I have to say I was totally impressed with their service. Mike showed up just like he was suppose to and was courteous and pleasant. Completed the job quickly and professionally. My one and only complaint is that I thought the price to install a disposal was on the high side.  I knew before and what a disposal should cost.

I had water leaking from my slab, and they came out fixed leaking that day and helped with the water damage. I did not have money at the time, so they financed me so I could get the whole house Repiped.

I had an issue with a leaking shower and called the Hansen to Plumbing. From the first call to the technician arriving everything was amazing. During the time from our first call to the arrival we also found a leak in a toilet. The technician never hesitated and took care of both issues quickly and he was very courteous. They have a customer for life now, added them into my contacts just in case I need them in the future.

Hot water heater went out one morning and they were able to come out same day to replace it.  Very straightforward and good customer service.

Let's start with this if you are looking at this company  and on the fence go ahead and feel at ease hiring them for any work. I have used Sam multiple times for my plumbing needs. First was a fix of a nightmare washer and dryer problem and second was an install of a broken hot water heater. Sam is super fast at responding, extremely professional, fast, wonderful work, and by far the best estimates out of anyone.  Sam is a straight shooter and isn't going to BS you when it comes to what you need. He is definitely my plumber and AC person for many years to come.

I have been using Hays cooling and heating on my Personal residence and my rental properties.  Their techs are professional and experienced, and on time.  Their prices aren't the cheapest, but their work is 5 stars.

We found your company through APS' Home Energy Audit $99 special and we are glad we did. Your audit tech, Ken Kucera was nothing short of perfect in professionalism, knowledge, service and just being a great guy. My husband, Jack, is a retired electrical engineer, residential & commercial contractor and a Jack of all trades and he loves to test the knowledge of people in the service industries he understands. Many people don't make the grade, but Ken was able to describe, in technical detail, what the audit process was, why it was being done, what the equipment did and what the data meant. He answered all of our questions and easily chatted in tech talk with Jack.

When the audit results were ready, Ken explained what he had found, what he suggested needed to be done and what additional things we may want to do in the future to make our home as efficient as possible. He did not push services or hard sell us, he simply offered information and willingness to be of service in any capacity Canyon State AC could provide.

We scheduled Canyon State to come out to fix the ducting in the attic. Kyle Hicks & Albert Espinoza arrived on time, with all the parts, materials and tools necessary to complete the job and did so in the estimated time. They left the work site clean and removed all the old ducting. Using your partner company to blow in insulation was as painless as working directly with Canyon State. APS sent out an inspector to make sure all the work was completed properly. We got their thumbs up.

A few months later (June 2015) we turned on our HVAC for the first time since Canyon State did an all points check up on our unit. We found that it was turning on and running but it was blowing out outside ambient temperature air. We called Canyon State and explained our issue. Because they had our warranty info on file, they noticed our warranty was due to expire in the following four days. Canyon sent out Gabe Maestas that day and he found a blown control board. He ordered it and it arrived in 2 days that same day Gabe was out to replace the board. While he was replacing it he found the start components also had blown, suggesting we had had a power surge between when they serviced it the first time and when we turned it on the in June. Gabe offered to install a surge protector, we said do it. Oh, and they didn't charge us for these last two service calls, just for the surge protector. What could have cost us nearly $1,000 ended up costing us $120. THANK YOU Canyon State!

Called reddi air conditioning after our warranty company was giving us the run around for weeks on a repair cost. Matt H was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the estimate he wrote up for us to give to the warranty company. I would recommend this company and would like to thanks Matt H for his professional behavior. We have had two other companies out throughout this process and by for this one is the best.

The Cooling and Plumbing Company is a top notch business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My A/C unit went out during the Fourth of July weekend. Jay, the owner personally called me while he was out of town to be helpful. I had gotten 3 quotes and he underbid all the competition. I got quazlity, top notch customer service, and a great unit. It works well and my house is nice and cool. During a very stressful time since I have pets, I was made to feel relaxed, confident, and respected. Called Six Star when my AC went out. Joe had a technician out the same day and got the job done right and also put a warranty on his work. What really surprised me was the pricing. Very fair and honest. I'll definitely recommending to my family and friends

Always prompt, always courteous and friendly, always do a good job for me as far as plumbing and HVAC.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

I had the best experience with the team from Arizona's Dukes of Air. First I love that it's family owned and that they service the east valley. I had an issue with a fan motor of course on a week when we were in the upper 90's. They came out, determined that they I needed a motor. We had that installed. However, the existing unit was a builder grade unit that was 16 years old. I asked about any specials or rebates from SRP and in the end we did replace the entire unit. Dustin came out, measured what we had and on the spot gave us a very detailed estimate. He and the entire team were very responsive, which I don't know if anyone has noticed is the huge issue with customer service these days. I had a question a day later, called the office and Chrissy responded quickly with the answer. I appreciate her finding the expert and getting back to me....Great customer service.
The installation, the crew were Manny, Luis and Freddy were professional, on time, cleaned up after. It was not a easy job as the roof access had a truss right above the entrance, give the guys a hard time getting the old unit down and the new one up there. They did a great job.
The new units are great, quite, you get a SRP rebate back, and a great resale value if you are thinking of selling.
In addition, when we ordered the new unit, the replacement motor from the other week was credited as it was just put in. Now, that's customer service. Things that make sense and doing the right thing is a commodity now and I would support any organization that adheres to these standards.
All in all, I would recommend this company whole hardheartedly.

