We just moved into an older house so I had no plunger or tools. We had a toilet overflow so I called multiple places to try and get some assistance. Budget was the only one that could come within the hour. The gentlemen that showed up were nice guys and willing to help. They ran a snake down the toilet and punched through the clog in the toilet. They advised me that it was probably the fluid master in the back of the tank that caused the flood. The only problem is that it was a clogged pipe not the fluid master that was the problem. The pipe remained clogged because a day later the same thing happened and I had to call out another company to get the job done. Too bad I paid Budget $90 to unclog my toilet. You live and you learn.
