean out the water and mold in the wall. I contacted them, and they came out and did their work, then Sam came back on New Years Day to fix the drain. He was wonderful, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and honest and we really appreciate his service.

Eddie is excellent! He knew what needs to be done and completed it on time. My Master shower works great! Very respectful and left my home exactly the way he found it. He had a big trash bag with him and left no garbage behind.

Awful service. My family has been using them for years and they have never been able to permanently fix our problem. They gave us a quote for a pipe replacement in the range of $4000 which another plumber was able to fix for much less. Even worse, when we tried to make an appointment to see where the problem was with a camera they changed the appointment several times and eventually didn't show up or respond to our calls. Completely unprofessional - I think this company is a scam.

Reading through other bad reviews it sounds like their PR person is more interested in telling customers how they are wrong in their bad experiences than actually improving future experiences - 100% money back guarantee... yeah right.

This company was assigned to my through warranty. They show up at my door early this morning for an appointment that is scheduled for next Thursday! When I correct him, he calls his boss because apparently I hurt his feelings. So the owner calls me accusing me of  getting the appointment wrong (which I know is not true since I am not even home this whole week!)  If you cannot keep a simple schedule, then call the customer to yell at him, then expect him to use your company anyway you are sorely mistaken. Based on other reviews looks like I dodged a bullet anyway, so thanks Big G!

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.
