My Hot water heater went out last night. Being a home owner for 35 years . I have had to utilize plumbers from all over Metairie , Kenner and North  Shore for different jobs. This morning,   just to a gamble and called BC Plumbing out of Slidell. The young lady on the phone was so courteous and polite. She within one hour had a service scheduled for my home here in Greenleaves subdivision in Mandeville. Two distinguished looking very professional gentlemen arrived, quoted and did the removal and install. This was a Gas unit, up a stairs, through a bedroom closet and in the tight hot attic. They started exactly at 12:15  and we had hot running water at 1:14.

Also extremely reasonable and below all other quotations !

Kudos to this great team and the BC Plumbing family. Definitely a keeper !

Really efficient and reliable ,Honest down to earth kind of people, had our drain opened and flowing in less than a hour.  Fair pricing... They don't leave until drain flow is resolved, or they will be upfront about other notable problems.     5 star happy   John H

We didn't know if it was a clog in our drain lines under the house or a break.  Steve and crew were punctual and efficient.  They showed us the results via the camera screen, explained everything well, and were reasonably priced.

 Awesome guys, they came on time, was very professional and courteous. Did not try to up charge or add any unnecessary repairs(I knew what the issue was just don't have the tools or experience to do it myself). Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Local, honest, and just really good people. Everything you want in a small business.

When the plumbing warehouse in New Orleans gives you that look like you thought we carried that? you start getting really nervous about your DIY plumbing project. There goes the weekend, and probably pulling the shower wall down to change out the entire assembly you might say to yourself as I did.
I'd never heard of Plumbparts and I wasn't excited about driving out to Kenner but they not only had the stem I needed but also the cosmetic trim. Seemed a little expensive when I was there but I since looked online and can see that for the convenience of not having to ship an urgent part (and considering the amount of stock they have) they're well worth it.

I didn't see their hours posted here or on Google, so they're 8-4pm M-F, and 8-3 on Saturday.

I've used this company 2x and each time the service has been quick, polite and the problem was solved. Pricewise, I didn't feel I overpaid for what I got. It's not some fly-by-night place either. They've been around for many years.

Submitted a claim through Home Warranty for a broken garbage disposal. Eddie and his teammate came out, took a look and quickly diagnosed it as broken. They had a new one on the truck waiting to install for me. Took them about 30 mins in and out. Paid the 100$ as agreed thru the HWC and that was it. Very knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and professional. Would definitely recommend!!

Tony and his son Anthony arrived within 1/2 hour of calling them. They were so nice and took the time to explore every possibility that might be causing the problem. The first company came out, stuck his head in my cabinet and said I'd have I'd have to tear out my kitchen cabinets and cut into the wall. So I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to look at everything. I will never use another plumber. Moret has a customer for life!

For a Gas Hot Water Heater Install:
$599 (Basic Install)
$116 for relief (already on the hot water heater)
$220 for vent (already have and is up to code-had it checked)
$835 and that's without the Hot water Heater.
He was going to rob me and actually looked like he was caught when I started asking questions.
I have another plumber installing for $399.  No additional fees needed.
Do your homework before you have these guys do work for you.
Home Depot uses them. Hopefully with enough complaints they will get another plumber that is honest and fair to contract their business.
Instead of being thankful and fair for the business they are getting, they are stealing peoples hard earned money.  
That's horrible! They are not worth the time I wasted other than getting an education on shady plumbers.

We have had ANywhere plumbing come out twice through American Home Shield. Last year they fixed our leaky shower, super quick and friendly. And today they came to fix a leak under our sink, replaced a drain and the pipe and the leak is gone! Have nothing but praise for these guys (Thanks to greg and dave today!)

I'm not sure what happened to these folks. I've left them three voice messages and two text messages since Friday afternoon (it's Monday, Noon now) and no response.

I don't understand businesses that don't respond to customers.

Never will use again! Expensive and unprofessional, not recommended, shows up whenever they want to.
