Best Plumbing Services in Nebraska
I found Jeri on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad he was recommended to me. He has installed a new garbage disposal when my other one was broken, fixed a leaky bathroom toilet seal, and repaired a rusted pipe. Each time the bill has been lower than I expected. A year ago, I called a different company when Jeri was out of town. My basement had an odd smell and I couldn't figure out why, but I suspected it had to do with a drain. They came out and suggested that I could have a problem with my main line and that I should probably spend hundreds of dollars for them to send a camera down there to check. I am so glad I waited for Jeri to come back to town. He came over and realized the only problem was that my drain trap was drying out. He told me to run water through it each month and put a thin layer of mineral oil on the top to prevent the sewer gases from getting into the house if the water level got low. Voila! No sewer smells and he didn't even charge me for the house call compared to the other company that seemed to wanted to fleece me. Now I'll never call anyone other than Jeri and Liberty Plumbing!

Did great work. The plumber was professional and efficient. Haven't had an issue with any of the work done.

Nobody ever hope they have to call a plumber! But if you happen to need one this is the place to go. Make sure you ask for there service guy Blake. He is fast friendly and very professional. If you need your new houses plumbed or just a new hot water heater this is definitely the place to go. They have fair prices, honest and show up with everything ready to go on the first trip. Hell I even have his cell number saved in my phone.

You will be better to save your money and find reputable companies to do your work for you. These people find more ways to get out of doing work than helping you solve the problems. I had a leaking pipe that just broke from a freeze. Not only do they want the $75 co-pay but they wanted another $100 because it happened on the weekend. I had a similar company in Dallas when I bought down there and they sucked eggs too. This genre of service provider is right at the bottom with cable service providers. They should buy an n and become SERVICE NONE....

I paid $150 to get my home scoped. They found roots in the pipes. They said that they could kill them for $600.
I called around to other companies... to which the average was $150 to kill the roots.
The treatment that they were going to use was harsh on the pipes but apparently a money making service for them.
All other plumbers stated that the harsh treatment should never be done on older pipes.
So glad I called around or it could have costed me thousands of dollars in pipe work had they punctured a pipe. But I guess they wouldn't be too torn up about this.
Rip off artists!
The lady taking the orders is extremely unprofessional and made me very skeptical of their work.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I am forbidding any of my property managers from using this company on any of my properties!!!!

If you want to pay way too much, this is the place to call. All I needed was a toilet replaced, the shut-off valve replaced, a sink faucet replaced and the shut-off for it replaced and he charged me $1599.65!!!! That is insane! He did not give me an itemized statement but when I asked he said the toilet was about $250 (which I believe) and the faucet about the same (which I'm sure it was much cheaper than that.) Shut-off valves are pretty cheap but he charged me a total of $845 for parts and $650 for labor. He was here twice for maybe 15 minutes each to see what needed to be done and take measurements. He was here for the replacements for maybe a couple of hours. It did take him awhile to track down a toilet that would fit my wonky bathroom. I know plumbers are expensive but this was highway robbery. PLUS he left lights on and the place was a mess. He threw dirty garbage in a container full of clean pads when the garbage pail was right next to the sink. I normally call Borgardus for my plumbing needs and have been extremely happy with them. I couldn't get ahold of them Monday and the toilet kept running so I kept calling plumbers until I came up with this guy. Next time I will wait for Bogardus. Lesson learned!

Please please please don't use this company. Worst customer service ever! My pilot light went out on my water heater and I needed to replace it. As soon as the technician got here, he wanted to up sell me to a membership. Then when he looked at my water heater, without even knowing what's wrong or looking at it tried to get me to buy a brand new one for 1500$ installed. Eventually he replaced the pilot light assembly, but he didn't make sure it worked before he left. I called the company back at 5 and they were unable to send a technician out that night to fix what they couldn't. They undercharged me for 20$ on the receipt and then called and tried getting their 20$ that I owed them. I told them I signed a receipt for a specific amount and that's what I was paying since it was their error. The next morning the same technician who didn't fix it the night before showed up with an attitude. I took him back downstairs and he told me he wouldn't be coming to my residence anymore unless I bought a new water heater and was having it installed by him. So as any person would do, I made a few explicit a statements towards him. He called his HQ, and they sent another technician out. The first tech installed the pilot light assembly wrong and wasn't allowing any air flow through to keep the pilot lit. The second tech was here for maybe 10 minutes and my problem was fixed. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service.

My wife was referred by a business partner to Griff's Plumbing. The lack of integrity, professionalism and craftsmanship compels me to urge you to look anywhere else! Their time was more important than our home. The owner charged us an exorbitant amount for box store supplies installed hastily. Our text messages and phone calls were ignored constantly, and the owner was disrespectful to my wife. I would give no stars if that was an option. I listened to my wife on the initial consultation. Tell the owner exactly what we wanted and when the wrong parts showed up he told me it's not his fault after weeks of trying to get them to make the situation right I called him up frustrated and got hung up on. After demanding quick resolution we were ghosted! My wife made the mistake of paying in full before it was finished! Note : we agreed to finish the drywall and paint but they took no care in making it minimal.

Omaha city inspector came today and advised it was pretty clear a permit was not pulled until I followed up with Aksarben ARS. Worse yet the water heater was 'red tagged' because it failed the inspection. Work like this always requires a permit and I was advised that in Omaha homeowners are not allowed to pull a permit for a water heater installation. This is inexcusable for a company this big and a warning to others considering Aksarben ARS.
