Great experience from start to finish. PlumbSmart was fast, friendly and got the job done right.

We were about to install a new washing machine/dryer and discovered the valves were corroded and needed to be replaced.

I found PlumbSmart after a quick Craigslist search and gave them a call. Within an hour, their repairman, Charlie came out and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and efficiently solved the problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Obviously no one wishes for plumbing issues, but I'd use them again if necessary!

I had water leaking from my slab, and they came out fixed leaking that day and helped with the water damage. I did not have money at the time, so they financed me so I could get the whole house Repiped.

Great service! I had a water pipe break outside, and had to turn off the water main. Hansen Family Plumbing is the only company that said they could come out the same day. They came a couple hours after contacting them, and made the repair in about hour. They also came under the original estimate quote.

I contacted several plumbing services in the area and Jorge with Techool got back to me so quickly. He assured to have someone to my home in the next hour to look into our toilet leak. That's awesome customer service. I ended up cancelling due to our landlord having his handyman on hand but the convenience this company provided deserved a review. Will be booking the next time I have a plumbing issue!!

Contacted a few companies through Yelp to get some quotes to have a faucet replaced that I started working on but one of the handles was so rusted I could not get that darn thing off. I saw some of the other estimates and saw Sam's company had 5 stars so called him. Glad I did, his prices were much better than the other replies I got.

When I reached out to Sam he asked when I would like him to come over. It was Saturday afternoon and I was not expecting his reply. Sunday or Tuesday. Sunday, really! You bet, get er' done!

As it turned out I was going to have Sam just do all 3 faucets I was trying to replace because some of the tight quarters under the sink made it near impossible for me to get things completed properly, and for the price it was a no-brainer.

Sam is a very friendly hard working guy. I would recommend him any day! And if/when I need any plumbing worked on he is my first call.

Hay's has been fantastic to work with.  They corrected numerous poor installation items by another vendor in the Valley, and have been very knowledgeable and responsive.

One toilet suddenly became very noisy when the tank was refilling.  Sergio came out right on schedule and replaced a part quickly and efficiently for a fair price.  Always prompt and friendly service from this company.

Jay and his team are knowledgeable, professional, respectful and fun. They are respectful and nice to each other as well which makes them a pleasure to have working in my home. Due to electrical issues I was without hot water for several weeks. Jay installed a hot water warmer temporarily at my sink so that I could wash dishes with hot water. This was a kindness above and beyond my expectations. His service attitude is caring and helpful. He has consistently done what he says he will do. As soon as I got my electrical problems solved, he came over immediately to install a new water heater. I should add that the quality of their work is excellent. I can recommend without reservation.

Called Six Star when my AC went out. Joe had a technician out the same day and got the job done right and also put a warranty on his work. What really surprised me was the pricing. Very fair and honest. I'll definitely recommending to my family and friends

A big THANK YOU to Forrest Anderson Plumbing and HVAC!!! My water softener quit working so I added two more bags of salt. Still did not soften the water so I went to the garage only to find the water heater had leaked all over the place.  Not a good morning.  I called Forrest Anderson and expected a machine to answer...a real person answered and offered to have a  technician come out right away.  Matt arrived in less than an hour with a replacement water heater and proceeded to install it.  I told him about the lack of soft water so he checked it out and discovered the original plastic fitting had cracked.  Instead of saying I needed a new softener, he replaced the fitting with a metal one and now it is perfect.  Matt was knowledgeable and fast.  He explained everything to me in terms I could understand.  I recommend Forrest Anderson for any plumbing or air conditioning needs.  They are fast, honest and experts in their field. I would say the service is good as far as friendly, being on time, etc. but a recent billing charge has made us tell our own customers to look elsewhere unfortunately.  6 months ago they tuned up our A/C units (two of them), and the tech said everything all set for summer and winter (he helped set the thermostats).  Well a month ago heat was not coming on and we could not figure it out so we called to have them come.  It ended up being the one tech not setting our thermostat for electric, so it took maybe 3 minutes to figure that out, and the tech was great at telling us it was set up wrong.  Well they were going to charge us $67 for the visit after he called the office, but than sold us a 3 year monthly contract, but one week later they said could not do the monthly contract and needed upfront.  So they charged us $18 for first month of contract, and than I called to say just charge us the $67 for the visit, which to be honest it was their other tech that set our thermo to gas, and so 3 minutes was $67.  Person on phone said well it will just be $90 than for the visit, and I said initially it was $67, so why the difference??  Well now they are not only charging us the $67, but not crediting the $18 since there was no monthly 3 month contract option.  So fine, the $67 for 3 minutes was fine with us though still left bad taste, but now it is $67 and the $18 for 3 minutes of work.  We do not like to write bad reviews, but we had to based on the billing fiasco nonsense.  We do understand business is business, but nothing was wrong with anything, just tech put wrong program in for thermostat.

My family and I have used Plumbing Medic many times for various repairs and AC/Heater check ups. Every person that I have talked to on the phone and every one that has come out to our home has been very professional, kind, quick and efficient! Most importantly, to me, is that they will talk to my 90 year old Grandmother and make her feel comfortable with them being in her home. Recently we have had Sam come out a few times and he is great. He gets the job done quickly and correctly, he is honest and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend this company!

ETA: We used this company again for some very extensive plumbing work and we were very pleased with the work. The whole team was great, but Kevin really went above and beyond for my family. He was wonderful to work with, excellent communication, it felt like having a family friend was there helping us out. I can not recommend this company enough and we will definitely be requesting Kevin in the future.

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.

Last year, on a routine service visit, the tech broke my AC unit.  They ended up (2 visits later) replacing my thermostat unit entirely.

Fast forward to today, when, somehow it happens AGAIN.  My house is now 89° at 11pm and I've supposedly been next in line for service since 7pm, waiting in unbearable heat for them to come back to fix what they broke (again).

Customer service gives me nothing but lies, promises that I'm next and that they emailed management who will call me back tomorrow.  There is apparently no one with authority and I still don't even have a solid timeframe - just next.  So much for a good workday tomorrow at 7am.

I'll be happy to revise this review with a positive outcome, but simply fixing it (even if he can) won't even come close.

I called Tucker Hill to have some outdoor outlets installed. They sent over Cash Moore. I could not be happier with the results. Cash was very professional and personable. He explained in detail exactly what needed to be done in order for the outdoor outlets to be done. He did very good quality work and I could not be happier with the outcome. For any future electrical work, I will contact Tucker Hill and will request Cash Moore.

I had Isaiah from Christian Brothers come by to rewire an underground pool pump circuit, replace a GFI and reconnect a pump whip. First attempt was miserable. Second attempt was mediocre at best even when I wrote step by step instructions on an email for Isaiah to follow. I was told that Isaiah was one of two electricians that work for the company. The hole he made in the pool house was never replaced. At this point, I simply wanted the switch to be up to code and I'll handle the rest. YIKES!!!