I called after our plumbing backed up on the 10th, the weekend before my wife's surgery.  Soon our service technician, Carlos Ephriam, arrived and quickly cleared the drain.  He also provided an initial assessment as to what seems to be happening in the drain line--that the pipe may be bowed allowing blockages to occur.  He told us to be attentive to toilets gurgling as this is a sign that a blockage has occurred and gave me some advice to prevent sewage from backing up into the house when this occurs in the future.  He graciously charged us only the standard $64 rate even though it was technically after normal business hours.  He also indicated that a follow-up visit would be scheduled wherein they would put a camera through the drain line to ensure that everything was done properly.  Unfortunately, my wife's recovery room at the hospital was a dead zone and I was largely unreachable via cell phone, but I anticipate hearing from them soon.
In summary, our service technician was efficient, informative, kind, and fair.  
Decided to post 5/5, believing the promised follow-up visit will soon be scheduled with us.  If it is not, I'll revisit.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

I have lived in the same house for over 10 years but have never been truly comfortable in the summer months.  My master bedroom has always been extremely stuffy.  After several other companies tried to sell me a new A/C system I had Goettl out for an inspection.  While the technician Jason agreed I could stand to replace the system, he felt that doing some minor duct modifications would be sufficient to solve the hot master bed room.  We elected to do the suggested work and 4 months later my wife and I can't express how happy we are!!! Jason even stopped by and dropped off a gift basket to show his appreciation for our business. Thanks Goettl!!  You guys will be the only one we call from now on!!

I recently received a postcard mail promo and booked TH to perform a whole house plumbing inspection and water heater replacement. My wife was present for the inspection as I was out of town on the scheduled day.

During the service call, wife was informed that our water heater drain valve was corroded shut and therefore couldn't be drained. She was told that it was overdue for replacement due to its age, as it was made in 2003. So my wife authorized them to provide replacement quotes.

When I returned home, I reviewed the quotes and took a look at the water heater. The plumber misidentified the water heater model, somehow overlooking the sticker on the tank stating that it was built in 2013. 9 years is well within the realm of service life for water heaters, so that was one deduct for competence.

The two quotes I received were for $2200 and $3200, for mid and top tier electric conventional replacements. I work in commercial construction, so I did a little bit of research before calling to discuss the quote with their office. The average install price in AZ for a water heater is in the neighborhood of $1500, and $2000+ is possible for higher end units.

Their quotes were not as detailed as I expected, but there were a few red flags that I picked up on. They included gas piping work that doesn't apply to electric heaters, and one of the main differences in their quote tiers was for replacement of the copper shut off valves - that they would have to replace anyway. My current unit height isn't a standard height anymore, and the shut off valves are within the space that would be occupied by a replacement unit. The salesman tried stating that the premium cost buys me a company with a solid reputation (3 stars on 5 yelp ratings is solid??), and extended warranties on the heater, parts and labor. The labor warranty offer was indeed higher than average, but still is outside of the price range I'm comfortable with. I asked the salesman if they were willing to take a look at their numbers, refine them to align with what I know to be a reasonable price target, and provide an updated proposal to earn our business. He stated that he would, and get back to me in a few days. That was last Tuesday.

I called on Friday, and the receptionist told me the salesman was in a meeting and would call me back. I received no call back, so I called again this morning. I asked the receptionist to simply have the salesman call me and tell me if they were able to find something that would work, or not, so I could pivot to another option. I was told the same thing as Friday, that I would get a call before the end of the day. That hasn't happened, so I'm posting this to hopefully save someone else from wasting their time.

If you want to be gouged on one of the most basic home plumbing repairs that anyone with basic copper piping and household electrical knowledge could DIY in exchange for not having a labor warranty, or be given the runaround by a salesman rather than being shown the basic decency of returning a committed call, Tucker Hill is the plumber for you. If you want to find the best value for your hard earned money, I suggest looking elsewhere. I wish I had seen Jessica's review below before scheduling, it sounds like she had the same takeaway.

By the way - talked to the plumbing subcontractor on my project today. He confirmed that $1,500 - $2,000 is the ballpark I can expect to be in and that he just completed the same size job as mine for that last week.

Christian Brothers A/C, Plumbing & Electrical Service is a great company.  I have had service done by them in the past with A/C and the service was great. So when I was having issues with plumbing I decided to called them again. The appointment was made in a timely manner and the technician Luis  Duarte with Christian Brothers was wonderful.  He was very polite and friendly. He explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be repaired.  I will continue to recommend Christian Brothers to others.  Thank you Christian Brothers for your wonderful service.
