Brandon C Harrison you are awesome. This is my second interaction with Brandon . He is always coming into a job with a great mindset to solve the problem and very knowledgeable. I made a quick call to cathedral team, they immediately responded and Brandon came over  weekend evening. (Mask, glove and hidden smile) .He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and all professional way. Sharing his insights and working it out in a short amount of time with right tools. He is very confident with his work and a great ambassador sharing good will. Appreciate cathedral and Brandon for work well done and very professional. Cathedral Plumbing has been servicing my home ever since I bought it new more than 3 years ago. Their customer service representatives are always polite and courteous. Even though I've only had to call a few times, I've always received same day service. Their service technicians are top notch professionals. Big John and Ben are very knowledgeable and exceptional technicians; and on top of that, they are really great individuals. I highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing...

Very professional and great customer service from the initial phone call. They scheduled the repair quickly and arrived the next day at the promised time and resolved the issue quickly. We highly recommend them and will use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

My family moved into a two year old house in McKinney in a Beazer Homes development.  The original owner moved out two weeks earlier.  It was early evening when the moving van was unloaded and we settled in for a quick meal when we discovered the main sewer line in the house was clogged.  Having just arrived in Texas, we had no idea who to call.  Fortunately the home builder posted a list of emergency contacts inside of the pantry door where we found a phone number for Cathedral Plumbing.  From the moment we called Cathedral Plumbing, their service exceeded expectations.  The plumber who came out to unclog the line (Troy) was absolutely the nicest person.  He arrived sooner than expected and immediately went to work resolving the problem.  Not only was Troy polite and knowledgeable, he took great care to make sure he made as little mess as possible and cleaned up everything before he left.  Cannot say enough about how satisfied our family is with the service provided by Cathedral Plumbing.

First off, note that no repairs were done. On the good side, they give no-obligation estimates and don't charge for a service call. Bad side? Their prices are ridiculous. I've done my own toilet repairs. They're not hard to do. I just hate messing with plumbing, so I find plumbers when needed. My regular guy wasn't available, so I found Cathedral on Angie's List. Schedule done quickly. Tech on time. There's two options to repair...fill tube and flapper ($10 at a hardware store) for $250 (5 mins of work) or replace everything ($25-30 at hardware store) for $350 (10-15 mins of work). Seriously? Most ridiculous pricing I've ever seen for a basic plumbing repair job. The tech seemed to agree with me that their pricing was ridiculous as he was quoting it to me. He even quoted my wife an option to replace the entire toilet. Really? Quit focusing on the big sale and just focus on the repair and providing good service at a fair price. No thanks. I called another plumber on Angie's List with an 'A' rating. Same job for $150. Cathedral may do great work, and I'm guessing they get others to pay their high prices, but not me. Get a second opinion if you get a quote from them. Their prices are crazy.

Cathedral strikes again! Simply the best. I have only called these folks twice yet both times have experienced nothing short of superior service from on-line work request to appointment follow up and scheduling. Brandon showed up on time and was quite professional in replacing my defective expansion tank. Brandon did the jobs quickly and cleanly. Explained everything and then gave me the bad news. No charge! Wow! Per owner there would be no charge. Obviously I highly recommend Cathedral.

Highly recommended.  My favorite plumber (Dennis) moved here from another company and the experience has been great so far.  He still has the best prices on work and he's great to work with, plus his apprentice Ashton is very friendly and professional as well.  I've had Dennis for a new gas hot water heater, toilet shutoff valve and refill spigot, and exterior hose bibb, and now with Cathedral he's been back for a sewer line unclog and a shower valve replacement.  Every job has been at a great price and the work quality has been top-notch.  He says the Cathedral team so far has been wonderful to work with, and I can tell.  Highly recommended!

This company is trustworthy! It's hard to find plumbers you can trust. Luckily for me I found them. Robert is professional and very efficient ,the best, he was fantastic in finding the problems.   I had a pipe clogged , and they resolved it.He used a camera to look inside the pipes and locate several problems, which will also be fixed within a few months.
Quality, Responsiveness, Value.
Problem fixed, tenants happy, pricing very fair for quality work. I've tried other plumbers  but now I've found a keeper.

Terrible experience with them!!! The customer service lady was extremely RUDE!!! She cannot even explain how the inspection process is and just ask us to call the builder.
Before the builder sent a plumber from this company, we had the City check if the issue is from the city side. we also turn off the irrigation for at least 2 weeks to make sure water is not coming from the irrigation. Both the city and irrigation company stated that the issue is we have a small leak underground then this company had a plumber come without meeting us or asking us to not use the water while the inspection. we were at home the whole day and not seeing anyone come but the report shows they have done the inspection and it is an irrigation issue.

I love working with this company! Always courteous and helpful with all issues. Never had a single complaint.

