We had called another plumber that kept pushing us back for weeks. Finally gave up and called Free Flow. They were able to come the next day. Nick came exactly on time, wearing a mask and fixed what we thought would be a complicated issue. Turned out to be a broken drain in the tub. He worked professionally and we were very pleased with what we thought was a fair price for the job. Will certainly only call them again with our plumbing needs

Our sink backed up on thanksgiving! After trying to fix it myself on Friday, I contacted Free Flow plumbing, and they were able to come out within a couple hours to get things moving again. Very fast responses, professional, and clean service. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had the absolute worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Very overpriced for a service USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK And Don't believe what john tells you on the phone regarding price.

I'm very happy with the job Free Flow Plumbing did for me. They arrived in about an hour after I called. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced.

We were getting our house ready for sale when an inspector told us we had a small gas leak in the basement. This was at about 5 pm on a Friday. I called Freeflow because I saw their van in the driveway of a really picky neighbor who vets her contractors well. I figure if that woman was using Freeflow it was probably a good company. I called Freeflow and spoke to John. I told him the problem and that I hope he could come out right away. He said he could be there that evening. I was so relieved. Then John called again and said he could come out within a half hour if that worked for me. Great! He was there in an half hour, figured out the problem, and called for a guy to come bring him the right part. No waiting for Freeflow to get a part, no big fee for being an emergency call, just straight-up good customer service. A grave concern became a non-issue in about 90 minutes. Since it was an emergency we didn't get quotes. We just called Freeflow and were very happy with the service.

So of course, we called John at Freeflow again once we moved into our new house. It was a foreclosure that Fannie Mae bought and fixed up. It had been vacant for over a year. John went through and fixed the mess Bathfitters made in installing the shower/bath combo, cleared the clogs in two upstairs drains, installed a new garbage disposal, and connected our water line to the new fridge. These were all separate visits since the troubles came over the course of 2 months as we lived in the house. John was very accomodating of our schedules. His quotes were always on or close to the actual cost. If there was a deviation it was explained, and since we paid in cash we got a discount.

Now we plan to install a jetted tub in the master bath, and a half bath in the basement. So we will be calling John at Freeflow Plumbing confident we'll be getting good work for a fair price.

John was next door working at the Alcazar hotel and dropped by my place. Although he was upfront and indicated that the $70 service diagnostic fee, he was also honest in his capabilities and price. Fixed my bathroom faucet quickly! on the spot Very convenient if you are in the Cleveland Heights area.

I did not do business with Free Flow Plumbing. However, I received a immediate response from John, the Owner. He was kind enough to suggest other options for me to consider in resolving my dilemma. His suggestion was great. Problem solved at a lower price! I appreciate his honesty!

Very responsive. My request was late evening and I received a reply the same night. Further, I was able to schedule an appointment for early the next morning. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price. I will definitely call on again.

I called them four days ago and they never gave me the courtesy of a return call . I got a more responsible plumber to come right out and fix it.at least the owner apologized to me for not responding to my call

Wow, so impressed. I called super late morning, and John and his assistant came out **same day** (though of course this may not always be possible depending on the day) to snake a very clogged shower drain in an old Cleveland Heights house with badly configured plumbing. Price was very fair. He was fast, efficient, and clearly knows what he's talking about. We have already scheduled a date to have him back to fix some other nagging issues that we let go because we didn't feel comfortable with what other people had told us - John just made sense! I feel like I now have someone I can really trust to work on my century home, as he is obviously well versed in caring for these old properties. Thanks John!

John responded to my call and email immediately. Although he wasn't sure my dishwasher drainage issue was due to the plumbing or appliance itself, he agreed to come to take a look on the next day. He identified the source of issue right away and the problem was fixed promptly. Also he pointed at other plumbing issues in the house and took care of them on the spot.

Great and quick service and didn't rip me off. Showed up when he told me he would and left a clean work area

He asked me what was wrong and I told him I thought the garbage disposal in the kitchen was bad and word replace it with a $500 garbage disposal without even checking to see if the old one was no good .Charged me $ 45.00 . Got a second estimate on the garbage disposal and ended up not even needing a new disposal

Good service and good timing. Said he would be there and he was, and finished the job. Kinda a dude, too. I think I could have beers with this man. Maybe more than once. Good sense of humor and seems like he just wants to do a good job and help people.

On Christmas eve a frozen pipe leaked and John took care of it promptly, efficiently, and at an affordable price. He was friendly, and professional, and worked in a very clean manner. He took the time to show me what the problem was and how to take preventive measures to avoid it happening again. I will surely use him on my next plumbing project and would highly recommend his services to anybody for a positive experience during difficult times.
