Best Plumbing Services in Kentucky
We currently have a home warranty and when our water heater began leaking we called to request service. Because our water heater is an 80-gallon we were assigned to Nine Line Services.
Service was scheduled quickly and our new water heater arrived in time for the plumber. The initial service took a few hours and our assigned plumber was very friendly and helpful to answer my husband's questions. I was working from home and appreciated the interruption and sound was minimal.
We did notice a bit of water leakage the following day. While disappointed we needed to spend more time on service, Nine Line came out immediately and replaced a bit of piping that was too weak for the new water heater. After the plumber finished the master plumber came out as well for a final evaluation.
We had a bit of an up-charge for the larger water heater. Payment was simple and we have a top of the line brand. Our water pressure and temperature has been wonderful.
So thankful for a smooth experience!

I always thought plumbers were expensive, but I needed one for a clog somewhere in the pipes from the kitchen area to downstairs.
The two professionals from Browns arrived in very good time and did the job very professionally. They stayed till they were sure everything was fixed. Excellent job, and saved a lot of money for us. Highly recommended.

They took great care of us! They did have to come back a second day to fix a major mishap, but, they fixed it perfectly and we weren't charged for the second day. The final bill was completely reasonable for the work they did. I will definitely use them again!

Engaged Metro Plumbing to replace a drain line under my house. It started with their estimator, Blake, coming to my house to give me a price for the work. I went over everything I wanted including cleaning up the mess after the job was completed. I had previously gotten a price from one of Metro's competitors, and Blake's price was very reasonable.
The day agreed upon, 4 plumbers arrived to get the job started. Once the new materials were in place and job underway, two of the plumbers left leaving two to actually rebuild the 60' drain line. The two that stayed were Greg and Chad. Greg and Chad worked for about 3 hours rebuilding the line. While they were working under the house, my wife was using the kitchen sink. Greg informed me while my wife was using the sink, they heard water dripping as water drained. When they investigated they found the kitchen drain had come unglued (after 14 years) at one point and was leaking. I asked them if they could fix it while they were here. Greg said they could, it would only take a few minutes for them to put a new fitting on and reglue it. Greg called the office and told Blake what they had found and asked what I would be charged to fix it. When I was quoted the price for an additional 15 minutes of work, I was in shock. The good price I was given to replace the original drain line quickly faded and turned into a feeling of being used and abused. Of course I could have decided to not get it repaired by Metro, but the guys were already here and who wants their kitchen sink draining into their crawl space. I even told Greg it felt like Blake was trying make up some ground on the good price I was given for the original job.
I do want to state, both Greg and Chad seemed very conscientious and intent on doing a quality job. I enjoyed working with both guys Had I been given a reasonable, not cheap price for the extra 15 minutes of work, I would have given Metro five stars.

Our experience with Eric plumbing was very disappointing. Consumers beware! Their business practice of requiring you to sign a blank check upon there arrival before starting work, Is down right deceiving. We have used many Plumbers snaking of our sewer line secondary to our large trees in St Regis park over the years and our previous plumber had the job done in less than 45 minute. Eric's plumber left his helper who spoke no English here And left The premises. The helper was waiting on the plumber to return and of course the time was ticking on our dime. We called Eric and complained that they were on the clock and dragged the job out to 90 minutes. This action by his company cost us $430.00 with a coupon and we are used to paying $150.

I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, July 20, 2023 to have a garbage disposal removed, 19-inch Kohler toilet installed, and the handle to my commode tank replaced in my master bathroom. I was told that I would be their 1st appointment. Needless to say no one showed up to do the work, nor did anyone contact me to give me a reason for them not showing up. After multiple calls and several emails, Peyton finally emailed to say that the reason he did not show up was because, and I quote, I apologize for the inconvenience. My phone was damaged and I am awaiting a replacement. I will call you once I receive a new one which should be some time today. This response was sent on Friday after multiple calls and emails.
I responded and said that I would give him another opportunity to redeem himself. Again he never responded so I sent another email saying I still have not heard back about when the plumbing work will be done. You say you want my business but your actions say otherwise. If you don't want the job, please just say so, and I will find someone else who wants the job. He again responded on Monday, July 24th via email with I can get to you on Wednesday. I will have a new phone today. No time was given. Wednesday morning came and I did not hear from him. Again, I called him at 11:32AM, and lo and behold he answered. He did not give a reason why he had not come and said he can get to me Friday. I told him I will no go beyond today with him.
I don't normally write reviews but as you can tell, I am pissed.
I hope this benefits someone. Thank you for reading my review.

Called on tuesday with a water leak. They seemed professional and up to the repair but had to leave and return on wed. Wed morning they canceled the appointment leaving me with a leak. On thursday one man arrived and proceeded to dig for the leak, five hours in- and he was working at finding the line- a supervisor called to stop work, and insisted that we needed to replace our entire service- at a cost of $7100!. Then, they left. Left me with the water turned off after three days and no real solution. Fortunately Maeser got a plumber out to me within two hours and he had the leak repaired within an hour!
