Great service and fair pricing. Had a water heater installed in a timely manner, from scheduling to install. Junior called the morning of and gave me a 2 hour window for install. He was very nice and professional. He answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.

I had to have a new water heater installed. Andy ' s plumbing came out. I was amazed. Professional,  courteous,  quick, and most of all patient with my hundreds of questions.  Father and son both were the best. Now I need a new toilet, they're my guys! I like how it's family owned and operated.  Generations of expertise handed down. Doesn't get any better than this.

Working with DJ as been a pleasure. They recently built an office extension off the back of my home and converted a storage room into a walk in pantry. The end result was fantastic! Everyone that worked this project was very professional and considerate, which was a blessing in itself since I was working from home in the next room the entire time. I highly recommend Sav-On Plumbing!  We needed a laundry room sink installed and had an issue with hot water not getting to parts of our home.  Jesse installed our laundry room sink but felt that he needed to call in someone with more experience for the hot water issue.  Brandon came the very next day and quickly identified the issue and gave us two options to fix the problem.  Once we selected, he quickly got the work done and that fixed it!  I was impressed by both Jesse and Brandon with their professionalism, promptness and communication on the work they needed to do.  I will certainly call them again for any plumbing needs!

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

Today I called Copper State Plumbing Services to resolve what the City of Avondale said was a sewer blockage somewhere between the house and the sewer line. A tech came to the house on Thurs. and said they would check the cleanout drain to see if that resolved the issue, but after helping find the cleanout drain, it had not been uncovered and once Rocco found it he was able to clear the obstruction.

Rocco was at the house for about an hour. He was very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. His rates were less than expected, but I was very grateful. To sum up today's trip, I would rate Copper State Plumbing Services LLC with 5 stars for the following reasons:
* wore a mask when he came to the door
*put on shoe/boot covers as not to track dirt in the house
* Familiar with my neighbor and lives close
*Returned my phone message and let me know what time he could be onsite
*Called before he came to my home earlier than expected
*Was very knowledgeable about his trade and what was the city's v.s the homeowners scope or areas of responsibility
*Charges were reasonably priced

Rocco was great to deal with, and I appreciated that he was willing to show me what and where the cleanout drain was. I would recommend this company to my friends and family and if/when the need arises, I will use him again. Thank you Rocco for a job well done.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had to take my husband to the ER last night and came home after he was admitted to find my AC was putting out HEAT! The thermostat wouldn't switch back to cool, and it eventually died. It was nearly midnight, so I did a Google search for 24/7 AC repair and found Plumbing & A/C Medic. The live chat agent instructed me to give them a call, and Darryl was at my house in under 90 minutes. He checked all the thermostat connections-- which turned out to be loose from hubby constantly jiggling it-- and installed a new one. The AC came to life again, but then the fan wouldn't shut off! So, in the darkness of the very wee hours of the morning, Darryl took his ladder, climbed on my roof, and checked our unit. It turned out to be an issue with the relay, and in less than half an hour, we were able to get the fan to shut off. And to top it off, the price was MUCH LESS than I had anticipated. Thank you for everything!

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

We needed p/m done on our a/c. Chance came to do it, He introduced himself and greeted us. Chance discovered that the company that installed the a/c had not sealed the return air boot. He sealed it for us and our a/c is running to perfection.

So after the initial visit to clear the blockage, I was scheduled for a Hydro-jet appointment. I was shown a video of the inside of the drain line and even though the blockage had been cleared, it could be see that the pipe was still restricted with fat. The Hydro-Jet pressure washes the pipe from the inside. Joe was dispatched. This guy has been with Roto-Rooter for decades! He was professional, competent and warm. He showed me the inside of the pipe before and after the pressure wash. Joe is a very centered guy who was a joy to chat with. I have no doubt that his work the best. I was pleasantly surprised that such a large, well established company was was still so customer focused. Nice work Roto-Rooter!
