OMG  Leave it to the the professional because a Plumber I am not.  I actually though I could fix a leaky toilet but water was coming up from the floor so this was out of my league.  I called Causeway Plumbing at  1:30 it is now 3:00 pm and they are done.  They were thorough explained what needed to be done and quickly fixed the leak cleaned up and done.  WOW I could not have done this myself myself and so glad I called.  I will definitely call them again when needed.  Thank you!

An absolutely great job done. Had gotten a few quotes and listened to their plans on getting a new gas line to a range, but Vic was clear with how he wanted to do it and was much more reasonable with price.  He was quick to respond, showed up fast to assess the project, and was available to do it with very little wait. Everything turned out great and we will be using him again in the future for other projects.

My first encounter with Justin was during a bathroom remodel in which I already had a hired plumber. He looked over the work that was done, said it was subpar with cut corners, and confronted the plumber for me getting him to re do the work for no charge. He earned my respect and has had PLENTY of my business since then.
Justin has consistently provided top notch work at my home. He responded to an emergency sewage issue that two other companies couldn't fix, installed a tankless water heater, removed the boiler, installed a brand new gas line and made all the new connections look stellar, replaced replaced toilets... and more. There hasn't been a issue he wasn't able to fix and charges far less than major companies. Anyone that can match his pricing isn't going to get the job done correctly.
I can't recommend Justin and Flotech Services enough! He's now taken care of friends and family and everyone thanks me for the recommendation. So glad he FINALLY set up Yelp so I can for all recognize him!

Awesome experience all the way around.  All Time Plumbing was the third plumbing company we called for the same issue. The first made modest efforts to resolve a clogged drain, but was overall disinterested in finding the tricky problem.  Second plumber cleared the clog by jetting the system and correctly noted some old deteriorating piping that would likely cause us problems in the future. But they quoted an extremely high price to replace it, and managed to note thousands of dollars' worth of non-plumbing-related work that they were conveniently also qualified and eager to do.   So when the clog returned in less than a month after jetting, I looked around a little harder and third time was indeed the charm.

Everything from start to finish went as smoothly as anyone could ask.  A very professional tow man crew showed up to evaluate the situation, immediately going under the house to look around.  Within in minutes, they'd identified an improper venting issue with the drain that was compounding the failing old piping.  They offered an immediate snaking service to clear it temporarily (I declined), and quoted me a price to replace the problem piping that was a small fraction of the quote from plumber number two.  The appointment was set a few days later, they showed up right on time and were under the house and working within minutes.  

Both men were incredibly professional, explaining exactly what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it.  They worked quickly and left zero mess.  No-one every really want a regular plumber, but unless something changes, All Time is going to be my go-to for any and all plumbing issues in the future.  Thanks a lot.

I am extremely pleased with the service and communication received from Mr. Rooter's staff.  From setting up the appointment to Sam contacting me advising he was on his way and arriving promptly.  Sam did a fantastic job with assessing the issue I was having with my toilet and fixed it on the spot.  He also advised about some other issues that may arise in the future and I definitely plan on using them to have additional work done to my bathroom/plumbing.  Thank you again for a job well done!!

The were sent to us by our warranty company paid from our power bill to replace a bad water heater.  They came on Friday night to assess the situation, replaced the water heater on Monday morning.  Excellent job, very professional, timely, and courteous.  I had totally the opposite experience from the previous review.   Good job!

I called this company with a plumbing emergency when a pipe burst in my attic. I wrote a check for their services, but the funds were in my other account (with the same bank) and I got so wrapped up with the water damage repairs over the few days that followed, I forgot to transfer the money. They called me at 7:18am the day the check was returned to them (two business days later) to tell me the check hadn't cleared. I did not receive their message until approximately 7:40 that evening. Within 20 minutes of listening to the message, they showed up at my house (knowing that I am a single mom with two small children and no man in the house) demanding cash and threatening to take out a felony warrant against me! Scared the living s@!t out of me...I was shaking and crying when they left. I have reported them to the BBB and Wavy TV 10!!

My son called them to come out to fix the faucet outside they came around about 8:00 that night and they left about 10:30 they said they would be back the next day to fix it they call my son around about 4:30 the next day and said that they was finished and that it was fixed so my son paid them for $400 the next day it was still leaking so my son texting and they didn't text him back so I'll text them and they told me that they was going to come out that Friday they didn't show up that day so they text me and said we're going to show up Saturday they didn't show up Saturday so they say we will be out Sunday to fix it they didn't come Sunday they going to tell me they told me Monday so they still haven't fixed it so if you know anybody that need a plumber make sure it's not there because they are scammers they don't do a good job they lie about coming back out to fix it

I've never dealt with anyone so disrespectful anywhere, let alone in my own home. The tech who came out was ANGRY with me because I wouldn't immediately go find a saw and cut out a section of my hardwood floor. He kept pressuring me to do it and kept changing what he was saying about whether he was allowed to do it and how he would have to charge me, but that he actually couldn't because he wasn't allowed, but that he wouldn't have to charge that much, etc. When my husband came in, he told him a whole different store and he changed his years of experience THREE times. I think I know what needs to be done, I've been doing this almost 20 years. I don't know why you won't just do this. I'm so good at what I do, I've been doing it 25 years. Etc. He also kept talking about how dumb everyone in the office was and how it was pointless to even have them there to answer phones because they don't tell customers to clean out everything from under the kitchen sink. When they rescheduled their head installer for the next day, my husband had to take a day off only to sit around all day for no one to show up. When we called to see what happened, they told us the installation was cancelled 2 weeks ago.... Yet they came the day before? This company should be shut down. So dishonest, unprofessional, and hostile.

Extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend using Big Dave's Plumbing at all. Dave was supposed to come out to take a look at a leak in my ceiling this past Thursday. I waited an hour and a half for him to show and he never did. When I called to see what the hold up was, the woman who answered the phone told me Dave forgot and could come another day. So we rescheduled for this morning. After not showing up once already, he was 20 minutes late today. When he arrived this morning, he backed into my driveway and hit a car that was parked behind him. I heard it and saw it from inside through the window above the driveway, so you know if I heard it from inside the house, he had to have heard it/felt it in his own vehicle. I went out to see if there was any damage to the car and as I walked out, he stepped out of the van. He said nothing to me, just carried on about his business until I said did you just hit this car? (I knew he did because I could see the hitch pressing into the license plate and grill). He acted shocked and walked over to see that he had indeed hit the car. He pulled his van forward so we could see how extensive the damage was  and luckily the only damage was a bent plate. In this situation, you would expect or think that the person who hit your car would apologize but rather than saying I'm sorry or of anything of the sort, he chuckled and said I really dodged a bullet there and walked away. Once he came inside, he made a enormous mess from cutting holes in the ceiling (dust, Sheetrock pieces, paint chips, insulation) all over the place. He laid down a drop cloth that the majority of these things fell on but somehow ended up getting it all over the place and furniture. He minimally swept the floor but left the floor and couch still looking a hot mess. He also went into the attic and when he came down, he got pieces of insulation ALL over the carpet and didn't bother to clean any of that up either. To top it off, right before he left he even made sure to comment on how terrible the kitchen floor was (not because there is anything wrong with it but because that was just his personal opinion). Dave came to the conclusion this was an HVAC issue and that he could not fix it and I couldn't be more happy that I'll be working with someone else to remedy this situation and not this company. I normally am not one to trash places on yelp, especially small businesses, but everything about this was unprofessional and inconsiderate. The one and only nice thing that I have to say about this company is the woman who answers the phone is very kind. Other than that, I have nothing positive to say.
