Ralph from Six Star A/C is great. Waited while I finally got authorization from my home warranty company to replace a bad part put in by another A/C company who I won't use again. He stayed and got my AC up and running great! Definitely would recommend him.

I WISH I COULD ASSIGN THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE STAR.

This organization was assigned a claim from my home warranty and an appointment was set for 10/18/2021 between 12-2 pm for a broken water heater. I called at 10 am just to confirm and was told that even though an appointment was set, there would not be a service all. The reason was that this company was on a commercial job and home warranty claims came last. This company COULD NOT assure me a time that the service diagnostic call would happen, maybe tomorrow. I asked them when Six Star would call me to tell me about this arrangement and he didn't answer but did remind me that when they finally showed up, they would require a $75.00 deposit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOUR SERVICE CALL WILL NOT BE HONORED IF THIS COMPANY DECIDES SOMETHING BETTER OR MORE PROFITABLE COME UP. HOW DO YOU TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS?

6 stars indeed!!! Fastest call time I ever experienced! Came fixed and left within 2 hours of my first phone call. My walkin refrigerator is getting to temperature as I type. Can't express how thankful I am! Absolutely fantastic!

Our air conditioner died without warning in brutal Phoenix heat. After a misdiagnosis of the problem by another contractor, we decided to replace the unit. We contacted Six Star AC and met with Ralph the next day to discuss options. After comparing Six Star's prices with other well advertised contractors in the Valley, Six Star's price was better and reasonable. Ralph and his crew arrived punctually, and the unit was installed and functioning perfectly within the time quoted. So glad our friends recommended Six Star to us.

Had a Nest thermostat installed. Six Star is a certified Nest provider which was a huge help. As is usually the case, there was a glitch after installation as far as getting my phone to talk to the thermostat. Most service folks would have said ok..the thermostat is working, now all you need to do is set up an account online and follow their instructions and walk out the door. But Ralph stayed until he was sure the cycle was complete and even called a technician for me to walk me through the process! I highly recommend Six Star if you want thorough service and will call them again if I have any Air Conditioner needs!

Spoke with Joe on the phone, he was rude and had no interest in helping. Didn't even retain his services, I was so turned off by his attitude and lack of empathy.
