Recently hired them to do some needed structural repair to garage and family room drywall, along with repainting, and also some removal of molded drywall in our sun room, with repainting.
Everything this business does is upfront and first-rate, from the estimate and work with the insurance company, via owner Nick Hoffman and office person Sarah, who handled cooperating with our insurance company.
Chris and Gene came out to do the work, and did everything perfectly, keeping us informed of what they needed to do along the the way, and calling ahead always to let us know when they would arrive. Two great, hard-working guys!
I have never had a better experience working with a contractor, and we will continue to use Paladin, LLC for any of our home improvement jobs we encounter.

Top notch, would use Mike for any plumbing issue. Have used him for new and existing construction, both personal and business related. He is professional, timely, and best of all he completes the job thoroughly and accurately. He gets it right the first time. Have used him for many years now.

Thorough, efficient, and exhausted all options before they came to a conclusion about what needed to be done to remedy the drain issue I've been having in my upstairs sink. And after all the time they spent over 2 days, didn't charge as much as I thought they would.
(Unlike the previous drain guys who immediately wanted to tear s*** up, and charged me 50.00 for nothing!)
I'll keep THESE guys on speed dial!

My friend and I needed help hanging something and he went the extra mile and helped us out! Spent a solid extra 20 minutes and refused tip. Professional and kind. If the rest of the business is anything like him, I highly recommend their services.

We had a small job to install an outdoor faucet. The owner was very professional and his price was reasonable. His worker did a great job; he was fast, organized and cleaned up after himself. We will most certainly use this company again. We recommend them too.

First service call with Terry's plumbing was fantastic. A service call was placed for a leaking sink and also a clogged drain. Todd was prompt, professional, and the pricing was economical. Will definitely use a Terry's Plumbing in the future!

Had my boiler thermal couple go out on a Saturday night so had to try to find anyone in O that worked on them, not easy, came up w Rybin. It being a weekend they smelled blood so the guy came out on Sunday morn and diagnosed the situation in 1 min. changed the generic $5.00 thermal in less than 5:00 minutes & was gone in 20:00 from the time he came in. Now get this, Cost $550.00! BTW; it was supposed to go down to below zero that night & it did. Question, why are these HAVC people such crooks??

I normally do not write reviews. It is my pleasure to do it this time. The shower controller was hard to turn on/off and dripped a little. I described the problem in an email and received a call explaining the cost and when the work could be done. On the day of the work I received a call asking if he could come a couple of hours earlier than scheduled; this actually helped my wife.
The work was done professionally, cost was what we agreed on, and the wife is extremely happy.
We try hard to use Bellevue companies. Standard Plumbing is now our go to plumbing shop.
I highly recommend them.

I had my a/c repaired. The cost of this was 3xs the industry standard. I understood this company to be reputable. The first question I was asked was, What do you expect from today's service call. Of course I wanted the a/c to work. This seemed like an obvious response, but was met with some resistance. This was preceded by many questions that had little relevance to the repair. The repair was fast, (only took about 5 min, and I have since discovered a $30.00 part was installed.) I was offered a range of options ranging in price from $7,590 to $289, ultimately I was charged $355.00. I realized that this was an easy fix, and should have called someone else, but he was here. This was my fault, but I feel like this company preys on the customers since often repairs of this nature are vital. While the service tech was friendly, and efficient, I did not appreciate the hard sell. When I asked reasonable questions about the repair, I could not get any answers since I choose the option to simply repair my unit. I needed to pay additional in order to get any real information. This business is deceitful, and unprofessional. If you avoid telemarketers, (and who doesn't) you will want to avoid Burtons!

I was assigned this company by American Home Shield. It took a few days to receive service. I had a bathroom faucet that wasn't working properly and a sink that wouldn't drain. Upon hearing on Monday that it would be 2-3 day before service was available, I began looking at options of clearing my own drain. Wednesday, I was still struggling with the sink and called to see when they would be coming. I was originally told Saturday, and then he made arrangements to come Thursday. In the meantime, the drain cleaner finally worked, and my drain cleared. So, one job down-that I completed myself. Thursday, they determined that the line had sediment. They decided I needed a new faucet. So they bought one under the home warranty. It didn't fix the problem. Then it was determined I'd need a few hundred dollars worth of work, as well as another new faucet-none of which was covered by the warranty. They left Thursday, planning to come back Tuesday. Upon going into the bathroom I saw the faucet was improperly installed. I cancelled my appointment with them. I paid a local handyman to fix the faucet and the pipe issue. He did it quickly and reasonably. Then I discovered that they hadn't left the pop up plug drain assembly, so I don't have a working plug for the new faucet, and the old one isn't compatible. When I called to today to ask about it, I was told it didn't come with one, but the ad in Home Depot for this faucet clearly shows that it comes with the pop up plug drain assembly. The plumber was angry with me for a review I'd left with the warranty company, told me he was done with me, and he hung up on me. The drain and plug assembly belong to me, and I'm waiting on their return so that I have a sink that functions properly with a plug. I can't recommend either company: plumbing or warranty. Buyer Beware.

Contracted this company to perform ground work on a new bathroom in basement. Asked them to complete plumbing ground work and would finish the rest the next spring. After multiple delays while they worked on larger commercial clients that took priority, they left the job in shambles. The concrete work was sub par and is cracked/buckling. They left an in-ground drain pipe for a future shower uncapped which leaked under my basement concrete floor and caused widespread buckling/cracking. They also left an upright drain that they were supposed to route my shower drain into uncapped and simply stuck a rag in it. This did not stop sewer gasses from leaking inside the home. I have been unable to communicate with them reliably and all they will do is send me invoices for the full amount of the quoted work. I now have a shiny new collections account with them for the full amount, not even a discount for the unfinished work. They also installed new toilets (well, tried) at my grandparent's house and left that job unfinished as well. The worst part is, this business is owned by the son of a family friend who ran a business with the utmost integrity and respect for the customer. Truly shameful...