Erick came out to fix a broken bathtub faucet for us recently and did a great job. Everything was accomplished very quickly and he also replaced the handle for us as well. Great service.

These folks are fantastic.  I actually called my builder first in regards to my concerns with the shower drain.

Cathedral Plumbing came out the next day and inspected it.  They showed me how the drain assembly works etc.  

Very good customer service and the plumber was 100% professional.  They even wore booties around their shoes.

Keep away. They don't complete the job as promised.

My hose valve was leaking. They came to fix. Not too much time after, it leaked again. They came back to fix. All of this is great until...

The plumber (Eric) says we have to change the valve. He said that it might break the valve. If so, then, we might have to break brick or work from the outside. When I inquired, He said that they will do the job including the brick and I had nothing to worry about. They will even contact the home builder or home builders they work with to get someone out to close the big hole he broke in the brick wall on the outside of the house. Knowing that, and after he called his supervisor (Denis) to get permission to have someone sent out after he breaks the wall, I approve the fix and him to break the wall provided he will fix it which he confirmed multiple time.

Eric left after he fixed the valve but not the wall. And told me the brick guy will come shortly after company arranges it. I waited for the day and no one came. I also waited the next day then I called them because I was worried because it will rain in 2 days!!

The receptionist (Chelsea) told me we don't fix walls and that I have to sort it out. I explained what happenned and they contacted Denis and Eric, who have confirmed that I was told that someone will come out to fix the brick. However, Chelsea told me we apologize for the miscommunication, we are a plumbing company and will not do the brick wall despite plumber (eric) saying so. They would not even provide referrals from brick repair contractors and were not willing to help in any way. She just kept repeating the above quoted phrase!

Now I have a day to try and find someone before the rain comes in and dont know where to start. If i was told it was my responsibility, i would have not approved the fix until i planned for someone to take care of the brick!!

To summarize:
- they don't keep their word;
- had to come out multiple times for the same job,
- would not cooperate even if they are fault and admit it

Stay away and seek ethical plumbers. It is unfortunate that their name is Cathedral!

Micheal came to our home punctually, was friendly and professional, and repaired our shower head in less then five minutes. I would recommend Cathedral Plumbing.

I am in a newer home (1 1/2years old) and my master bath tub would not shut off with the handle. The cartridge broke so I had to turn the main water supply off in our garage to the home until a plumber could come out. Cathedral plumbing did all the work when we built the new home. We called them and they were able to make it out same day service. Troy did an amazing job and was super professional and courteous. Job well done Cathedral plumbing. Keep up ththe wonderful work and excellent customer service! Thank you.

Wow!! I discovered water flowing from our water heater and after a minor panic attack, got ahold of Cathedral. Ben got out here same day and took care of the issue! Quick, extremely reasonable and an awesome guy. I will use these guys from now on for sure!!

This company is the worst. Unfortunately they are the company that installed the plumbing in my new home. The first time I called them out because they installed my tub downspout way out of level so it leaks and the plunger doesn't work properly  they refused to fix it saying my warranty was void because I changed the shower head which literally has nothing to do with their hack job installation. Also, it took them no call no showing 2 appointments before they finally came the third time. This time we got a leak and they were scheduled for an emergency to come out today between 12pm and 5pm and they again no call no show.

The plumber from Cathedral Plumbing just came and left.  J. Shane Fulmer was the plumber who visited my townhome.  He was rude and inconsiderate throughout the whole ordeal.  When I explained to him the situation, he replied that the water drain was not to be used that way and acted like I didn't know how to properly flush the water heater.  I tried to show him the video of the leakage and he didn't even bother to look at it.  When I asked him if I'm supposed to just carry 5 gallons of vinegar while climbing down the ladder from the attic (the water heater is located in the upstairs attic) once I finish flushing, he sarcastically answers yes.  J. Shane Fulmer lacked any form of customer service and was a waste of my time.

We built our home with Lennar in 2014 and since then we have had to call Cathedral plumbing out twice for repairs. They show up on time, they are honest and polite. Both times they have been out we have been very impressed by their honesty and professionalism! When customers know nothing about plumbing, it would be easy to create problems that don't really exist and charge us for unnecessary repairs and Cathedral has never done that. Troy was a pleasure this morning and we greatly appreciate Cathedral for not taking advantage of us as relatively new homeowners! Thank you, Troy!

We discovered the leak on a Friday.  We called our regular plumber for help, but they said they couldn't come until the middle of next week!  We called a few other plumbers, but everyone was too busy to help.  We then contacted Cathedral Plumbing based on its rating in Angie's List, and, after hearing me explain the emergency, Brittany in the office sent someone right away to help.  It was Robert, who looked at the ceiling and promptly went into action.  He discovered the source of the leak -- a tiny hole in a pipe in the attic, and fixed it.  He worked very hard nonstop and communicated with us about the problem and what he was doing.  We were deeply grateful for the fast, excellent service, and will now send all our plumbing needs to Cathedral Plumbing.

