VERY nice workers! They were able to come out to my house quick and fixed my pipes so that I could finally have running water again. They are very affordable and hard working; I highly recommend them!!

We ordered a flush button for our Kohler ($89.96!) plus $10 shipping(!) and it was completely seized, the button would not depress at all. When I called in, an automated message told me to go to go to their website, then it disconnected me- no way to even leave a message.
Once I finally did get through, the CSR reluctantly said he'd send me a new one, not believing the first was truly defective.
In Short, NOT impressed!

I gave the owner Mike Burkett a $2500 cash deposit on April 25, 2018 to do renovations on my home.  Over a two week period he showed up to do work 3 times, a total of less than 15 hours. He dug a trench in one of the rooms of my guesthouse to install electrical lines to hook up a dishwasher. The plumbing was already there.  Not only did he never show up again, but he also caused a plumbing issue in my guesthouse that was not there before.  I had to call another plumber and electrician to fix the work he did because it was not to Memphis City code and to fix the additional leak he caused (water started coming up through the tile floor in my guesthouse bathroom). The additional work cost me over $1500. My boyfriend and I have contacted mike serveral times, and when I asked for a refund of my deposit, he never responded. In addition he was sloppy.  He had EBOX drop a dumpster when the renovation process started and allowed them to drop it smack in the middle of my gate, making it impossible to close the gate. Because I have a pool in my backyard, this was a huge insurance liability. He also never cleaned up after himself, and even used my trash cans to dump the concrete he pulled up to dig the trench in my guesthouse. Quite confusing considering that he had a I dumpster to use.  He also left a live electric wire hanging out of my kitchen uncapped. While I hate having to give someone such a bad review, his lack of professionalism and inability to do the job he promised should be noted so that no one else ends of in the same position I am. I contacted the BBB to try to settle the situation and get me some sort of refund, and he denied ever doing business with me, even though I have text messages and camera footage that prove that I gave him money. Not only is he a terrible contractor, he not trustworthy, took my money, and left me with a mess to clean up that cost additional money.

The guys at this location are amazing. Good, honest people who actually know what they're doing, don't steer you wrong, and the store itself supplies things that you will never find at a big box store.

I'm dealing with a 90 year old house with original fixtures in the bathroom. Everything concerning the tub and shower started leaking from every point they could. I took pictures of things, mozied on over to All Rite, showed them the photos, and these guys not only knew exactly what I had (brand names, how old the pieces were, etc), but most of the stuff they had replicas in stock (unlike the big box stores, they realize their customers probably own an old Midtown home and keep inventory to accommodate that). And they open all the packages for you, show how everything fits together, and tell you what tools you need for the job without trying to up-sell you... and they'll do everything they can to let you walk out paying as little as possible, which is amazing. The first time I went in here, I didn't know anything about plumbing and fixtures. Now I'm basically an expert thanks to these guys.

Ken showed up the same day we requested service from our warranty.   We had a clogged  sewer line.  He tried a few things that should have fixed it but no luck.  We called the city to get them to check the city line and Ken stuck around through all of it, serving as our interface with the city sewer folks.  After many hours and different attempts to fix the issue, Ken came up with the final plan that fixed it all.  Can't thank Ken and the City of Starkville enough for sticking with us to resolve the blockage.

Rescue was called out by American Home Shield for a service call on a tankless water. The tech showed up without any tools and performed a diagnostic on my water heater without even removing the cover plate from the unit. He looked at one error code, after being told that it was throwing multiple codes, and that was it. The water heater itself was leaking internally, dripping onto the electrical, and ponding in the bottom of the unit. All of this the tech would have been able to see if he had bothered to even take off the cover of the unit to perform a true diagnostic. Instead, they sent in a report to AHS three days late and offered to flush the system as a repair. I contacted the owner, sent him pictures and videos of the leak and informed him that flushing would not repair the unit. In fact, it would most likely flood my attic. I also explained how his tech did not do his job properly by performing a true diagnostic on the unit. Instead of owning up that his tech did not do his job properly, he told AHS that I did not want to repair the unit and wanted a cash out...forgetting to mention that the unit could not be repaired and his repair was likely to cause more damage. I work in this industry and had a licensed master plumber come double check my findings and they were confirmed by him. If you are expecting quality work and good communication, I would strongly advise against using this company.

This company came in and put a hole in my wall by my fireplace to fix the leaking gas valve.  However, they did not repair the damage they did to the wall.  I have called them several times as has the renter I have in my house and they still have not come to fix the hole they put in the wall.  In addition to that, the repairman made two visits that were about 30 minutes in length each visit.   Yet I am being charged for about 3 hours of work.  While the valve was repaired, there is still a hole in the wall. In my opinion, this is not good quality service or business.  I still have not received a call back from this company.  Next step is the BBB!!!

They serve shit. Their quality sucks the moment they leave you'll have shit on your wall but seriously shit is getting on your wall. they should be ten dollars  the value is all messed up as well it's almost like they want to never get business. Service requested, The service that I requested got delayed ten FUCKING times.  The service they do is plumbing but they might as well be baby's.

They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.
