Outstanding response! Been having ongoing issues with the heater electro pilot, and finally had enough. Called around 8:30am, return call within 1/2hr and Tim the technician arrived before noon, and save the day! Note:Be prepare to send text of Mfg. Plate that has the info about the water heater, any upfront info helps.
