I never thought about giving a review to a plumber, but recent experience shows you can find bad or lazy or sloppy plumbers, but it is hard to find a good plumber. I found one! This guy shows up on time, is meticulous and through in his work and bills fairly. I had Johnny do one project for me, he has at least one to two more just from me. He was referred to me by real pros in the business, and they were actually right. He is the best I have found locally and I would encourage you to give him a try.

We had a kitchen sink stoppage and clog in our main drain line. A service technician came to the house to diagnose what was going on. Mr. J. Bryan, the service technician came it with the utmost respect and knowledge. He not only diagnosed and fixed the issue but thoughtfully worked through some other weird problems with how our plumbing was set up. Didn't charge us an extra cent for doing so either. My wife and I could tell he took pride in his work and was more concerned about doing the job right than nickel and diming us for every little thing (unfortunately this is a lost art in the service industry -- but NOT for this company or this service technician!).

We recently had a toilet replaced by this company. My preference would be 3 1/2 stars but as that is not an option, he gets 3. He gets 5 stars for being on time and charging me exactly what he quoted over the phone. Anyone that has had contractor work done knows how impressive that is. I deducted points because there was some calling back and forth to finally get scheduled and I felt he could have cleaned up a little more afterwards. But, overall, we were happy with the job he did and had no complaints.

I wanted so badly to hire Jason to help with a washer standpipe drain that was clogged. He was very personable via Yelp project messaging and I had high hopes. We agreed on an appointment window between 2-4 pm the following day. I sadly did not hear from him. I called a little past 4 and I believe his wife answered she was very kind and VERY apologetic about not being in contact with me about another project that Jason was tied up with but assured me he will get by after while. I received a text around 5:45 saying I was not forgotten about he was heading to me soon. Then around 7 pm he asked me if between 8-8:30 was okay. I responded that it was far too late for me unfortunately because I had to put my kids to bed. He then proposed that he can be at my home the following day at 1pm and will give me a 10 % discount for the inconvenience. I agreed and the next day I hadn't heard from him. I texted to confirm at 12:45pm if we were still set for 1pm, no response. Around 1:30 I ultimately had to text him and say I went with someone else. He responded an hour and a half later apologizing. While I do not doubt his knowledge and expertise I do believe some improvements could be made with scheduling and customer interactions I do wish the best for this company and hope they improve with others!

I recently had electrical service at my new property by Get Lit, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Louis, the electrician, was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my electrical needs were taken care of.

From the beginning, Louis provided realistic expectations and a timeframe to update a circa 1960s electrical panel, install several security camera floodlights, and insert new receptacles for a kitchen island. What stood out was that Louis took the time to explain what was happening and answer all my questions. He was always polite, respectful, and responsive and ensured I was completely satisfied with the work before he left.

In short, I highly recommend Get Lit because they're quick, reasonably priced, and professional.

Outstanding customer service!  The staff and owner are very responsive and easy to work with.  I am very happy I selected them for our house's HVAC needs.

I just had a couple guys fron Bertolino's over to check a leak from an upstairs bathroom, Tony and Jason. First, they were on time. Second, they were courteous. I had this big idea that they would have to cut into a wall or the dining room ceiling to see what was going on. I know nothing about plumbing. But these two deducted that my problem was water on the floor from my kid not closing the shower curtain well enough while showering. They showed me where they thought the water was going right next to the tub. They could have totally taken advantage of the situation and cut Into the wall and charged me more,but they didn't.  I will definately call them again, they gained my trust by being honest.

I was so impressed by the service we received from All Day Plumbing. We had a leak under our sink from the garage disposal. He replaced our garbage disposal and fixed the flooring of the cabinet as well. Raymond and his son were very professional, on time and explained everything effectively. I would recommend this company to absolutely everyone.

I hate to write this review but after 2 attempts at getting a plumber to show for 2 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS I am left with the only option of providing a fair warning!!!!!

I need to stress that I get when multiple ppl are handling appointments, lines can get crossed so I provided grace & understanding and reached out to them again even though I was never given a courtesy call for the no call no show. I moved my day around both days to no avail. My final attempt to communicate with this company was received with a we had a bigger job, and I'm doing you a favor at even calling you back after hours sort of response. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Hired 7/13/2016 to perform a bathroom renovation.  Tommy Brooks worked 7/18 and ripped out our old bathtub, vanity, sink(and broke our toilet). He came to work 7/19 for approximately 2 hours and left stating he had an emergency plumbing call to take care of-noted after his departure that no other work had been performed by Brooks. Called several times without any response. Called 7/20 @ 8am-tommy Brooks stated he would be at our home by 9am. It's noon, has heard no further responses from Brooks. He is not answering his telephone calls, phone Voice Mail is full. Thankfully he has none of my money -other than the $50 I gave him for ancillary supplies while I was out of town on the 18th for a quick trip.  He's fired. Choose anyone else!
