Our office is located at 609 Copeland Drive, in the Briarfield area of Hampton. Tom founded Atlantic Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. at the age of 26 in Hampton, Virginia. Today, he is still active in the management and operation of the company. Tom has a passion for providing prompt and professional service to all customers, as well as supporting numerous organizations across the area.

I am so glad I called! My toilet flooded over and their response was great. Every part of the process from calling to getting the clog removed was quick and the people I interacted with were polite and informative. I know who to call if I'm ever in need of a plumbing job.

Today I had Dave over our home for a plumbing job. Very respectful and hard working gentleman who worked quietly and got the job done. Thank you Dave and Tom, it was a real pleasure doing business with you. I will definitely recommend your Company to others.
I contacted Atlantic Plumbing for an estimate to add a new gas line to our house. We agreed on a day for them to come out and they called that day and said they were on their way. We never heard from them again. I contacted them four times after that to find out why - three times by phone, leaving a message each time, and the fourth time via their website. I never got a response from any of my repeated requests to contact me.
I can't recall a company with a more bizarre approach to conducting business.
I'm glad I decided to go with Atlantic! I called, asked for a quote and because the price was right I scheduled an appt! Although they had to reschedule my appt to the following day and they arrived 2 hrs later than promised, I couldn't be happier with the work they did.
Joe and Junior reset my toilet and figured out the source of the leak coming from my tub spout. They also did us a solid and re-installed the circular plate for our shower handle! I was hovering and asking a lot of questions that they didn't mind answering and walked me through what they did to fix the problem! I also love that this company doesn't charge by the hr but by the job asked of them.
I give this service a zero. I called and asked for help with a leak in the system.
They flat our refused to help me. I guess they just want all the easy jobs they can get.
I recently used them to take a look at a rental house with an outside A/C unit that had coils freezing up. They were able to dispatch someone to look at the unit within a day. Sean was professional and gave me a good assessment of the situation and solution. The freon fillup and dye check were done on time. Jennifer was pleasant on the phone and easy to work with. I would use them again.

I couldn't have been happier with our experience with Atlantic. They were able to set up an appointment for us when it worked for our schedule. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and just a nice guy. He had great things to say about working for the company as well. I say call these guys first. You won't be disappointed.
These guys are great, reliable, doesn't try to jerk you around on price. I would recommend.
This company is awesome! After dealing with another company and my water heater issue not getting fixed, I went to google. Atlantic popped up, I read the reviews and thought to give them a try. I am not disappointed and so glad I looked for a different company from the original. Not only was the price half of what I was previously quoted, they provided all the information and answered all our questions. As well as diagnosed an issue that we didn't even realize and is going to save our water bill in the future. I highly recommend Loic and Nick; both very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!!!!

Very unhappy with this company. Had to call them numerous time in order to get our bill. Never received the books they were suppose to send regarding the A/C and furnace they installed. Had a plumber to come out to fix a leak - took 10 minutes. He made the statement How's that for $150 dollar job. I had an emergency call for a house in Chesapeake and the service guy had to pull the stove out, a panel on the cabinets out and spent an hour fixing a leak. Their bill was only $10.00 more than their ten minute repair job. Sent an email to the various contacts at the company to complain about the service - never received a reply or a phone call asking how can we make it better. Apparently they don't care.
Ok, we wake up on Saturday morning to find a bedroom carpet soaked... our hot water radiator was leaking. My wife calls Atlantic and about 15 minutes later the technician is at our door!
The technician was:
- Professional in attitude and skills
- Thorough
- Clean... he made sure the area was spotless before he departed.
We only allow Atlantic to address our plumbing and heating needs. We appreciate the fixed price billing.
I live in MD but needed to find the source of a leak coming from the 2nd floor on my rental property in Hampton. Tom Hartman promptly contacted me with a solution and scheduled a time to fix the issue with my tenant. Reasonable price and military discount was a plus! I will continue to use Altlantic Plumbing services for future needs. A+!!

I messaged Atlantic plumbing let Sunday night about a possible water leak from our 2nd story laundry room and they replied back within 10 minutes to confirm it wasn't an emergency. The only issue I ran into is they transcribed my phone number down wrong from the night before so after an hour of not hearing from them in the morning I called and they apologized for the confusion and said they would have someone that day. Dave and Jordon arrived around 4 pm. They quickly assessed the water damage checked the attic to verify it wasn't the upstairs furnace drain. After 2 quick cuts in the drywall the leaking pipe was located. Overall the repairs were completed in about 2 hours. Dave and and Jordan were extremely professional and I would highly recommend this company again for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Bonus, the repairs were very reasonable and military discount was provided.
Workers came in and out less than 1 hour and charged a very steep price ($400) for a job that had no complications. Just my opinion.

When they say they warranty their work - they are absolutely right! Professional in every respect! They honor their work and word, which are not a given. I am the son & grandson of plumbers, and just could not be more pleased with every response with Atlantic over the years. They are our go-to when something comes up! (Kudos to Joe, who did the work today. Through in every category. Hang onto him!)