My shower would not stop dripping. I called Cathedral Plumbing and they came out ASAP and on time! Rusty was professional and great to work with. He fixed the problem in the less than an hour and we were good to go! Thank you so much Rusty!

Man I don't know where to start. I was hanging stuff in my garage and sure enough got me a shower. Had to shut off my water and called these guys. I tell you what. Within 30 min these guys were here and fixed my problem.

I was in the home building business for 12 years. I know how things work here. This is not normal service. This is exceptional service.  From the young lady answering the phone to the guy that showed up. Catch that last part y'all. He showed up. To top it off did an excellent job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. This is the type of contractor I wanted on my job back when I was in the business. I cannot speak highly enough of this organization. The absolute best plumbing company I have ever dealt with.

We have used Cathedral Plumbing for various plumbing issues, including a slab leak.  For those who have had the unfortunate experience know how stressful this can be.  Robert came to fix the situation, and he was extremely patient, HONEST and transparent with us during the entire ordeal. He took an incredibly stressful situation and made it a positive one.  He kept us informed as he was working and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable with what he was doing.  My questions were always welcomed and answered by Robert and Amanda.  We highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing because they genuinely care about the work they do.

I had a great experience with this company. Our plumber, Manuel was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I had a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink due to a poor job that was initially done when I purchased my home. It eventually caused rust build up and a constant leakage. This company was able to set an appointment as soon as I reached out to them and provided great service. I definitely recommend!

Very impressed with their service.  This is actually our second time getting their service and always exceeding our expectations.  Very friendly customer service from the moment you call and book an appointment.  The plumber is very professional and very knowledgeable of the issues we had.  Also, very efficient and thorough in carrying out their duties.  We recommend their services and will definitely hire them again!

Last night I found water seeping out from under the commode seal in our guest bath. Water from any unknown source is not good in a home. First thing this am (7:40am) I called the emergency  number and spoke to a gentleman who said he would notify dispatch at 8:00am. Bingo! @ 8:00 am my phone rang and a friendly voice inquired as to my address and said a service gentleman was enroute and would arrive in about 45 minutes. Forty five minutes passed and a Cathedral truck pulled up at my home. A very courteous gentleman by the name of Terry Don jumped out and asked What's the problem. I explained about the water. His  reply no problem. About an hour later the seal on the commode was replaced and he was on his way. No fuss, no muss, just good old customer service with a smile and great attitude. Thank you Cathedral and Terry Don.

I almost got sideswiped by one of your drivers just now on 380 in McKinney. Would never recommend this company. SLOW DOWN!!!

Great customer service and quick plumbing repair from Mike with Cathedral Plumbing! I called this morning and Mike showed up before his appointment time. It's always good to meet professionals who enjoy their jobs.

Very impressed with his company.  They were the original plumbing contractors when my home was built 4 years ago. They fit me in right away for a faucet issue and toilet tank issue.

The technicians were friendly and efficient. My appt was from 12-5 but they called me at 11 and asked if they could come early.  The issue was resolved within an hour.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night.  Cathedral Plumbing did the plumbing when our home was built.  I called them first thing in the morning.  Dispatch was very friendly and helpful.  They sent someone out right away to fix the problem.  I am keeping their phone number handy!  It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers.  :)

Our expansion tank connected to our hot water heater sprung a leak and was leaking water all over our garage floor and walls. My wife called Cathedral Plumbing when we got home late at 5:45 PM, and within an hour they had someone to the house and the problem fixed! We were just near the end of our 2-year warranty with Beazer and the plumber (Charles) was extremely friendly and fixed our problem quickly, honoring our warranty. It was beyond a relief to not only have the problem solved, but to have someone so genuinely nice and knowledgable help correct the issue. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Cathedral Plumbing to anyone who values great customer service and timeliness!

About two months ago, we noticed a water pressure problem in our upstairs shower.  We called Cathedral Plumbing and spoke to Sonya. Sonya told us the part and how to order it. We ordered it and then called them to ask them to install the needed part. Their employee Jason came over today and took care of it expediently and courteously.

Very impressed with the quick response time and efficient repair of a leak under our kitchen sink by Charles.  We highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing.

These guys are used by Lennar Builders and are the most dishonest companies I have ever encountered in north Texas.  It's annoying when they send poorly trained folks and then lie about what they discovered in order to get paid by Lennar for warranty work.  The plumbing is also shoddy.

Honest and reputable  , high quality work done right the first time works for me. Personally not into going cheap and having handyman quality work done on my home that will cost me in the ling run, you get what you pay for .
