First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

Didn't use because they don't take credit cards or send a bill to pay.  It's a rental property so there's no one local to pay.  Seemed like a nice guy.

After the plumber came and determined it was an electrical issue, Conyers electrical was there immediately and fixed the issues allowing me to take a hot shower in my new house after a long day of moving!! So, I decided to embark on a DYI plumbing project. That alone is a scary thought when it comes to plumbing. I went to Home Depot to purchase the required supplies, I contemplated doing the work for two weeks, then after leaving for a work trip my wife decided to call a plumber!  Very smart move by her! John came and fixed my toilet in minutes and created a happy household and marital bliss! Job well done, very personable and very professional!

Come out an hour and a half late. Do nothing and i mean nothing did not even touch my house and wanted more money $$$. Great Job !!!!

I had a faucet that was leaking slightly, so I called here for a plumber to fix it. The plumber that they sent, Bryan, broke the faucet completely in the process of fixing it, turning my functional but slightly leaky faucet into an entirely unusable faucet. Then, they sent me an estimate for almost $600 to replace the faucet that they broke. At least they had the common sense to not try and charge me a service fee for coming to my house and breaking my faucet. In the end, I had a friend fix the faucet for about $10 in parts. But for anyone who needs a faucet replaced, a new faucet costs $60 on Amazon, and you can even have Amazon install it for you for about $200.

Jim explains his work, doesn't charge a premium for Sunday visits and is completely transparent on the work he's needing to do and the up front cost. He had to do a complex job under the house and took pictures of the work to explain it. He's the best plumber I've hired for work in 20 years of owning homes.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Can not comment on quality of work considering it is now 3:20pm and we have not seen the plumber that was scheduled to come at 9:30am. Several calls have been made and we were told of course, the job took longer than expected. No consideration that people have to take off work. Will they reimburse for a days wages. If they were held accountable they would not yank people's chains the way they do.
Finally came at 3:30 and did not have the proper equipment to do the job.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
