OCB Plumbing

Monte came out provided a bid, I accepted the bid set a date for work to begin was given a run around ever since! Work never got started, quit answering the phone! Run, not walk away from this company!

If I could give Zero stars I would.  Most unprofessional plumbers I've ever met.  Tracked mud into my house but denied it.  Refused to clean up their mess.  Yelled and cussed at me and left the dishwasher unmounted.  Worst plumber!!!

We had a main drain backup on a Saturday.  They were very quick to respond.  They called to let me know they were on their way.  They were able to clear the tree roots that were blocking the line.  
The plumbers were very polite, provided good information and pictures of their findings.  When they left, the area was cleaned of all the roots and water on the floor and stairs.  OCB Plumbing was fair in their pricing and will be used going forward.

We are very impressed with the service and customer care we received from OCB Plumbing.  Our regular plumber was unable to get to us in for two leaks and recommended them. Excellent work ethic and Shelby really took care of getting everything scheduled that needed to be done!

Old dishwasher was dying, and dying noisily. I picked up a new dishwasher and stored it in my garage. OCB came out and took out my dying dishwasher and hooked up the new one lightning fast. My new dishwasher was missing a water line and it didn't matter they had the parts on hand and installed it right away without charging me extra for it. Everything was taken care of. I will use them again.

Ordered a dishwasher through Home Depot. Not only did they install it wrong, they installed a faulty product.  The top corner of the inside dishwasher was crushed, which could mean a leak which would not be found until serious damage to the wood would result.  They didn't even point this out to me, nor the broken middle spray arm.  In addition they installed it incorrectly so wood was exposed along the sides, the securing device visible, and again very like would have damage from moisture .  Keep clear of them!!

We were in real trouble with a leaky hot water heater. They were the only company that would come out after hours. The workers were on their way home but turned around and installed a new hot water heater by 9 pm. Thanks you OCB Plumbing.
