Epic Plumbing is a 26-year-old plumbing service company. We service Southwest Houston, Pearland, Friendswood, Alvin, Clear Lake, Webster, League City, Brookside, Manvel, Dickinson, Seabrook and Kemah. We are a locally woman-owned and family-operated service company with a team of service technicians committed to your satisfaction.

Denesse and her husband, Todd, started Epic Plumbing in 1996. Todd has been a plumber since he was a teenager. It started out as just Denesse and Todd at Epic but we have grown into a family owned and operated business since their two children now work with them in the business.

I called EPIC Plumbing regarding issues with my toilets and bathroom faucets.
I was having issues with 2 out of 3 toilets and 2 out of 4 bathroom faucets.
After a review of the issues, it was obvious that I needed new toilets and faucets.
(Honestly, not surprising as my home is 14 years old.)
Instead of replacing just the toilets and faucets I was having issues with, I replaced all 3 toilets and all 4 faucets in my bathrooms.
The new toilets and faucets look and work fantastic. Truly state of the art.
The work was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. Considering that home repairs are not inexpensive, I was very pleased with the overall cost of all new toilets and faucets.
I want to thank Samantha, Heather, Alfred, Devin, and Chris for their outstanding Customer Service.
I highly recommend EPIC Plumbing.

A $9.50 shut off valve + $15.00 Adjustable Ballcock Valve to fix my toilet.
$24.50 total materials..........Heather quoted me over $500.00 for the tech
to do the work.
I don't think I even need to say anything further.

Cast iron sewer collapsing. Asked Epic for an estimate. They came out and looked but said they would need $500 to do a full estimate running cameras and plotting plan. I agreed only if they would provide videos and map of rerouting plan. They would apply the $500 to bill if we chose them. Turns out their estimate was double the estimate of company we chose. That company did a free estimate. They did spend several hours investigating and did share videos and plan. But I got the same from another company and still saved thousands. They wet up front about the charge but still Feeling ripped off.
Please beware of this company!
Please get price quote in writing, else you will get rude surprise.
We live only one house away from their place and the job took about 15 minutes max; used the part we supplied. The rude surprise was $200.00!
The company owner, Todd, said that their minimum charge is $ 195.00!!
At this rate, we all should be plumbers!!

Best plumbing company ever! They are always timely and professional. We have an older home and have had a few plumbing issues the last few years. This company is called EPIC because they are EPIC! The theee service calls we utilized this company, we were treated well and the price was competitive With other companies in the industry. You won't be disappointed!
During the freeze everyone needed a plumber and they were honest, worked us into their huge workload and the owner Todd even came out on a Sunday to assure us what we needed and how soon they could install/change all our attic copper pipes that blew up!

Have used their services for water heater installation and warranty/maintenance issues. They provided high quality service and techs are quite friendly and knowledgeable in their subject matter. Would definitely recommend!
Albert and Devin replaced a leaky kitchen faucet after assessing the plumbing issue. Both men were friendly, polite and respectful. They completed the work at a good pace and to my satisfaction. Albert did need to come back to adjust the faucet. He was out the next morning and performed the work perfectly. Would recommend Epic Plumbing and Albert and Devin

Great service! We were lucky enough to have Chance repair a broken water line as well as our main house water valve! Clean, efficient, friendly & price was as competitive to other companies. Will definitely be calling Epic Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!
We had a whole house water filtration system installed that we had purchased. They did a wonderful job installing it, but within hours of turning the system on we had a leak. Unlike other plumbing services we have used before who said they guaranteed their work (but didn't follow through with that guarantee), EPIC sent Joseph out to fix the leak and honored their warranty/guarantee. I don't mind if it takes more than one trip to get something right when a company stands behind t by eir workmanship. It's for that reason I have no trouble recommending Joseph and EPIC Services!!
First rate, top job plumbers. These people are locally owned and are always responsive when you call with a need. They are so very knowledgeable and the quality of their work is top notch. They have done quite a few different jobs for us and each one has been right and an improvement. They are very honest and always good about calling to let you know when they will arrive. I can't say enough nice things about this plumber.
Great plumber! Fast & courteous service and reasonable prices. I also got a quote for A/C work and Todd made great recommendations to start with that are less expensive. Love that it is family owned and their staff is like family too. Great people and great service!

This company has provided exceptional service. Appointment was easy to schedule. Text messages sent to confirm appointment time and they even send you a small bio and photo of the worker who is assigned to your home. Plumbers very professional. Problems were addressed and clearly explained. I will continue to use them anytime plumbing issues arise!
Had a plumbing nightmare hit us just in time for the holidays. They accurately diagnosed my plumbing issue after (3) other different opinions. Very efficient and really went the extra mile to help us out when we were in a major bind with backed up sewage! Excellent service, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend. Will call them again with any plumbing issues.

Technician Shelby came by the house on time and did a excellent job and fixed the low water pressure and lack of hot water problems. I recommend Epic and they live up to their 5 star reviews across the internet. This is is best plumber company in the houston area
I seldom give reviews but I had to give Epic Service the kudos it deserves. I came home early to meet another service provider unrelated to this to find water pouring out the side of my house. Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night. The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished. The work was exceptional! I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise. Epic is my plumber for life! I cannot remember the name of young man that answered the initial call but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. You guys Rock!

I LOVE my plumber!! Epic Services has always been there when I need them. Fast, same day service with a smile. They are able to diagnose and fix the problem and then clean up any mess. Super sweet and polite technicians and they are reasonably priced. I will gladly recommend Epic to all of my friends.
