Best Electric Furnace Installation in Glendale AZ

Great experience with these folks today. Called them for a coil cleaning & tune up special. David was super professional and walked me through what he did and what he was seeing. There was a discrepancy between the price/services their CSR promised but David called management and the company agreed to their CSR's commitment. No pressure. Units are now running cooler and better. Best experience I've had with an AC company in 17 years in the Valley.

I had water leaking from my slab, and they came out fixed leaking that day and helped with the water damage. I did not have money at the time, so they financed me so I could get the whole house Repiped.

New kitchen faucet install was somewhat positive as we now have running water, however, the new faucet had a different sized fitting for the R/O hose.  I was hopeful the plumber would resolve this issue as we no longer have a connection nor source of R/O water at the sink or fridge.  We were told to obtain the parts and frankly we are  not clear on the size or make of parts required.

We are now paying for another third party to come out and complete the job.

This was our first job with Hansen's and will likely look elsewhere for plumbing needs in the future.

The tech came to replace a faucet with the exact same faucet but a new one. There was no leak when they arrived and tech also said there was nothing wet. They then told me there was a leak and had to fix something else. So my $150 job doubled due to a leak that seems to have been caused by them.

When our A/C unit went out on a Thursday afternoon before what was predicted to be the hottest weekend of the year so far AND we have an 11 month old baby in the house, we were in a bit of a panic. I sent out a request, and fortunately for us, the other repairmen couldn't make it out to us before the next week. Then I got in contact with Sam. He provided a quote over the phone AND was able to come out the next morning and start installing. We went from what are we going to do to sitting in a perfectly cooked down home in a few hours. Sam was fast, friendly and accommodating and his work is top of the line. If you need your ac serviced or replaced, don't hesitate, call Sam now!

Couldn't be happier with Hay's. Frank and Mike are excellent, very knowledgeable HVAC gurus and we're grateful for them. The supporting staff is also wonderful to work with. They ALL get the job done!! We made a switch from using a big well known company in the Valley, for many reasons, and Hays checked out. I was upfront about expectations and type of service my clients expect and they always make me proud. I'm a property manager and Hays makes my job easier. They deliver timely service, decent prices, and professionalism.  This is going to sound cheesy, but it it pays to call Hays.

I don't recommend their plumbing department. They couldn't figure out the most basic toilet issue. I ended up fixed my toilet myself by watching a YouTube video AND was still out $100+ for their fee.

Last Thursday at around 4:30pm when my wife got home she realized our upstairs AC wasn't blowing cold air.
We discussed for a moment waiting till I got home to take a look at it (since I do many of our home repairs myself) but quickly concluded that we should get a technician out to our house ASAP or we'd likely need to wait till the next morning.  My wife called Canyon State a few minutes after I got off of the phone with her (maybe 4:45pm) and was pleased to learn that a technician would be out to our house (we live in Surprise) between 5 and 7 pm.

Astonishingly, the technician (Jake) knocked on the door shortly after 5pm!

He quickly determined that the problem was with the outdoor unit corresponding with the upstairs AC (a motor had failed, and the unit was evidently SUPER hot)

We approved the replacement for that motor, and by 6:10pm I was paying the bill for the completed repair (using a slick iPad app - which wasn't really a factor, but was cool to see how they were using modern technology to make transactions easier).

We had a cool upstairs by bedtime, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.

If anything breaks again, I'll definitely be calling Canyon State (saved them to my phone as a contact :)

Benjamin Aguilar is a rock star!  I have had a pretty hard week.  Windshield broke on my car, had to pay a ton of money because my house has termites, my dishwasher stopped working... then today all the drains in my two bathrooms clogged up... oh, and the toilets too.  Nothing like having sh*t coming up the drain in your bathtub! I called two other plumbers who were completely outrageous on their prices.  I am on a very tight budget so I don't have much to work with.  Ben got here and quoted me a very reasonable price and got everything working super fast.  He is the nicest guy also!  If you need a plumber call him!  He is great and a total life saver.  I can really appreciate and kind understanding person and someone with integrity and Ben is that guy.

Its blase, but you definitely have to know an AC guy in AZ who can help you when your AC is out.   If you don't have one, yet, and are considering Jay and The Cooling and Plumbing Co, stop looking elsewhere and keep reading!

These guys are BUSY, and rightfully so.  Unluckily for me and my tenants, the sites they've worked on had issues at inopportune times. Luckily for me, they've been willing to take care of our issues despite their backlog of work.  

Fast - I email/voicemail/text them and BOOM - response

Professional - They tell me when it'll be installed and by what time, and BAM - it's done

Product breadth - He offers me different systems with different costs and tells me why each one is better than the other to help me decide which one is best. WHAM - it's under budget.

Smell good and don't see their butt cracks - Sorry, I've never been there when they've done the work so I can't vouch for that...... (Facepalm)

Buying an AC is NOT as personal of a decision as say a car is. Finding the right people who will be coming into your house again in the future is a personal decision. Finding someone who you know will continue to be there when you need them so you don't have to go looking for a new guy every time is priceless. How often is the same car salesman available for you 15 years later? These guys will be around because they're that GOOD.

Personally, I will use Jay and The Cooling and Plumbing Co anytime I need them. I wish he would have teams in CA and NV, too!

I WISH I COULD ASSIGN THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE STAR.

This organization was assigned a claim from my home warranty and an appointment was set for 10/18/2021 between 12-2 pm for a broken water heater.  I called at 10 am just to confirm and was told that even though an appointment was set, there would not be a service all.  The reason was that this company was on a commercial job and home warranty claims came last.  This company COULD NOT assure me a time that the service diagnostic call would happen, maybe tomorrow.  I asked them when Six Star would call me to tell me about this arrangement and he didn't answer but did remind me that when they finally showed up, they would require a $75.00 deposit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  YOUR SERVICE CALL WILL NOT BE HONORED IF THIS COMPANY DECIDES SOMETHING BETTER OR MORE PROFITABLE COME UP.  HOW DO YOU TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS?

These guys charged me $255 to replace 2 air filters at my office.  The air filters cost $30.  In my opinion an outrageous price. Run away

If you are looking for a dependable and honest heating and cooling company don't look any further!!  Arizona's Dukes of Air has years of experience and a very knowledgable staff.

They offer great discounts and don't charge for after hours calls. I highly recommend using them for all your heating and cooling needs!

Avoid this business and find someone more knowledgeable and trust worthy! I had toilets getting clogged at our rental place and asked these guys to come over to check it. They claimed after inspection that the line had roots clogging it from a large tree on the property and main sewer line is damaged. they gave me a pretty hefty quote for almost $15k to replace the entire line. I authorized the work and few months later, same problem again with toilets getting clogged. Asked these guys to come back and check it. They claimed that the issue is in the bathroom lines with roots and need to be repaired for additional quote for several thousand dollars. I asked them why they did not check it during the first time, and they made all sorts of excuses. Did not admit that they have done half baked job, never even went inside the bathroom and only fixed the main line. Still charging me so much money and not even offering to finish the job they should have taken care of to being with.

The worst company and service I have ever dealt with!

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. Thank you, again, Leslie and Ricardo for helping me today!

Called office to get Freon pricing as unit has a slow leak.   Huge difference in price if you don't ask.  said couldn't give me freon pricing and had to send a technician. Here's your sign.  Going with Semper Fi.
