Best Air Duct Installation in Glendale AZ

I had both a air conditioning and water heater replaced. They responded quickly and got the job because others were slow to respond or too busy. They are very nice people. The cost of the products and labor were very high. I looked up the exact air conditioner and water heater then looked at the average install costs. They were not on the high end but the very, very high end. They take extra care to be polite and helpful but it will cost.

Called on Saturday to schedule a project for today Thursday, 6/18. I assume I spoke with the owner on Saturday. He told me if there was any issues that he would call to reschedule. I contacted them this morning and they said there was a scheduling conflict. I said that I wasn't notified. The conflict was they didn't have me on the schedule. I thought I was working with a competent, professional company. It's a shame, because I really wanted to give them the business.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I'm a bit disappointed with Hansen Family Plumbing as they don't seem to stand by their work. I previously had a great experience with them until this week. The company has a different feel; I'm wondering if they're under new management.

In any case my issue is that they installed an Insinkerator hot water for me that is leaking. Actually it's leaking in a few places, at the water dispenser (faucet), at the tank, and at one of the fittings. Hansen's response was basically - too bad, your warranty period is over.

They literally installed this unit last year. They instructed me to contact the manufacturer 'so at least I can get a new tank'. This is even though they bought this unit for me, and I paid them for both the part and the labor.  At the very least, they should be doing this work for me. They have all the info a manufacturer would want - such as place of purchase, proof of purchase, etc.

When I contacted Insinkerator, they asked for a copy of my receipt as well as the model number and serial number of the unit.  The receipt I have from Hansen is very generic and doesn't specify model number or serial number; in fact, it doesn't specify the manufacturer.  

Because of that, Insinkerator told me that the receipt I provided to them is not valid.   Furthermore, based on the model number and serial number on the unit in my kitchen, it looks like Hansen installed a unit that was actually manufactured in 2007.

Let me repeat, Hansen installed a really old (13 year old) unit in my kitchen last year.  Insinkerator's warranty is only good for 3 years.  Insinkerator further informed me that they stopped manufacturing this model of insta hot heaters back in 2011!

Waste of $770. Don't bother with this company. And don't believe the 5 star reviews, based on Fakespot it looks like a lot of these reviews are fake.

Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. No upselling here; just an individualized common sense approach that you don't always get with other companies. He took into account several factors to recommend a product that fit our situation perfectly. Can't recommend these guys enough

After a long,  hot day at work,  I was looking forward to my nice air conditioned house. Even though it was working,  my air conditioning unit was making a horrible scratching,  squealing noise.  Afraid of it dying in these temps,  I called a friend who referred me to Hays Cooling  & Heating.  My technician was Dominique. He showed up during the 2 hour window I was quoted by dispatch and he couldn't have been nicer.  He listened to my concerns and went right to work.  Domiique then did a visual inspection and did some checks and took readings of the units' operating to troubleshoot the issue.  All checked good,  but Dominique felt it may need some oil in spots where he saw a touch of rust so he took care of that.  All said,  I paid a reasonable call out charge,  that I was quoted by dispatch and gained some piece of mind and an air conditioning service.  I will definitely call these guys again and refer them to everyone.

Called them out because AC stopped working and I suspected the coil had frozen over due to my kids closing the vents in their bedrooms. First they send out a sales guy who tries to sell me a new 3 ton system for TWELVE THOUSAND dollars. Are you freaking kidding me, that was twice as much as the two other highest quotes I had received for replacement!  

   Technician (I will leave him nameless for now) told me no it wasn't the coil, your system just needs refrigerant. He put FOUR pounds in my system which is practically an entire charge.  Then the tech stayed for hours trying to still get it to work, realizing that the coil was in fact frozen over like I explained to him earlier. The coil was not at all dirty because I had just had Sears out to clean it. After defrosting my coil with my hairdryer, the tech still couldn't get the AC working because the compressor kept overheating every ten minutes due to being overcharged, I had never had that issue prior to them coming.  The compressor had been working fine.  There is a thermal overload protector that shuts down the compressor when it gets too hot.  There was so much refrigerant in the system that they literally destroyed my compressor.  The tech was outside running a garden hose on it trying to cool it off. He wouldn't admit that he needed to take out some of the refrigerant he had over charged the system with, so guess what?  I was secretly supervising what was going on, heard a loud hissing noise from my backyard and smelled a very foul odor.  He got very nervous and started acting very strange when I walked over, wh- who's there?!  Just me, a lowly homeowner, we lowly homeowners don't know anything about AC systems!

   ***This guy was actually bleeding off excess refrigerant straight into the atmosphere, instead of into the recovery tank, in direct violation of EPA requirements!***

   And yes, he still charged me for all the refrigerant he bled off, $400 of refrigerant at $100 a pound.  He claimed that he had gotten the system working again and went home.  All night long and the next day, I could only get it to work for five minutes at a time, then the compressor would have to cool for hours then only work again for another five minutes.  The membrane in the compressor was destroyed from the excess heat.  Goettl destroyed my compressor and refused to fix it for me.  The system was too old to be worth the replacement cost of a new compressor so I had to replace the entire AC unit. It cost me $5800, from another company, not $12000.  Do not under any circumstances give your business to them!

They offer great service plans. The technician was very knowledgeable. Explained very clearly what needed attention. He worked efficiently. Very friendly and professional. Glad I called this company! They were referred to me by one of their other happy customers.

I'd like to thank Ben Aguilar of Reddi Services for a quick and painless service visit earlier this week. My master bathroom toilet was making an awful noise and was leaking. I called Reddi Services for the very first time, and Ben came out and quickly diagnosed the leak. He showed me where the water was escaping from the intake valve. He shut off the water, replaced the valve, and now the noise and leak are gone.

Ben was professional, efficient, and courteous. The price was very reasonable and the work done quickly. His time and service are greatly appreciated.

Was so glad to have been referred to Jay and his team after purchasing our new home.  Super personable and highly professional.

Spoke with Joe on the phone, he was rude and had no interest in helping. Didn't even retain his services, I was so turned off by his attitude and lack of empathy.

I was disappointed at the 411 dollar quote for a coil cleaning the tech was not quite sure if they would wave the service fee if I agreed to do the work a quick call to the office would have answered that I passed on the work also they did no have my current records showing I just paid 600 in June for 2 new capacitors yet the tech was telling me they were wearing I don't know about that anyway I don't know if I will use Forrest Anderson again

My A/C began blowing warm air this past saturday night. Checked out yelp for some recommendations. I came across Dukes of air who said they would respond 24/7.

I called them at 7:30 and by 8:30 they were here. John arrived and was nice and straight forward. I had a tuneup two years prior which stated my capacitor was a little low. It finally completely went out and John replaced it with no service fee due to the repair for $185 which included taxes.

I was only without air conditioning for about an hour and a half. Overall I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

TH replaced my old breaker box with a new unit. They did not label any of the breakers so now I don't know what breaker goes to what. Everything else was okay.
