Our toilet flooded over late at night. He came first thing in the morning and knocked it out, cleaned up, was professional and very kind. Will recommend and use again in the future for any plumbing needs!

I called Bob's Plumbing on a Friday morning and they answered promptly. I explained that I needed a new garbage disposal and wanted to get it replaced quickly because my kitchen sink would not drain. Bob's son, Frank called me and said that he could fit me in right after lunch. Frank and his assistant came and took a look at the sink and said that the problem was not just with the garbage disposal but that the line was clogged. They cleared the clogged drain and then replaced the garbage disposal in a short amount of time. They had all of the right tools on their truck, including a name brand garbage disposal that was recommended by others. They assessed and corrected the problem and charged a reasonable price.  I would use them again and will recommend them to family members to use for their plumbing problems.

RESPONSIVE! I called, received an estimate, scheduled the repair, work was performed, and they were paid for services rendered.

But more importantly the work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. I'm definitely saving this company as one of my favorites.

Needed a reroute for a broken pipe in my slab foundation. Had estimates from two other companies in the thousands.  Budget came out and fixed it for $350! Professional and courteous, highly recommend!

I had an existing fireplace that the gas needed to be connected. This gentleman was recommended by Hollywood Door Co. After wasting my time with another company, I called him and he came out immediately (within 1-2 days). He diagnosed the issue and completed the job in a timely manner and on schedule. He also recommended in getting my chimney top fixed before he connected the gas. I thought that was helpful and efficient. The only issue was calling the main line and leaving a message, he did return calls within a day though.

Had great service today from Bobby doing my annual heater check.  He was very personable and professional.

We had a major sewage issue at our home that we frequently rent out as a short term rental.  The folks at Mr. Mudbug were so awesome at diagnosing the issue, then fixing the major problem.  We had to have a good portion of our driveway dug out to replace our failing clay pipe sewage line.  They were able to come out the very next day, dig up the bad pipe / replace / and refill and repair everything perfectly in such a short time (which was critical to me as I had new guests arriving a few days later).  I can't thank them enough.  This is not the first time I've used them either, as they have fixed various leaks and issues at the house over the past few years, and I'm always impressed with their professionalism, timelines, and the quality of their work.

He gets (1) star for coming out so quickly. That's a plus.
Wasn't even here 30 minutes unblocked a blockage and charged $225.00! Sad to know that people take advantage of people in horrible situations!
