ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Hello, I'm Bryan Albright! I was born and raised in the Tidewater area I started working in the electrical field as a teenager, in an electrical trade school setting.
After doing commercial work for years, I decided to focus on residential work. I thoroughly enjoyed residential work and meeting new people. Therefore, I went back to trade school and worked towards obtaining my Master Electrician License. Afterwards, I obtained my Electrical Contractor License and started our family business, with my wife and Operations Manger.
We have grown in a short time, adding additional licensed electricians to the family. I am very proud of what we have accomplished in a short period of time. We take pride in our work and want our customers to share that same pride, also.

Luis was my technician to install an electrical outlet on my outside patio. He was very professional, knowledgeable, on time and efficient. Not to mention was a very personable person and friendly. The entire process with Get Lit Electrical has been a breeze. Will definitely return to them for more work.

Clint came by to give us an estimate and ended up doing most of the work that same day. They changed out 9 light fixtures in all, and were fast, super friendly, and they cleaned up after they were done so I didn't have to. I'm definitely calling them the next time I need something done.
We had an issue with our gas fireplace and had to have the blower and pilot light replaced by Gas Speciality, Chesapeake, VA. After many weeks of waiting for parts and service, they finally were able to come out and finish the job, almost. They couldn't get the blower to operate and told us it was an electrical problem and referred us to Git Lit. Gas Lit came out this past week and the technician informed us there was no problem with the new blower Gas Speciality had installed, they just didn't plug it into the correct outlet. Thank you Gas Lit for coming out so quickly and finding and correcting the error.
Their business is made of 2 guys that claim to be electricians but lack the minimum knowledge about this field and professionalism and a woman that answers their phone. Their business is not looking to establish a customer care relationship but their view about people is as a bank account to keep charging them for no service. Despite the no estimate charge claim on their website, they do charge hefty prices without resolving any issue and keep coming back demanding for more money. I absolutely do not recommend these two guys!
After half a dozen electricians turned us down, Louis from Get Lit had us up and running on a Saturday afternoon. We'll always get lit with Get Lit!
Brain and his employee Clint did a very good job installing some security lights with motion detection at the rear of our home. His recommended light fixture choices with leds was excellent , as the light beams completely bath the back porch and sides in very bright clean light. Installation took just a few hours and they cleaned after themselves , not leaving pieces of wire or dust around after drilling the walls for two switches. Their prices were reasonable and I recommend this company

I recently had electrical service at my new property by Get Lit, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Louis, the electrician, was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my electrical needs were taken care of.
From the beginning, Louis provided realistic expectations and a timeframe to update a circa 1960s electrical panel, install several security camera floodlights, and insert new receptacles for a kitchen island. What stood out was that Louis took the time to explain what was happening and answer all my questions. He was always polite, respectful, and responsive and ensured I was completely satisfied with the work before he left.
In short, I highly recommend Get Lit because they're quick, reasonably priced, and professional.
