Walter, the owner, worked me in on a busy Friday before a holiday weekend and solved our semi-emergency situation with a leaking pipe in the basement. Dennis & Joe showed up and replaced a portion of the broken pipe, which involved digging a good sized hole outside in 95 degree weather, then drilling through the concrete foundation to install the new line. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient. When they were through outside they cleaned up, replaced the pine straw, and you would never know they were there. Their price was reasonable. No one looks forward to having to call a plumber, but if I ever need their service again, Northlake is who I will call.

Used Northlake Plumbing to replace our leaking water line. Their price and warranty helped with the decision. The work took 5 hours and was done without digging up the entire length of the pipe. Lawn looks like nothing was done!!

We have been trying to resolve a problem with a leaky faucet for about a month now. The plumber just didn't show for 2 appointments in a row, and when he actually came the 3rd time, he was an hour late, with no acknowledgement that he was supposed to be there an hour ago. I can't speak to the quality of his work - because he hasn't actually done anything yet.

These guys have done work for me a few times now and are always courteous and careful. They do good and thorough work, and the one time something didn't go right, they came back out quickly to remedy the issue. I doubt they're the cheapest in the area, but I value good work and being able to count on them over lowest price when it comes to plumbing. I would recommend them.

Northlake Plumbing earns a 5 star rating for several reasons.  The plumbers worked around my schedule.  All involved were kind and courteous.  They arrived on time, and they fixed a leak that was near my meter without tearing up our newly laid grass.  I highly recommend Northlake Plumbing Service , Inc. if you'd like the job done right!

I had an appointment with Northlake Plumbing and they no-showed and no call! I first used Northlake Plumbing when I had a leak, they came out the next day and did a great job and were very pleasant. I wanted to make this company my regular plumbing company. I made an appointment for NL Plumbing to come remove a toilet and sink and install new ones. They called on Thursday to reschedule my Thursday appointment to Friday. On Friday they called and asked if they could in the afternoon and then never showed. They never called to say they weren't coming. I am disappointed to be treated so poorly by a company.

Northlake was able to come out on the same day and fix our burst pipe. They were prompt, efficient, and their price was very reasonable. Another big name company told us that we needed additional work done (would cost thousands), that's when we decided to call Northlake after reading their reviews. I'm so glad we did! They were very honest and corrected the problem and didn't try to sell us on any additional work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future! I'm so happy we found a good, honest plumbing company in Lilburn!

I highly recommend Northlake plumbing. David came out within 24-hours of my call to unclog my shower drain and replace my garbage disposal. He showed me how to reset the disposal if I ever had any issues and helped me fill out the warranty. The price was affordable and I will definitely be using Northlake again!

We called Northlake Plumbing when a previous company walked out in the middle of a job and left us without a functioning water heater.  They sent Pete the Plumber who showed up on time and installed the repair part previously received from the manufacturer Rheem.  Pete was very cordial and efficient.  He was able to successfully complete the repairs in a timely manner so we can resume our daily life.   Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Northlake Plumbing.

We used them for a water line busted in the ground from the meter to the house, the owner took my call the night before and had a quote for us the next morning before breakfast.  The quality repair was completed before the kids even got off the bus. I definitely recommend these guys they go go go.

I am so happy with the work Northlake Plumbing has done for me. Both times I have called them, they were able to come out so quickly. And, they were able to start the work the same day. Yesterday they replaced the main water line to my house. It was a huge job that took all day. They came back a second day to clean up and, boy, were they true to their word! They promised that it wouldn't be noticeable that they had been there. I came home from work and they were so right! My driveway was completely back together, even with the pine straw back where it had been. Very impressive!

Northlake Plumbing replaced my water line (service to the house). They were respectful, considerate, and had high standards. I had called at 5:30 pm or so one evening, and by 4:05 pm the next day they were done! I had some picky requests about the way the sod was put back over the holes, and they worked with me, even redoing a portion of the work already finished. They weren't the cheapest quote I got (slightly higher than my other option), but I was impressed by the salesman, who, with another team member completed the work. Their conversation, even when something went wrong, was free of offensive language. The original employee/salesman delivered as promised, maintaining a positive attitude the whole time, though it was clearly grueling work.

I have been using Northlake Plumbing for probably 20 years.  They show up on time, do good work, and their prices are fair. Plus they are friendly.  What more could you want?

My wife dropped an earring down the bathroom sink drain.  I called Northlake and they came out immediately.  They were fast, efficient, friendly and honest.  My previous plumber -- who I've used since moving here -- couldn't come out today.  I was surprised at how much cheaper Northlake was!  They charged me the minimum and even did some extra work that they found needed to be done.

They just became our regular plumber!

These guys came to fix leaks in several pipes, fixed toilets and installed a new hot water heater. They were very professional, knowledgeable cared about doing the job right  and not doing unnecessary work. The prices were reasonable and they did a fine job.

Zero  didn't show up for first appointment ( no call) , didn't show up for rescheduled  appointment ( no call) showed up for third rescheduled 8 hours late! NO CONSIDERATION FOR ANYONES TIME OBVIOUSLY! What is going on anymore. How much work do they think a person can miss without incident!

They installed a hot water heater for me.  Quoted a reasonable price.  Sent a crew of 3 and were in and out in a couple of hours.  Its been six months with no problems.  We also used them to check a bathroom leak.  They made a cheap and simple fix that has held up.  We had another plumbing company under a home warranty that required tearing out a ceiling, calling a mold remediation company, and taking multiple trips to diagnose and fix a similar problem.  Northlake will save you money.  I wish there was more weekend availability for non-emergency appointments.  But I would still recommend them over other plumbing companies.

Called in the evening  and was told that i would receive a  call the next morning to  schedule a call which was fine. After 10 am on Friday morning Called back and was told I would receive a call around 3 in the afternoon and that they could probably take care of my small replacement.  Still have never received a call.

This company is honest and reliable.  I've used them for years and have recommended them multiple times. Very professional and great work!

They repaired a loose tub drain seal which leaked into our ceiling. The work was done thoroughly and in timely fashion. The cost was reasonable. We will use them again as needed.
