Our toilet flooded over late at night. He came first thing in the morning and knocked it out, cleaned up, was professional and very kind. Will recommend and use again in the future for any plumbing needs!

We've had great service from Motalbano's over the past 10 years. Big and small jobs - they've replaced broken underground pipes and fixed toilets when we couldn't be there. We really appreciate Montalbano's.

First time using them and they were great!  They hung mirrors, pictures and floating shelves for us.  They were on time, very friendly, cleaned up after their work and did a very good job!

These guys are fantastic--don't even think twice about booking them for any of your plumbing needs, just do it already. After a couple dead end inquiries with some other local guys about a water heating problem, I called Bob's and they came over promptly to do an evaluation. After quickly diagnosing a dying/leaking water heater, we went through all the possible options, and they gave me a very fair and reasonable quote upfront. No mysterious hidden costs here! They accommodated my complicated schedule in terms of scheduling a date and time, were always polite and friendly on the phone, were here right on time for the job, and finished in under two hours. What more can you ask from your neighborhood water guys?

RESPONSIVE! I called, received an estimate, scheduled the repair, work was performed, and they were paid for services rendered.

But more importantly the work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. I'm definitely saving this company as one of my favorites.

Called me back promptly when I contacted them wednesday night.  Were professional and explained they were too busy and couldn't get to my home until Friday, 2pm friday I called to check when they would be by and they had no idea who I was.

Needed a reroute for a broken pipe in my slab foundation. Had estimates from two other companies in the thousands.  Budget came out and fixed it for $350! Professional and courteous, highly recommend!

I had an existing fireplace that the gas needed to be connected. This gentleman was recommended by Hollywood Door Co. After wasting my time with another company, I called him and he came out immediately (within 1-2 days). He diagnosed the issue and completed the job in a timely manner and on schedule. He also recommended in getting my chimney top fixed before he connected the gas. I thought that was helpful and efficient. The only issue was calling the main line and leaving a message, he did return calls within a day though.

I called this company being they had so many great reviews. The person that answered was very professional and courteous. She took my information and told me someone would call me back. Great!!! 3 hours later no call back so I called again. This time the lady that answered was very nonchalant and asked the same questions as if I had never called their business. She gave me a quote for the visit and a appointment for the next day. Ok cool, but for some reason I went back to their site and realized the quote was different than what was advertised, so I called back. I explained what I saw on their page and she got a little snappy and said I should have told her about the advertisement, but I'm thinking to myself, why should I have said anything about the price when they are advertising it?! My appointment went from the next day to the following week for the same service all because of a $30 difference. Needless to say I canceled my appointment and calling other places because that really disturbed me. Shame on this company

If I could give this zero stars I would!!!! Truly feel like this company tried to con me out of $15k. Called them for their $99 drain clean out that they were advertising...we were convinced we needed a camera inspection instead ($250). Men came out and did camera inspection and convinced us that our pipes were is such bad condition and that there must be some type of major crack or deterioration somewhere....quoted us $15k for all new under slab pipe. Second company came out and snaked entire house and ran camera and everything looked perfectly fine!!! No need for new pipes at all. Tried calling mudbug to speak to their office manager about how we could get such incorrect information from them......so rude and condescending. Told me that everyone has a different professional opinion.....(mudbugs professional opinion just happens to cost the costumer $15k in unnecessary work)

Chad King's Plumbing serviced my home back in November of 2018 by repairing a gas leak. No testing was done to detect where leak was coming from they went by where I suggested the leak was based on the smell of gas when Atmos detected it. I paid $1300 that day by check to one of his unlicensed employees who works under him which is the same guy who did the repair. 1.5 hours later the job was said to be complete but the licensed plumber, Chad, wasn't here to oversee the job nor inspect it after it was done. Unfortunately, the repair wasn't completed correctly and currently gas doesn't work properly so Atmos gas company will not reconnect my gas line due to this issue. Chad was called about this and refuses to come out and check on his work that was done by one of is unlicensed employees. He was rude to my husband and hung up the phone in his face then blocked his phone number. We have been without heat this entire fall/winter thanks to Chad King and his subpar services but he waisted no time cashing my check. Any one I can tell not to use his services will hear it from me!
Rude, unprofessional, and apparently not as knowledgeable as they say they are. No wonder they take only cash or check, once paid, these can't be disputed. They refuse credit cards because this method can be disputed in instances such as mine where promised services were not rendered properly. Beware people!
